Everyone here was amazing from start to finish! They all remembered my name when I came in and greeted me. My car was finished earlier than expected and the work they did was flawless! I was very impressed with their service and I definitely recommend them and won’t go anywhere else for my car repairs!

All I can say is AMAZING!! I recently got a large indentation in my front bumper. I saw all the good reviews and came in to see if they could fix it. Not only did Charlie squeeze me in the next day, but he made my front bumper look like new! Very fast and professional, and only took about 20 minutes! Could not recommend this place enough!!

We would highly recommend Campus Body Salon. We live in Chicago, and needed to get our car repaired before we drove it back home to Illinois from AZ. Charlie was so great to work with - he coordinated everything with our insurance company, helped secure a rental car, kept us informed on the status and made sure the car was ready in time. Even after we picked-up the car, Charlie went above and beyond by helping us with an unrelated issue we had right before our drive back to Chicago. We called him on a Saturday (when Campus Body Salon was closed!) and he offered to help us on his personal time. Customer service doesnt get much better than that!

My experience here was beyond amazing, they went way above my expectations by far! I just needed my hood painted so I wasnt expecting it to cost a lot but as I started calling to get quotes I realized it was a lot more than I thought it would be. I had companies quoting me $800 just for the hood! It was insane. And some companies made me go all the way to their shop just so they could look at it to give me a quote, they wouldnt give me a quote over the phone not even a ball park number and it was still an outrageous amount of money. Some places told me they couldnt even do the job after I drove all the way to their location. Needless to say I was getting really discouraged in my search running around going from here to there just to have them tell me it was super expensive or they couldnt do it but when I called this place Steve was so accommodating to my needs and helped me out in every way he could. They worked with me on what I could afford and they did an awesome good job too! It was done very quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough about this business, they truly care about their customers and the quality of work they do. I wish I had called them first! They made this process so simple and easy, I highly recommend going here. Thank you so much guys!!!

The customer service I have received from campus Body is some of the best service I have ever had from an Utoshop. Im very particular about my cars, and dont let just anyone work on them. Leo was great at communicating what was going on, and working with my insurance to get it finished. The finished car looks great! They cleaned it better than I ever have. The only thing that possibly could have made it better is if they had filled my gas tank for me!!

I called Campus Body Salon after searching the Bumper to Bumper website. They had good reviews and they were nearby. Wow! Did I make a great decision?!! They communicated consistently throughout the process, always letting me know if the parts had come in, if the insurance agency was communicating, expected costs, everything. In fact, the day before my car was ready, I was about to call Leo to see when exactly I could pick it up. I thought I better check my emails first and there it was...an email sent earlier in the day that my car would be ready the following afternoon! My car looks brand new...many pieces actually are brand new! I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I am beyond happy with the entire, painless experience. The most professional experience I’ve ever had when it comes to car issues! As a mid 20s Woman, I’ve had many times where there have been attempts to take advantage of my wallet when it comes to the car industry. Two people hit my car on different days in the same week (my luck is that bad), and Campus made this as smooth as possible. Constantly called me to check in to let me know the status while being honest and kind 100% of the time. They even gave me my car back early while waiting on payment from the person’s insurance because they didn’t believe I should have to wait. Who does that? Leo and the crew are great guys. My 4Runner looks good as new. Will continue to recommend them forever!

The place lied to me and told me my door was made out of aluminum, just to raise the price up on the quote. Pass I went to this place in 1978, not the same at all.

This shop gave extremely great service.I got rear-ended in the middle of 2019 and was recommended this shop. As soon as i gave them the insurance claim they completely took over the whole ordeal. Gave them my car for about a week, they gave me the directions on how to get a rent a car. After the week was done had my car returned and perfectly fixed.The employee handling my car was beyond superb. He handled contacting the insurance company as well as helped me when they were trying to prorate the replacement costs.Will continue to use them in the future.

This shop is the unicorn of body shops. Not only do they have spectacular service but they are honest too. It’s hard to find businesses that truly care about what they do for their customers and this is one of those rarities. I am going to be a customer as long as I live in the valley. I highly recommend this shop for any repair especially high end vehicles. Their workmanship is second to none.

I just took my 2017 charger here after a slight fender bender and I couldnt be happier. They did a great job fixing my car they handled the insurance company and the car looks like it never happened. When I got the car back it was spotless and they had great communication the whole time letting me know where my car was in the process. These guys saved me a ton of stress and money. I found them on google when I had a flat tire and didn’t know how to change it to my spare. I called them seeing what they could do, and I spoke with Todd (who was so sweet) and he told me to come in and get my tire switched for free. It was fast and effective and the nicest experience. These guys are great!! After my wife got in an accident, I asked that her car be sent to Campus based on a radio commercial and a recommendation from the auto repair radio show. I figured they had to maintain a good reputation in order to keep the referral. I couldnt have been more pleased. I was kept up to date throughout the process including the actions or inaction of the insurance company. They were patient with my questions and helped me to understand how everything with the insurance company worked. The car was less than a year and a half old so we were concerned about getting genuine OEM parts. Campus went out of their way to get the right parts and the inspection by the dealership to insure it met or exceeded factory specs. And they finished on time!!! Not only did they handle my wifes car, but they were able to help me get one or two things fixed on my truck while I was there. I love recommending people to businesses I can trust and who do great work. Campus is on the top of my list!!

Im consistently blown away by how much help these guys are. I was in a car accident in Oct 2017. The towing company that dropped off my Truck cause some additional damage to my truck.
