Michael was there to greet me at the door when I dropped my truck off, she was in bad shape. After getting her back, I could not have been more pleased, she looked better then before she was in the accident. Classic Gold has been my go-to spot for just about anything automotive for quite a while now. I can handle the typical easy maintenance stuff. Joe & Mike have been taking care of our family cars for just about everything else. From blown head gaskets, bad fuel pumps, to t-bone collisions, to keeping our high mileage cars running and looking their best. This AZ climate is brutal on cars and they keep us running cool and keep us on the road with confidence.

Got an honest & extraordinarily good price on my oil change, was given a thorough update on my car & they went ahead & checked it for no extra cost. Amy was extremely kind & fit me in even though apparently they didnt put me in the system for my appointment I had scheduled a week earlier & called that morning to confirm (which was not her fault). Unfortunately, the nasty political talk from one of the workers was bountiful & I heard just how NOT seriously they take the pandemic. Nobody except Amy wore a mask & it is mandatory in this city, regardless of the personal beliefs of those who work there. The mask policy was not enforced on customers, either. Ultimately, the blatant lack of safety measures & endangering of customers leaves me to discourage my friends & family to use their service until the pandemic has calmed down.

I took my car here after someone hit my car. A huge positive aspect is that they make sure that any repairs beyond the visible/cosmetic damages are all addressed and paid for by insurance. That is not true of all shops. Theyve been great. Theyve managed working with the insurance company and made it very tasty for me.

Booked an alignment appointment for my wifes car, as I felt vibration at highway speeds (she did not). Turned out the alignment was OK, but there was an accumulation of pavement sealer and small rocks on the rims on the right side - enough to unbalance the wheels. Joe and the crew cleaned them, re-balanced and rotated the tires, and even my wife noticed the difference on the way home. Great job! Highly recommended!

Recently I bought a car and needed a high quality alignment since the tires on this car are so expensive. I found a local car enthusiast forum and they highly recommended Joe and Classic Gold Auto Centre. Joe was awesome. He was totally open to me providing what specs I wanted for the alignment. These kinds of specs arent very useful unless set exactly vs. most cars specs have a very wide range thats acceptable (machine shows a green light). Settings specs to an exact number is much more difficult and takes patience on the part of the technician. Joe did the work himself and showed me the final specs and they were EXACT. Even more impressive, when he called to say the car was ready I realized I had forgotten to ask him to check my car to see if it had a power steering leak. He said the car was already off the rack and the racks were full but hed see what he could do. He called later and said he checked it out and theres no leak. He didnt charge me any additional money. Ive taken another car back since then and the service was just as amazing. Hes friendly yet professional. I have done 99% of my own work on my cars for over 30 years partly because I dont trust many shops ethics nor competence (a shop once put the wrong kind of oil in a transmission they installed for me and it fried in less than two days of driving). But now I have someone I like and trust so when I dont have the time or energy I know where I can take my car now. There isnt a business of any kind that Id recommend more highly than this one.Thanks guys!2/24/21Ahh, I forgot that I had reviewed these guys already for mechanical work. Well, I was so happy with the alignment, I came back when someone backed into the side of my Corvette that I had just bought. It didnt even have a license plate yet. I knew where to take my car. Joe takes care of mechanical work and his brother Mike takes care of the body shop side. Once again, wow. Mike took care of making arrangements for payment from the other guys insurance and after dropping off my car, even drove me to the rental car agency. They did amazing work. The car looks great. Later I thought I found some small nicks (I love this car so I’m trying to keep it in great shape) on a hood decal that MIGHT not have been there before. I wasnt sure and asked what he thought. Since I wasn’t sure I offered to pay for the replacement decals and installation. He wouldn’t let me, not even half. He decided to just take care of it for free. Wow. Now I felt bad since I really wasnt 100% sure that it was from them and no matter how many times I offered to pay in full or half it didn’t matter. So yes, everything from the guy backing into me turned out great.Then, months later I hit a curb pretty hard and damaged my front splitter. It’s carbon fiber and it was cracked beyond repair. Well, I knew where to go. This time there was no insurance involved and once again, great work and again he was just a nice guy. And he gave me a smoking price. I am so happy with this shop Im now trying to think of other things I need painted. I have a motorcycle helmet that I dropped and am going to bring them to clean up the scuff and my wife’s fender has a pretty big ding on it. I can’t recommend this shop enough. It makes you feel a bit better about this sometimes messed up world when you find an honest shop that does great work. So, guys, I’ll be back!

UPDATE:I have been taking my car to Classic Gold for the past year since I moved up to the Valley. A couple of weeks back, I brought it in for an unknown issue since my check engine light was on. Joe was quick to get the car looked at and, in a timely manner, got back to me with what exactly was wrong. They began working on my vehicle and ran into a myriad of problems, far more than what was anticipated. Joe was always very upfront about all the issues, even when they were unfavorable for even the shop to work on.This job was an absolute nightmare for the team at Classic Gold, but as they always do, they took care of business. Joe was in constant communication with me, and always keep a level of transparency about all the repairs that were taking place. They took care of me, even when it wasnt beneficial for them. I always recommend Classic Gold when anyone I know is in need of any type of automobile work, as their customer service is top notch and their knowledge and skill work is even better. My engine light was on, after taking it to numerous shops, they either could not find the problem or were unsure how to fix it. They were the most confident in their discovery and ability to fix it. I went to Classic Gold last week for a repair that was causing my check engine light to come on. They were honest about what was needed and the price was very fair. I have a problem with my window mechanism that hasnt been a priority, but realized would be necessary to have fixed for my plans this weekend. I made an appointment for the day before i was due to leave, and unfortunately, the repair would take too long since I had to go to work (my fault, for lack of foresight), so they offered me a temporary solution until I can bring the car in for the repair. They went above and beyond to help me out. Ill be bringing my car here for repairs from here on out and you should too!

Though I was very skeptical about anyone repairing the damage to my 2000 Corvette this shop came highly recommended. I was not disappointed. It was a pleasure to meet Mike and his brother Joe and they were both very professional and informative with regard to all my questions and concerns. The repair and paint job is perfect and my old girlfriend looks good as new. I would not hesitate to return for any mechanical or God forbid body work I should need in the future.

My company has several vehicles that have been being serviced by Classic Gold for a number of years, spending tens of thousands of dollars with this company. Each week, they call and badger my accounts payable assistant for money. We have paid Classic Gold religiously for years and years within the 30 day terms like clockwork and it is quite annoying that they still continue to feel the need to call us consistently. We have never once even so much as received a basket of cookies or any kindness for the years of business given to them. Yes, their vehicle service is good, but their prices are high and obviously their cash flow is a problem. We are meeting with other shops this month in hopes of making a change.

Best experience with any car repair / body work establishment I have had. Bumper had been smashed, and an OEM bumper was ordered and flawlessly executed in the replacement. They washed the car and cleaned the tires to boot. Will certainly think of them for anything auto related in the future. This is truly a professional and cordial place to do business. My normal mechanic referred me to Classic Gold for an alignment. I couldnt believe they got me in on the same day. Everyone was cheerful and professional. I got a quote up front and the price was far lower than I was expecting. When the work was done, the mechanic who took care of my truck called me personally and explained what he had found. It ended up taking more work than it otherwise would have, but Classic Gold stuck to their original quote. When I went to pick up the truck, the mechanic took time to talk with me again, as did folks inside. I was provided with a technical printout, showing all the alignment specs, and the truck drives like a dream now. I couldnt be more satisfied and Ill definitely be back.

Family owned, they are honest, straight forward with what needs to be done, and ask a fair price for the repair needed. I found them sometime between 2008 & 2009. I have since moved 35 miles away from town and I still bring my car there for repair. The integrity of this place is worth the drive. I highly recommend them.

I took my Chevy Tahoe to Classic Gold for an oil change and checkup as I was heading to Flagstaff for the weekend. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful -- they even loaned me a desk space so I could do some work while I waited! The total for my services was very reasonable and they confirmed that I needed to buy new tires before my trip. I highly recommend Classic Gold and will be using them for all my auto service needs.

I work right down the street from Classic Gold and I will no longer go anywhere else to get an oil change or anything fixed on my car. The weekend before I went to discount tire because my tire was low in air, they told me I had a nail in it but it was okay and I didnt have to worry about anything because it wasnt leaking air, well low and behold it was, a week later my light came back on. I had to get an oil change and told Classic Gold about my tire, they took the nail out and patched it for me!Everyone is so friendly there and I will be a long time customer!

In and out under an hour with appointment. The office and shop are always clean. One of the first times I went I took a newly purchased car and asked to have it thoroughly checked and change all the fluids. They informed me that the power steering and the brake fluids both looked very clean and did not need replacing. I like that repairs or services are completed and make me aware of other items to watch. I have never felt pressured to have a service performed. Impressed with integrity, service, and honesty. I refer people to Classic Gold whenever I can and often get positive feedback. . Shop is woman owned business, so if you are a woman you will be very comfortable going there.

I had my car fixed here after I was backed in to. The other insurance company started to give me issues, stating that I would have to pay out of pocket. Mike told me he would handle the insurance company. I never had to speak to them again and my car was in PERFECT condition when I got it back.

Really fast service.

I was very dissapointed in this place and will not be returning. I was referred by another customer but the customer service was dimally lacking. The receptionist was rude when I dropped off the car and was not friendly at all. They called 20 minutes later telling me I needed a new transmission and gave me an estimate of $2000 to $3500 or more. When I arrived back at the store they gave me the keys, told me it was the transmission, and shooed me out the door. They did not offer any advice or tell me what was wrong with the transmission and the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at me when I talked about getting a second estimate. I will not be going back here.

Soo... Second time being in two months. First off they make me pay 50$ to look at my vehicle. Second they charge me 500$ for a new car starter.. When I look online their usually 100$. So its a total rip off. And to top it off Ive waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for my car to be done!
