They are Seriously so amazing !! Im so happy with the work they have done...and they took on the task of making my suburban pink glitter yes i said PINK!!! Its so beautiful and they did a great job. The manager of this establishment was exceptionally professional, transparent about cost and easy to work with. When I came in with an older 2004 Saturn Ion that needed body work and some paint he got me an estimate that same day. I ended up doing some of the body work myself and when I brought the car back for the paint job the gentlemen who had given me the original estimate was exceptionally kind and got me in right away for my paint job. The paint job was so good I literally walked past my car and didn’t even recognize the vehicle. Couldn’t be more impressed and definitely recommend this establishment.

Took my car in to get painted. Was told it would take a week . The leather on my arm rest was torn so I asked about getting ti repaired. The manager said no problem he would order me a new door panel and also detail my car. I dropped it off and went out of town for a work trip for three days. I get off the plane and listen to a message saying theyve been trying to call me for four days to pick up my car (which was a lie) and theyre about to start charging me a storage fee.I pick up my car the next day and notice they didnt even paint the entire car. I also noticed someone stole my expensive headphones I forgot to take out of my car before I left. I take my car back to get painted again and when I pick it up this time my windshield has multiple cracks. The manager tells me hell get someone out to fix my glass but three days later I still havent heard from him. A lot of talk and very little action. Dont trust this place.

They switched owner and jacked up the price more than double...I use to get good deals here but now its 1,600 to get a paint job .. before it was 700

So I wanted to paint my car for some time and im not from the valley area but I drive a lot through the this part of the area and keep passing Macco here. So i got a quote and planned on it the have my done. Finally got it painted and was very happy with it. A couple of days later i noticed my front bumper peeling and came back to show them about and they also wanted to redo the while car due to the spray pattern not right. So they help me with that and Came out spectacular!!! I love out it came out and I really recommend them. They are super friendly and i appreciate the service done!

Really nice paint job! Roco, the manager, is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. My sons car had the AZ sunburn (no paint on the rooftops, hood, trunk and top of fenders) and now it looks brand new. My wife did get some rudeness from another employee when calling to ask about the status of the car, but overall we are really happy.

Love the level of care they have here. I came in for something simple and although other places were trying to make me pay more these guys told me I only needed to do a few things and did them quickly.Also the customer service here is phenomenal

They took 4 days longer then what they had told me when my car would be ready which is ok things happen, but we had made an agreement that they would wax my car for the inconvenience there is no way they waxed my car it is now raining and the water is not beading up and when you look at the area painted there are several blemishes and flaws. On top of that my bumper was not put back on correctly and my number has white marks on it I can not get off.

In 11/2017, I took my Tesla Model S to Maaco to handle a small amount of curb rash on the lower right front and rear bumper. I had already done the body work, and I just needed it painted. I took it in for the Premium Paint Service, and it appeared that they did a good job. I moved to Southern California in 1/2018.However, later that year, bubbles developed under the clear coat on the front and rear bumpers. By February 2019, the bubbles got so large that the paint started to flake off in large sections (half-dollar to dollar-bill size). In May 2019, I was back in Tempe for a week, so I had time to drop my car off for the warranty repair. It took them a week, but they repainted the bumpers. I was watching the progress of the car on my Tesla app (you can see where its parked, whether or not the hood/rear hatch is open, etc). The night before they called me for pick-up, I saw that the car was parked in a dirt lot behind the shop. When I picked it up on Friday, I quickly inspected the bumpers, which looked great. The rest of the car looked dirty, but I assumed it was because of where the car was parked overnight.I drove the car back home to CA immediately after picking it up. The next morning, I was washing the car, and I noticed:1. Body paint on a headlight and wheel2. White overspray (from another vehicle) on the hood and driver-side door3. Body paint (matte) all over the under-side of the hood4. Clear coat overspray all over the front and rear doors, right and left side of the vehicle, as well as the driver side mirror.I immediately drove the car to the Lake Forest location showed them the damage and asked if another shop could fix it since the Tempe location performed faulty work twice now. They suggested I take it up with corporate to transfer the warranty. That process took two months for approval. ANOTHER three months later with weekly calls to the Laguna Niguel shop handling the warranty and still no repair. Tempe is refusing to pay LN for the repair.Avoid this shop at all costs. Poor workmanship, and even worse customer service. They are actively refusing to follow requests from Maaco corporate.

They did really good job at repair my rear bumper. And the price is good, they also help me clean my car. Very nice! Looks brand new!

Roco was so professional throughout the process and gave me ETAs whenever something came up. On top of that, the rate was very reasonable for the work that was done. If you have paint chips or damage on your car, ask for Roco and he’ll hook you up! 5/5

I went there to get a quite for a paint job, I have a dent in the left rear quarter panel and Roco told me 15 hours labor to fix it, he said go to another body shop and get a quote we will be really close, I did and they quoted me 3 hours, said no problem, in and out in a day, so I have decided to not use Maaco, go figure.

I had a front hood trim that needed to be replaced and Larry and the guys took good care of me, the price was very reasonable they did a very good job and are very polite and professional. Also a year ago when Eddie was the manager there I had the top of my Ford Explorer painted and he did a very good job on that as well. I highly recommend this place.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Review doesnt allow ZERO STARS but THIS SHOP DESERVES ZERO STARS! It takes a lot for me to post a bad review but, as a consumer paying for good service, this was plain horrible. Bad customer service and quality of work to say the least. I gave this shop a second opportunity and they failed. My car was there a total of eight and half weeks for both jobs, costing me time and money. This shop painted my car twice because of the paint defects that appeared after the first paint job. These defects included paint fading, peeling, protruding surface areas, bumps, and spots. All these defects appeared six months after the paint job. Nothing improved after the second paint job-same results. My vehicle was not washed and interior was dirty/dusty from paint job when I picked it up. Although the warranty covered the paint job the manager/owner Larry was rude and refusing responsibility. They also blamed the previous painter which didnt work there anymore. Ive already filed a complaint with MAACO corporate and looking at legal action as well.

I came to Maaco in Tempe to have my bumper painted on my car due to a small fender bender. From the time I entered the shop to when I picked up my car the service was awesome! I got my wifes 2006 Honda pained here and wow great job! That car was a complete mess, the clear coat was flaking and paint in some places worn to the bare metal. I took it in and the job that they did was no less than amazing, especially for the price. I was skeptical as to how good of a job it would be, but Im truly blown away. Im so impressed by their attention to detail that Im bringing my car in to have the hood resprayed. They really do great work here!

Amazing service although it took a bit longer than expected.. totally worth the wait!!!They took good care of my paint job and even cleaned the exterior!The staff was cordial, tactful and realistic.Vastly underrated service.. so much better than expected.

I took a spoiler in to be painted a very normal black and when they first told me it was done the paint hadn’t finished curing and there was orange peel and dust embedded in the paint. I asked them to fix it and when I picked it up the second time there were weird gouges in the paint that didn’t exist before. I asked them to fix those and they told me it would be impossible to wet sand it without it installed on the car.Okay.So I installed it on the car, brought it in to be wet sanded, and they fixed 2 dust spots but not the bigger gouges, saying that since those were deep into the paint they wouldn’t be able to fix it.It shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place and after 3 tries I’m done dealing with them. They also charged me 50% more than the original quote and didn’t do a great job.They tried to do good and fix the issues they made but they shouldn’t have given me an unfinished product in the first place.

I personally have work in the automotive repair industry for years. This body shop is second to none. They are not going to oversell you are over “you or overcharge you. They will get your work done in a timely and quality manner and you’ll be very pleased with the results and their customer service. Maaco collision center is the number one body shop in the Phoenix Arizona area.

Awesome prices and nice people! The only reason I did not give the fifth star is that both times I left my car there, it was not done on time which is tough when you have to prearrange a ride back. Also, the drivers mat is ruined each time, because they dont put down paper liner to protect it. Still their prices are great and they are nice and I will still go there, but plan on some hassle on pickup day and buying new car mats.

Lindsey did a very good job fixing my car. She only quotes you for what is really necessary to fix. They did a very good job. Very pleased with their service. Ill definitely recommend them to anyone.Update after a year - I went to them again, after Lindsey left, because there was a piece on the side that was jutting out. The guy in the front told he will order the replacement and call me. He never did, even though I called them back like 2 times to check. Eventually, I fixed it up myself.

Been going here about a year. The guys are super fair and knowledgeable. Prices are never a shock. They seem to actually care about your vehicle. They are honest too. Which is why I will never go anywhere else. ( Been jerked around and ripped off by others) they straight up told us the cost to fix my husbands suspension on his car was more than the car was worth. They could have easily tried to push him. They changed all of my belts and hoses....A month later I had a squeak, no idea what it was, took it in. They called me and told me they just had to adjust one of the belts. I didnt even think about. They didnt try to charge me and say it was something else. I love Maaco!

The experience was not the best under the old ownership and have recently returned for a small issue with the paint on the roof of the vehicle. WOW! Best experience ever, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and got my car fixed very fast. I had some paint coming off the front bumper from someone hitting me, and a small dent and some paint off from a different person hitting me on the back bumper. Took it in just to get the front done, and since they had extra paint they surprised me and re-did the back to no extra charge. Excellent work on the tailgate and bumper of my Ford F150. The work looks like new. They were very responsive to the schedule I asked for. Highly recommend them. All were very professional and courteous.

Overall the actually work on my car was good. I had a couple areas that needed repainted due to scratches. The reason for the poor review is due to them being sloppy with the clean up. When I picked up my car there was white stuff all over the back of it and a few areas inside. Its just frustrating that my car was returned to me like this when I paid over $700 for a service from a very well known company. Next time I will just go elsewhere.

I had a great experience here! I had a dent in my front bumper, other places were quoting me for totally replacing my bumper and the prices were outrageous. Maaco told me they would try to repair the dent without replacing the bumper and they did! It looks perfect and they charged me hundreds less than the other places I got quotes from. I will be returning the next time I need auto body work done!

This Maaco team specifically from all other Macco teams is the best one that i have ever worked with. it was fast, convenient, amazing quality, and they shoked me with the price for the awesome job they did. I was ready and accepting what ever high price because the job was top notch, yet it was cheap. Lindsey, the assistant manager is a respectful person and knows what has to be done and they fixed some minor things in the car that I wasnt expecting to be fixed in the first place. Small things yet a good gesture that I appreciate. I will be working on another car and I know where to take it for a paint job.

All around good experience. Mario was helpful; could of offered to finish job ordering a needed bracket. Annoying how they round up their bills on credit card. Coupon said $249, yet they charged $250; final bill was $299 and change, they charged $300.

Bait and switch. Took my truck directly in so that I could get an accurate quote for a paint job. The salesman and I spoke in the parking lot and he said that because they were so slow, that he would make me quite a deal. He talked about the 5 year warranty and quoted a price that we agreed upon. We walked inside and as I was looking at the price board, he even mentioned that the one Id be getting was the one on on the bottom left and it showed the 5 year warranty. When I picked up my truck, the paperwork said it had a 4 year warranty. I asked the same salesman about it and he denied everything. Dont agree to anything unless you get it in writing.

I just wanted to send out a message to anyone that may have a question, should I or should I not go to this Maaco Collision repair and Auto Painting for service. I have had nothing but great service from Chris, Gary and/or John everything that I have had anything to do on my car. I had my car painted 5-yrs ago and with this Arizona sun, it needed another follow up. Due to the previous paint job that was still under warranty, They painted it again, I came out of that building today, owner of a a 1994 Toyota looking like it just came off the car lot. I have never had a problem with either of the personnel that is mentioned in this review. Awesome service. I highly recommend them..

Had a Retro 1971 VW Squareback painted 2-tone with their premium job at $2800. Very smooth job and the 5 year warranty is reassuring. The only beef I have is that the entire interior shell was to be painted black and they failed to paint the floor and cargo area.

I had my truck painted in June. I took it back a few days later to point out some flaws. I have a visual impairment so couldnt see a lot of the problems with the paint. My daughter could. The other owner blew me off. Told me i had to pay for the color sanding to correct their shoddy work. After getting bids to color sand I got angry and decided Maaco was going to pay for the corections xomne hell or high water. When i called corporate i found out the shop was under new ownership and corporate was very nice about all this. Im hoping the new owner will give me different results. He seemed concerned when I spoke to him on the phone. Well see.

I took my vehicle in for a paint job and headlight refurbishing. The paint job came out decent, but dont believe any of the $500 deals they pretend to have. They will always start off really high. They will tell you its another $100 to change the color. I said ok paint the same color. Well then I will have to charge you for custom color. I also had an estimate that clearly stated Headlight Refurbishment on it. They claimed that it never had a itemized charge for it and that is why they didnt do the work. I argued a little but I paid the invoice. However, they lost out on my truck I was going to bring in. I wont be back .

Got a great paint job,very proud of it,until I opened the back window, I paid to have the entire vehicle painted,they missed the underside of the back window, gas cap,under the hood,painted rubber,detailing was terrible,masking was poorly done,the drove my vehicle 10 miles,it is an SS,so I assume that they wanted to see if it was fast.My son took his mustang in, it was broken into,a DUI camera was stolen, a police report taken,Eddie denied everything, plus it had more miles on it than when dropped off, Eddie says they dont use customer vehicles,but we witnessed 2 crew members race off in a newly painted vehicle ! We will not return, vehicles had scratches on the new paint terrible jobs,great looking at 20 feet

Took my sons car here after a slight fender bender and they took really good care of his car. You couldn’t even see where the car had been damaged. Thank you for being so helpful and professional.

Have given this location three tries, three different vehicles. Each had to be returned for shoddy work. The most recent needed a door replaced and painted. The vehicle had new window tint so the tinted wind from damaged door was to be installed in the replacement door. Never happened, window was discarded with old door leaving us with the added expense of tinting the window. Good money was paid in each and every case and each was returned for several corrections. Most discrepancies were corrected but the time and gas spent on returns plus extra expense of re-tinting is very poor business practice. Not worth the trouble.

They fixed some small dents and paint damage at a great price and the work looks great!

Poor quality work. Over spray everywhere, headlights, windshield, driver and passenger windows. Body panels and gaps terrible, headlights sticking out past body panels when they are supposed to be flush. Mysteriously missing antenna that was on vertical when dropped off, antenna was no where near any body work that was done. Run dont walk away from this place.

*****************************WARNING***********************************Unfortunately I took my car there to fix a small dent in the drivers side door and I completely regret it! They originally told me it would take three days to fix my vehicle so I rented a car and on the third day when they told me my car was ready for pick up I returned the rental and went to get my car. Not only was the work not completed properly but there was new damage that they caused to my car. Two days after that they called me again to say the car is ready, then an hour after that call I get another call saying the car was not ready since they had burned the paint while trying to buff it. When I finally went to pick up the car I was still not happy with the services and there are new white paint spots sprinkled on it (I have a red car) and the manager started arguing with me, he had absolutely no customer service, and made matters worse.Do not do not take your car over there!!!!They are so unprofessional and will end up causing more damage to your car!

Face to face was okthe service was for a company car so i couldnt care less, but for 1600$ that they charged my company they made me wait over a week for parts? and then painted over the damaged paint so u can see the chips lol, absolutely unprofessional for such a steep price.

Was not happy at all. Showed up to pick up the car and noticed very bad runs and imperfections in the paint, showed it to the owner and he argued trying to say it was a flaw in my perfectly smooth fiberglass body! Obvious the painter was inexperienced and didn’t clean the body before paint causing runs and bad fish eyes. Will never go back

Just pathetic. These guys are unethical. A few days down the line when they did collision repair for my car, I found out that my A/c was not working. I did not pay attention to it then, thinking maybe it just needs new gas. As summers approached, I took my car to a service center, and found out, that these guys (Maaco Tempe) had replaced the condensor with wrong O-rings. They are smaller in size than they should be, causing anything charged into the condensor to leak completely. On being told about this, they are not even taking any reponsibility for their shoddy work which shows their unrthical side. I will never ever go here or never will recommend their business to any of my friends. I will make sure, I post this review on every website possible, so that max ppl can be made aware of their practices. Furthermore, even during the repair times, these people were telling me a different story and were telling the insurance company a different story.
