Won’t bring my car anywhere else. I was told by another company I had a leak in my transmission right before a road trip so wanted to get a second opinion. Brought it into We-Fix-It, they were able to take a look and found nothing wrong. They informed me of some general upcoming maintenance to consider but I didn’t feel pressured to get other unnecessary services done like many other auto repair shops I’ve been to. The employees are professional, communicative, and the shop’s prices are very fair. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

These people are amazing . Came in to get brakes/rotors done and have Serpentine belt replaced. jaedon was my point of contact. Very very nice guy. They fixed my Ford expedition and everything works perfect. Very very affordable prices compared to others. They even vacuumed and washed my car for free without me even asking. 3 years warranties on all the parts . They did the inspection free as well! I will definitely be back if I ever need any car service done.

The price was in line if not one of the better prices you can get for the part and labor. From scheduling over the telephone, discussing what work needs to be completed to keep me safe on the road (and more importantly, what work I can hold off on for a bit longer), and execution of the agreed upon work - the service was unbeatable! First of all this was my first time bringing my car to a shop because we’ve always worked on our own but that’s not always an option so I was hesitant. I trusted these guys fully. Javier kept me updated multiple times a day and was upfront about everything. I dropped it off and had 6 fuel injectors replaced and back to me within 48 hours. Diagnostic fee seemed a little high, but still very happy with how it went!

Bringing my car here for routine maintenance was a great experience. The owner and his staff are incredibly professional, thorough, and run a great shop. It is obvious that they value their clients.

To begin this review, I want to share that after my Inspection, I had over $5,000 of fixes on my car. Typically one in my situation would be stressed with such a high ticket, but Andreas literally was the most amazing person to work with. He took care of covering partial costs with my warranty, set me up with amazing finance options, all the while communicating clearly and giving me options on what could be done now and what could wait. the techs did a great job and the vehicle runs amazing. I cannot give high enough praise to the entire we fix it team from front office staff, to technicians, to the owner himself. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop if you are anywhere in the Phoenix area. Very well worth it. They will do you right!

I went here because i was dealing with a severe oil leakage. within an hour of making my appointment andreas already emailed me asking about my car even though they were closed. they had my car for a while but they needed to test everything to make sure my car was in a good shape for me to drive in. everyone who helped me was extremely nice! will definitely come back

They performed at post purchase vehicle inspection for us. The shop is very through and professional. Their inspection helped insure to us that the vehicle we bought was in good operating condition. I definitely recommend for any pre or post purchase inspection. We will use again in future if we need any maintenance on our vehicles.

I was more than impressed with the services here; from the way you are attended to to the afters. So, we drove down from down from Texas to Arizona and our Ram 1500 started acting up, so I looked up several auto shops and eventually decided to go with this one. Jaedon was the main man there for me (not taking anything away from the other great guys there) but he got the truck checked and explained stuffs to me in the most professional manner. The job was well done, the truck feels better and we are getting ready to leave town but I was blown away again when I got a text message from Andreas (the owner) just checking to be sure the car is okay. I went in the other day to get my AC fixed. It was ready the next day, and they even gave me a car wash! I never cleaned it so it was much needed and I was very appreciative, and they even vacuumed my interior! No one else will treat you better than this place.

They executed a full diagnostic inspection was pinpointed the problem and was able to get me back on the road in one day. Came in with problems with the transmission and a broken AC while on a cross-country road trip. Andreas was great, very transparent about the process, explained everything patiently, and communicated with our insurance company to get the expensive compressor replaced, we only had a minimal co-pay. Highly recommend!

Took my car in to have the alternator checked since my new battery was dead within a day of driving. The mechanics were able to give me a quick diagnosis and confirmed that I had a bad alternator. Long story short, these guys have amazing customer service from the front rep Jaedon to the owner Andreas. My car was fixed quickly after I brought in the replacement alternator (decided to purchase from a local shop). Highly recommend bringing your vehicle! They now have a long term client in me.

When Ive needed repairs urgently they have been to take my car same day. They are very nice and easy to work with. I dont understand a lot about cars and they do a great job of explaining things so I understand whats going on. They use BG products. I highly recommend them.

The owner Andres answered and was friendly on the phone and set me up to come down for a wheel alignment. Place looks clean and all. Before I gave them the keys I asked how much for a wheel alignment and the said 160 something. I asked why so much and the guy gave a generic answer “we give excellent service!” Most shops charge 89 and 110 on the high end. This shop Is severely over priced. I’ll get mine done for 89 else where.

I took my car there for an oil change. And they had it for two days. They told me they finally changed the oil after being backed up. I drive out of the lot. And make it 1.5 miles down the road and my car breaks down. We have it towed back to the same shop. And they have it for another two days. Then today, they tell me my engine seized up and that i need to buy another engine. In reality, they did something to my car and not taking responsibility. When we checked the oil, and They forget to put oil in my car.

While on vacation, water was leaking onto my car from my building’s parking garage. It left a residue over the entire drivers half of the vehicle. I wasn’t sure what it was and nothing I attempted removed the film. I took it to We-Fix-It and they were amazing! They identified that it was a calcium residue from the water flowing through the building and they completely repaired the car in less than a day. It looks perfect! Super fast and friendly service! Had an issue getting a company car fixed and kept getting unclear answers or unreturned phone calls from others companies. Called here, they got me towed in ASAP and kept me updated every step of the way. Excellent customer service, extremely fair pricing and explained everything to me in a way that made sense to me. 100% will be coming here again for my personal car.

I think that this place has excellent service. If you want a place that will take your car in and do all of the work with no concern for how much it might cost, then this is a great place. But I went in for a wheel alignment, tires to be checked, and just to have them give me the codes for my check engine light. They did a fine job with the wheel alignment, they didnt really check my air pressure on my tires, and they took money to flush my system but then told me I would have to spend another 250$ dollars to get my codes because they needed to update my computer. It was just way too expensive for what I was trying to do, so I ended up not spending that money. The only thing I got was essentially a wheel alignment that cost me 300$ and no codes. So I probably wouldnt come back to them for anything related to electronics or computer work. I would say the wheel alignment was also a bit high albeit within range, so Im satisfied with the service for that. All in all I wouldnt go back for all my car needs, but would probably go for something small that needs to be done right away.

This is a honest and professional place to take your car for repairs. I just made my last payment on my car and knew I will need marjor work done on it and they did a great job. They explained everything to you with no hype just the honest truth. I would recommend anyone to check them out you wont be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at We-Fix-It Auto Repair. I got an error message while driving on the highway in the early afternoon that seemed to suggest my alternator had died, and that my engine could shut off at any moment. I called We-Fix-It and Jaedon was incredibly kind and inviting. He offered to have my car fixed the same day, which is increasingly difficult with some of the Covid protocols. Jaedon immediately set me up on a text message thread that allowed me to receive text updates and text him questions as needed. Upon dropping off my car to get it repaired, I assumed my final bill was going to be around $1,000 for the alternator repair. The wonderful team at We-Fix-It diagnosed my car and determined that there were only two belts that needed to be repaired, and that my alternator was okay. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my final bill was only a quarter of what I had expected to pay. As a customer who is wary of going to auto mechanics, it is a breath of fresh air to meet a mechanic who is honest, and genuinely cares about the happiness and lifetime value of the customer. In addition to their five star customer service, they also offer to wash and vacuum your car with every service for free, as well as offer loaner vehicles as needed. I would highly recommend We-Fix-It to any customer who is similarly wary of shady auto mechanics, and is looking for a truly honest one! Thank you Jaedon for your amazing service!

No complaints one bit. They treat you very well and are 100 percent transparent with you on the status of your car. They helped shuttle me back home and the price they quoted me at was the final price I end up paying l. After going to, two other places We fix it identified the problem with my car. They were professional, and they definitely solved the problem. I would have given five stars but there was a lack of communication on updates about my vehicle I had to contact them and I didn’t get my car back in time like I expected which I’d there was better communication I could’ve rearranged somethings and I wouldn’t recommend them for car washing either.

I was having a backfiring issue with my 1998 Jeep XJ. They were able to fix my issue in no time, and run other test on my car to inform me of other issues. Not only do they do a great job, but their pricing is extremely fair. If I run into any other issues, I will for sure bring my service to them again!

I was referred here by a friend of mine, and I am so pleased with the entire process. I called the shop, and Andreas helped schedule my oil change. He explained that they would do a full exam on the vehicle and would build a profile with pictures and explanations of what is going wrong and/or right with it. The entire crew was great upon arrival! I ended up getting my oil changed and a battery service done, and all went so smoothly. My car was there a little longer than I anticipated, but they offered me a ride home if I didn’t have anyone picking me up. Joe was very transparent and extremely helpful the whole time. I will be returning to We Fix It Auto Repair in the future!

I have been to We-Fix-It auto numerous times and have had some kind of issue with the business each time. The one time the wrong part was ordered and caused my repair to take longer than expected causes a delay in a trip. Another time I went in for a tire alignment, they said I needed a “special electronic alignment” and quoted me for around 300$ which I declined. Went to pep boys and they did the “special electronic alignment” in 30 minutes for 100$. They explain cars to you like your an elementary student and try to pressure you into more expensive and additional repairs that are not needed. The prices are definitely premium because they act like some small auto shop that is forced to charge more (they have an explanation for everything) but you can go 2 blocks down and get the same repair for half the price. Overall, expensive, inconsistent, and not worth the patronizing explanation of repairs. There is a dozen repair shops within a mile of We Fix It Auto and I’ve learned my lesson enough times to just take it to another shop.

I have such kind things to say about this business. They are honest, trustworthy and loyal to their customers. I’m business owner myself and my spare daytime hours are few. When I schedule repairs on my vehicle, I appreciate the link they send me so that I can view the issues myself in order of necessity and then choose what I want to proceed with. It also helps me to budget some of those moderately necessary items for a few weeks down the road. The door to door service they provide by giving me a ride helps so much in my household! I was most impressed with the Covid – 19 sanitary procedures they adopted just last week. I highly recommend this local south Scottsdale business.

Went here for an oil change, and have had a good experience with them. They were upfront with any issues on their morning rush of how long it would be and gave options. Ultimately I just opted for taking a seat and waiting, which didnt take too long. Ill be planning to visit again for some follow up maintenance and see how that goes from there :)3 month update: went in for more maintenence services, got a battery and fluids exchanged rather quickly. Everything has been running good so far, and their professionalism and customer service is top-notch.

I was consistently impressed by We-Fix-It from the moment that I pulled into their parking lot. They made the whole process of getting the dents fixed on my car seamless. Not only does my car look good as new, but the whole process was easy! The price was reasonable (less than I expected), staff was friendly and easy to communicate with in person/over the phone, and they even called me an Uber home when I dropped my car off to get me home! I was not expecting this and was overjoyed. Its rare these days to find a company that not only takes pride in their work but also their customer service. No cost.When I took truck in We-fix-it wanted $159 and $165 to check need for repairs.Total lies from earlier call to convince me to take truck to them to determine cost of repairs. Disregard to courtesy and decorum. Bad business!!!Very very expensive too.Do not go to them!!

Great service! I took a prepurchase minivan here to have them do an inspection before I bought. They were very thorough and took the time to answer questions and fully explain the vans issues and recommendations. Highly recommend.

The group has taken care of me well in my time. They have a nice balance of quality work vs value. It was tough being newer to the area and having to pay large amounts of $$ for my Mini needing a mechanic that can work on European cars. I had been with one shop for a few years that kept upping their hourly rate. I haven’t had that happen at We fix it yet! They’ve done good work for a fair price always. I’ve never had an owner personally reach out to me to check in on The work they did, schedule new appointments, etc.

In all my years driving across the country going to repair shop to repair shop I have never felt as comfortable with the auto shop as much as I do with We Fix It Auto Repair. The expert mechanics whats knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and most importantly thorough with the diagnostic service they provided. The expert mechanics also explain the situation and what was going on with my vehicle in a way that I would . As a female, I will refer oh my other female friends as well as the population in general to take their vehicle in to this auto shop. I will absolutely return to We Fix It Auto for further maintenance on my 2014 Nissan Maxima.If I had to describe We Fix It Auto with one word it would be EXCELLENCE! !
