Through all my dealings I had positive feelings They answered my questions and seemed professional and knowledgeable I eas given an appointment and told what would happen & when. I be dropped my car off at appointment day and was told it would be about a week & a half Nexy day I got a detailed text ad to what would happen next and given. Working through my insurance company State Farm, Carstar made my door repair such an easy experience. It took about a week, and they partner with a nearby Enterprise rental car branch to assist with picking up/dropping off your rental. Highly recommend!

I wrecked my car, my first accident and I was pretty freaked out with not much knowledge on what to do, i brought it here for her repairs. They were incredible the whole time specifically Matt. They got me connected to a rental car place that came and got me from the shop. My car was in the shop for almost a month (you know how insurance is) but matt texted me to keep me updated on what was going on with my car, I knew when she was completed, being painted, getting cleaned, all of it. The customer service was incredible. They returned my car to me freshly cleaned inside and out. And earlier then they had originally estimated. I would definitely go here again if I needed too. Recently had an accident where someone rear ended me and was referred to Carstar. Upon arrival they already had all the paperwork filled out and estimated about 2 weeks for repairs on my car’s bumper and trunk lid. Two days later I received a call from the manager saying he’d already ordered the parts and would give me a call when they arrived and called every time there was an update. A week and a half later I got another call saying everything’s done- HALF A WEEK AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. Now my experience with Carstar has been nothing but professional and gave a warm, welcoming feeling. They took care of my sedan just as much as I would for her and even detailed the interior and buffed the exterior to make my car look good as new. One thing I really wanted taken care of was a valuable decor on the inside of my bumper. After deliberations he hooked me up with someone to do a custom job that made it look better than the original which I can really appreciate with hardly any extra charge. Working with Carstar has been indeed a relief knowing they will take care of the customer and car like their own. I highly recommend!

Amazing State of the Art Body Shop

I was rear -ended by a truck in my less than two year old car. I take exceptional care of my vehicle. I also have three stage paint. Which is very difficult to get right.Not only did they provide excellent customer service during the repair.,they also knocked it out of the park on the paint. My husband has been in Collision repair for over 25+ years. Needless to say I know a little more than the everage person. That being said, Im a tough customer to please. They even gave me back my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. What a great expeirence!!! Definetly would recommend you try them out.

The customer service here is INCREDIBLE! From the beginning they made sure I was well taken care of. After giving them a call they immediately made arrangements for my car to be picked up from my home and towed to the shop to get the estimate together. When my car arrived they promptly gave me a phone call and when I mentioned that I was having trouble with my rental car arrangements Miss Patty at the front desk let me know to not worry and that she would have it taken care of as long as I could get down to the shop. Uponarrival we went over the damages to my car and enterprise was already there to greet me and help me get my rental car going. During the duration of the process Miss Patty kept me updated every few days letting me know how my car was progressing and my car was actually done ahead of schedule. After picking up my car the next day we did run into an issue of some lights not working but I gave the shop a call and Addison made sure to get that fixed that same day. My car was also left a tad dusty inside from being worked on and he offered to have my car detailed whenever I had some free time for the inconvenience which he didn’t have to do but it goes to show how much customer service means to them. Someone backed into my car, so I had to go to this body shop. They told me it would be done in 3 days and it was. They did a good job and I didnt have to pay for the damages, but I noticed that they charge $25 for covid cleaning or something. I dont think this was actually done to my vehicle. My vehicle still looked a bit dusty on the inside. I know this because Ive been meaning to clean all the dust myself.

I had just moved to Arizona when I was side swiped on the freeway. Not sure where to take my car because I havent been out here before I searched reviews for the companies my insurance sent me. I saw CARSTAR had amazing reviews. No negative so I chose them and I am so thankful I did. When I called to schedule an appointment the person on the phone was so nice. Same for when we got there. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them. They asked detailed questions of what was wrong or if it made any sounds. I was told my car would be done June 11. I was surprised when I got a call on June 5 that my car was done. Super fast service. I was a little worried that it wasnt going to be 100% to my standards being done that fast. But it was! By far the best auto body work Ive had done on my car. This place is very good at what they do and actually get the work done quickly as well. Most places Ive been to in the past take weeks to do simple jobs and are rip offs, but not this place. The owner personally called me to communicate everything they were doing so I knew where my cars was in the process and the price was almost half what everyone else wanted to charge. Car Star took good care of me and my car when my front bumper was damaged. I contacted one body shop and they were professional and friendly and gave me an estimate. However, I went to Car Star on the recommendation of the Allstate Claims Dept. and although Car Stars estimate was about $80 more, I went with them. Unlike the employee at the other shop who just went out and eyeballed the damaged area, Addison Gamo, the Car Star Manager, went over the entire van and took pictures, asked questions, gave suggestions and then went in and took a reasonable amount of time to write up the estimate while I waited in the lobby. The receptionist was busy but still managed to engage me in short bits of conversation so I didnt feel like I was being ignored. This was on a Monday and I was told the van would be ready on Wednesday-and it was! They close at 6:00 and since I was coming a distance from my workpIace I was afraid I wouldnt get there by 6:00 I didnt stop to gas up the rental before I went to the shop. Addison waited for me to take the rental for gas and then come back and took time to explain everything done to the van. The new bumper looks great-like it came off the assembly line with the car. I would highly recommend Car Star to anyone!

The best auto body repair store in the area. Their service is impressive. I have my rear bumper and wind shield fixed here and they did a really great job with unbeatable price. Most importantly, Addison, the manager of the store, is really nice to his customers. He treated us as friends and offered help and advice to any problems on my vehicle. Highly recommend!

When I look for any kind of service-based business to go to I look for good customer service, communication, and quality of work. Addison and his staff hit a Homerun on all three of my criteria. I was given excellent customer service and communication throughout the work. The job was completed quickly and the quality of work was the best I’ve seen in the industry. They did not cut any corners or take any shortcuts, you could not ask for a better company to fix your vehicle.
