Mike and Mark were more than helpful in getting my truck on the road with their knowledge of wire gauges. They were even human enough to give me a bottle of water to keep me cool in the heat. Above & beyond customer service.

I came in needing a new battery on site and with help installing since I didnt have the proper tools at home. Michael was there to make sure I had the tools to swap my battery out and he also saved me some money with a few deals he found. In between busy times Michael came out to make sure I was doing alright installing the battery. I greatly appreciated his assistance as well as the other staff I encountered.

I went there for a portable battery charger and jump kit. the guy behind the counter showed me the two on the shelf and went and got five more from the back to show me a variety of prices and sizes. He went way beyond the expected service and it was appreciated.

Was not greeted upon entry or exit despite an empty store. Store is VERY small so dont expect to find what you need. Extremely limited oil selection, with 90 percent of it being synthetic. Not one bottle of name brand conventional oil, only the cheap napa oil.

NAPA will most likely have yer parts, better quality part will cost ya a bit more...

Called up this morning and they had the tire tread depth gauge I needed. Fast service. Employee 2041 Dennis was quick on the phone and great in person. Now I can get back to work on the motorcycles.

Went in there this morning to buy an air filter. When I walked in, there were 5 employees all at the front desk. Not a single one of them greeted me or even asked if I needed help. Work on your customer service.

Although there are closer NAPAs to my house Daves assistance is second to none. Plus they have a better selection that other stores.

I needed coolant, looked at the easily understood table they have nearby and located my specific coolant. The assistant manager helped me out at the register and I was in my way. Quick and easy.

They worked very hard to get me the part I needed! I would give five stars, but someone lost my order. I do not know if that was a store employee or what, but it took much longer than it should have. I hope this happens infrequently!

Might as well use Amazon and pay the extra for next day delivery. Unless youre exceptionally wealthy. Oddly Napa has realistic prices in Nevada though. Does corporate think Nevada is poor compared to Arizona?

Staff here are extremely helpful even when they dont have what youre looking for. Excellent early hours helped make this a fast trip & parking was plenty.

From the moment we walked in, they were friendly and eager to help. I knew what I wanted, so they continued to help the other people in the store, as well as answer the phone calls. Got what I needed, for a third less than the price from Pepboys down the street. And had significantly better service than Pepboys too.

We went there looking for a specific item that they had in sale. It normally sold for $40.00 but was on sale for $10.00. It was such a good deal we bought three if the item.

Much better quality of parts than most other parts stores.

We had to return a bad battery. Jerry gave us a new battery in no time! He let us borrow tools to replace it and was there to help us every step of the way. We had trouble fitting the connector to the new battery but Jerry helped us fit it securely. He even let us wash our hands of the battery acid in the bathroom and gave us cold water bottles. He is what keeps customers coming back. Thanks again Jerry!

I find it very sad that I called at 6:45pm to get a part for my vehicle. I called again at 6:58 to let them know I was 3 min away. They told me I had 2 min and they were locking doors. Couldnt stay open for an extra min. WOW,

Please update Sunday times. We needed parts but they were closed. Website said 4pm store window says 3pm

Went in cuz truck blew radiator hose, while driving by. They didnt have part, wouldnt order it & basically told me to fu@& off. Theyre not mechanics, asked if possible to do something just to get me to dealer, again told no! So as I waited outside in 110 degrees, for tow truck. Saw another guy walk out in disgust, cursing them as he walked out door. Never again will I go into napas for anything, will risk blowing the motor to get to checkers!

I bought a battery for my vintage car. Pretty smooth. However, my suggestion is, order online first. The price in store is much more expensive than their website.
