They asked me for $143 up front then when they were not able to install a device I could not get a refund. also it takes 2 hours to get through to their billing dept on every call. strongly recommend other service.

I would give this 0 stars if that was possible. The contract is filled with small writing that has you agree to pay fees if you fail any of the tests. Not the fee that gets passed on to the state, their own fees. I found this out the first month in after a soft fail due to having drank some kombucha. Apparently that warranted a $50 fee paid to ADS. The monthly calibration reps have been instructed to charge you a late fee if you dont show up to your calibration at the exact time. Mind you your appointment is you handing them the breathalyzer, them plugging it into a computer to download data, and then handing it back to you. If you show up 1 minute late to this, prepare to pay.One of the monthly calibrations service techs I went to resigned working for ADS partway through my time with them. His reasoning was that they were too shady. He was also visited by a state investigator looking into ADS business practices.After my original service tech resigned, I had to call ADS to find a new service tech. The rep on the phone offered me only 2 options within 30 min of me. When I asked what the exact address was, he said there was no numeric address. The address was simply X Street. After asking him and getting the same answer twice, I asked him for the name of the service tech shop, and looked up the address myself. The address he gave me was wrong.This company is awful at their own trade and essentially scavenging off those that are already in a bad spot. They make it appear the fees you are paying to them are state mandated fees when that is not necessarily the case.

Customer service was great I am completed my program now but never had one single issue thank you alcohol detection systems

Absolutley GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! device would constantly lose power, and not allow my vehicle to turn on... they are cheaper than the rest for a reason.. the device would say that it detected alcohol after not drinking ANYTHING, (alcoholic or not) not even coffee, mouthwash mints etc, and would say 0.08 or similar, then will allow you to blow again in 5 minutes and start right up... so you go from the legal limit to completley sober and allow to start in 5 minutes???????? but of course you have to go in within 3 days and pay them 25.00. Was stranded multiple times saying device tempurature too high.. umm, we live in arizona.. and of course cant start the car to cool the unit off and would give the error code provide stability key, who knows.. do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and go to a reputible company that wont charge you for errors with the equipment. or make you pay 25 dollars for a positive reading when one wasnt given. When called to address the issues they say it maybe could be alcohol residue from perfume or lip gloss that could trigger it.. I dont wear either. so clearly they are cheaper but hit you with the 25 dollar fee at least once a month to supplement the revenue like other companies charge.

DO NOT use this company for your interlock. If something happens during the weekend, you will be locked out the entire weekend until maybe Monday since they are closed during the weekend. Please please DO NOT use this company.

Company does not provide technical support at all when their product fails to operate as intended.
