Just got back from AutoZone and I rarely write these. I had just got off work at 7pm, and heard that dreaded rrrrrrhh sound, and i knew it was my battery. I literally drove home, left it running, googled an AutoZone, grabbed my toolbox and drove straight to AutoZone. Jason greeted me and i told him my battery is dying in the parking lot. So he found my account, and it still had a little pro-rate from my last battery purchase 2017. He then offered to replace it for me and i was so tired and panicked i had forgotten they would do this. Jason replaced it perfectly and Im back on the road without even breaking down. I am eternally grateful for a sincere good guy who helped me and over delivered. I will not forget this, especially when its 100+ degrees outside. Only using this location from now on. Bravo Jason. You deserve a promotion on this basis alone.

I went to autozone today since my Toyota Corolla had a plastic piece that was hanging out from the bottom of my car. One of the employees Chris helped me find the screws and he even put the screws on for me so the plastic piece was nice and secure! I appreciate him for the awesome customer service!

Best part about AutoZone is their tool lending program and they carry higher quality /heavy duty parts others dont.

I love this store. They always go above and beyond to deliver for the customer. They came out in the 120 heat and tried installing 3 batterys before we found the right one. I go out if my way to come to this store Everytime because I know they will do it right.

My rear passenger window fell. Went looking for a kit to cover the window until I can get it repaired. Jason C. went through the entire store several times looking for the kit, which they ended up not having. He offered to cover my window for me with plastic. He ended up coming outside and got the window up and secured until I can get it fixed. He went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate it!

Went in to deal with a battery issue and Isaiah not only went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of but as I was in a rush he got me out of there in under 10 minutes. Outstanding guy, definitely should be looked at for management if he isnt already.

Came in looking for some help trying to figure out why I had a squeaky belt Jason jumped in and help me out within minutes we found the problem and got it fixed and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Now thats what you call good service and he was happy to do it .even though we were both sweating our butts off out there.

After shopping at AutoZone for over 15 years, I’ve never had any significantly terrible experiences- until I visited this location. Associate “Jason C” was one of the rudest associates I’ve ever encountered and he apparently feels that lying to customers about AutoZone’s policies- is an acceptable way to do business.Jason advised me that he wasn’t able to accept a return on a couple of UNOPENED items, that were WELL within the return policy stated on the receipt I had in hand. Jason informed me that AutoZone doesn’t accept returns on any electronics.... such as items like the unopened LED bulb I was trying to return??? When, not to mention, the employee that initially sold this bulb to me, told me it was the one I needed for my vehicle and if it ended up being incorrect, to “just go ahead and bring it back!”. But thats all of a sudden no longer the case and “ since its an LED, its automatically considered an electronic.” Uhhh..... what?Due to the interaction I had with Jason this evening, I will no longer be utilizing AutoZone as my parts provider for either of my companies. Jason made it abundantly clear how little customers are valued at AutoZone and I just can’t see myself doing business with a company that condones such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment of others.Beyond disappointed.

There are 5 workers here and only 1 person Dominic has customer service. The two ladies are talking, hehehe and walking around. There is a full line of people needed customer service. One man in line said “A lot of chiefs and few Indians,” ha haha that’s correct.

AutoZone is always magnificent when youre working on your own car they make things as easy as possible and they do so much for free including battery charging, putting on your windshield wipers, hooking up a computer to your car to see whats wrong with it, testing an alternator or a starter.I think the only negative thing I would say about it is I wish they would hire more people when its busy and I wish their store was a little bigger and thats about it

Talked to clerk and told him my dip stick on oil registered it was empty. He then told me I needed 5 quarts of oil to fill it up. My husband was out of town and oil life message came on so stopped by here. He did not check my oil, help me put hood up or help put oil in at all. 2 days later I was on the freeway and car was smoking like crazy. I was pulled over of 1-60 at Sossaman by the Emergency Road Side Police help. Told me my car was smoking and to get off the road as car could catch on fire. I pulled over Called Tow truck and had it towed to Slaughter and Assoc. Quickly determined WAY TOOOOOO much oil. When changing oil I found out you only use 4-5 Quarts and NEVER overfill as you are not able to drain it. This was a VERY COSTLY mistake. Used to go to OReillys and was told AutoZone is more helpful. Not in this case.Patti

Items are priced higher in store versus the same item, same brands online store. I was told they could discount the items to match. After spending 30-45mins gathering what I needed, I was told I would need to pay full price. Id rather wait for the items to be shipped than pay 10-35% more.Update: OReillys does price match 👏 and there is a location 1 mile North

Very friendly, efficient service. I was in and out with everything I needed.

Went in here to have my check engine light code read, as it had just come on while driving. Very friendly rep read a code P0306 which is a misfire in cylinder 6. He advised that the most common cause is bad spark plugs or possibly an ignition coil. I started with the plugs, and bought 6 Iridium plugs, and after 2 hours of labor, my truck runs beutifully again. I had priced this job at a few local repair shops and they advised me of quotes between $500 & $1000. I decided to do it myself and for $50 in plugs and two hours of my time, I completed this job and it runs fantastic!!! Thank You AutoZone!!!

I waited in line for almost 30 minutes having already picked out what I needed to purchase. Instead of ringing me up quickly, the one cashier proceed to assist in two others in complex problems, while myself and the person behind me just buying a headlight bulb waited for 30 minutes. The manager was also here, did nothing to help. In my opinion, help the customers that are ready and will be quick, before spending 15 minutes helping one individual while the ones who are ready wait.

Slow and completely incompetent

I give AutoZone an average eating only because theyre really no different than their competitors. Yes you can get discounts various ways but again, its the same at OReillys, Advance and the others. If AutoZone would come up with a plan to really set themselves apart from their competitors they could take so much more of their targeted market. But, that goes for their competitors as,well.

After a extremely bad experience at OReillys, I felt very fortunate to meet Kendrick at this store. He was attentive to the needs of a 74 year old with a bad battery, he professionally answered my questions and expertly installed a new battery in my 21 year old truck. Great personality, very respectful and an asset to your store and the corporation, thank you.

Honestly, over the past couple years ORielly has been feeding better prices. Auto Zone used to be the place to go when I was a kid working on cars with my dad, that or Kragen, but not anymore. Ill continue to call both places for a price comparison, but idk.... 🤔

Some of the employees could be a bit more friendly or welcoming. I just regret not catching the name of the young man at the register today.

Love this place they are always very helpful and knowledgeable! Great if you dont know much about vehicle mechanics. And they usually have everything in stock. They text your batteries for free and have great warranties on them too! I would recommend them highly.

Quick and friendly service switch out my battery with no cost to me because it was still under warranty. thoroughly cleaned the battery attachments bv before attaching my new battery. The whole trip took maybe 10 to 15 mins tops. I am very pleased with my experience.

The staff are very helpful. They will run diagnostics on your car for you. Ive had them change out my battery several times--its a free service. Im often surprised when I find items cheaper in-store than Ive found online. Im glad they are in my neighborhood.

Looking for a replacement wiper blade for my rear window. The girl tried to get me to buy a $19.99 blade, I laughed and asked for the bargain one, $ 8.99. She was very happy to find the correct on for my Tucson, and offered her assistance to install the replacement blade.

Went in to get new windshield wipers and the friendly and knowledgeable staff helped to find the exact replacements but also offered to help us put them on. In all of 10 minutes total we had old replaced with the new, tested and we thanked her and headed on out. Awesome service, great and easy location, great pricing and the confidence that no matter what the issue, you will get helped by a team of knowledgeable staff.

The service deserves 5 stars, however, since the selection of steering wheel covers was lacking plush solid colors, I only gave 4 stars. Good prices overall on the selection they did have. The associate was helpful in giving us an estimate on a brake job and suggesting a filter to go with the fuel pump we purchased.

These guys are great. Mid summer my battery was almost dead. I asked them to check it. The man came out and confirmed I needed a new one. He also spent 20 minutes cleaning the erosion off the terminals in 110F heat. More than exceeded my expectations. Been going to this store for almost 20 years & even though the staff change the service is exceptional.

So helpful! The associate, even in thw pouring rain came outside to help replace my mother-in-laws headlight. My husbqnd and I were there abd could have easily taken over, but 5he man was polite and explained if something goes wrong they would rather be accountable than have us frustrated... What noble words.

My go-to parts store for about 2 1/2 Years now. Have not had a bad experience yet! They know their stuff! Doesn’t hurt they will install ur battery when it’s 110 degrees out, and swap those wiper blades in a monsoonal downpour. Go talk to one of the “grey shirts” when ya stop by

Helpful and friendly staff. My car was having rough starts but no engine codes. They advised it may be the fuel system and to try some sea foam before taking it to a shop. Sure enough, it worked.
