Being in the midst of a pandemic, taking care of all the details remotely...trade in valuation, vehicle purchase price and financing terms, before stepping into the showroom, was hugely important to me. They got it all done, quickly and effortlessly and by the time I stepped into the dealership, I was out in about an hour. This dealership is horrible . Service advisors are rude, customer service sucks . Took my car for an oil change and even though the service center closed at 6 pm they stop taking cars at 3 pm. They don’t have this information on their website at all either . Service advisor tells me they don’t take care after 3 pm and has an attitude that I’m asking questions about them closing at 6. It doesn’t take that long to do an oil change and even if they have a bunch of cars I was willing to wait until they closed to get my vehicle serviced . I leave and come back the next day and this time I come before 3 pm (2 pm to be exact) and once again they tell me they can’t take me. I explain to the service advisor that I was told the previous day to come before 3 which is what I did . He says unfortunately we aren’t taking cars anymore for an oil change . Then proceeds to take a guy for tire rotations . Does that make any sense? So not only was my time wasted but I drove across town so wasted gas. This is from a customer who has not only purchased a car from this dealership but also have taken other cars there to be serviced. I’ve never had a pleasant experience but before it was close to where I lived so I would just take it there to be repaired and serviced . This dealership is trash from top to bottom .

Terrible experience so far. They posted a used Truck I loved, I went down and test drove, they ran my credit, we talked numbers. The next day, I took my wife down to see it. I was then told they couldnt sell it to me til they had titel in hand, no problem, they would have it in a few days, maybe a week or two. After continued text conversations back and forth the entire time, I was then told they were going to auction it off instead. Thanks for running my credit on a truck you werent willing to sell.

My husband and I came to Tempe Ram this morning in search of a new pickup and Joey was the salesman who encountered us right away, greeting us with a big smile and such a positive, upbeat attitude. He was very professional and courteous throughout our entire trade-in process and we left with a beautiful 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie. I had my truck taken to this service department which I thought would take care of my truck easily since it is a Dodge but it sat there for a week and the service guy Robert lied telling me he already contacted my warranty and told me he would get it fixed but he never did but then tried to charge me 180 for it just sitting out in the lot, they were so unprofessional I had to have another tow company pick it up and take it to another shop which got it done within the same day...Tempe ram has to get new service team.

Very BAD business practices in this location!!!! Bad and horrible experience with their salesman and managers. They ran my credit on a vehicle I specifically looked for and found with them after going through loops and hoops they decided they don’t want to sell me the vehicle because they’re afraid/suspect I will give them a bad survey after the sale. Which came to their mind after they submitted the application with my bank without letting me know figuring I will come and take the car because I liked it. Hurt my credit because the ran it a few times with a few different banks and then decided they do not want to sell me the vehicle, I repeat they said they do not want to sell me the vehicle!!! And I thought they are in the business to sell vehicles but I guess they can do whatever they want to prevent RAM/FCA from knowing what they do there under their name and representing one of the biggest auto companies in the world!Steer away from them, trust me. Results are not in your favor there.

I took my RAM to Midas for an oil change and a leaking tire.After 4 hours of them messing with it claiming the new RAMs had a different scraeder valve they said they thought they fixed it.Next morning it was low and I decided to take it to the RAM dealer to find this specialty valve for my tire.Less than an hour later the RAM Tech had found the puncture in the tire and repaired it and found my oil plug was loose and I was losing oil this whole time!Topped me off for free.Ill do my oils here from now on and most likely get my next truck here as well.Thanks!

I generally do not do reviews as I find most services just ok, not the case with Tempe Ram. I personally just got out of car sales myself so my expectations are very high. I was prepared for the typical sales pitch and had my counter prepared however it was not needed.Jeff was likable, honest and completely transparent ;listened to our needs and found the perfect truck on the first try. As we viewed the sticker I noticed there were no dealer add ons . I assumed they would hit us with those in the numbers..... they didn’t . We paid for nothing more than the truck and products purchased in finance.Finally almost always the most uncomfortable part, finance . The vibe of the dealership continued right into back. Absolutely no pressure or sales tactics . Brent was super relaxed and almost intuitively knew how to adjust the menu to suit our needs.The whole process took almost 3 hours and we were burning gas in our new Laramie. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and this hands down was our best experience. Thank you so much guys !

I went to buy a New Truck at Tempe Ram, I obtained my own financing with my own Credit Union, I told the sales Jeff (sales person) upfront that I had my own financing, but when it came time to purchase the truck he was being pushed by his sales manager, Greg to get my information so they can see if they can finance the Truck with them. I was not interested in this and Jeff was aware of this. Jeffs office was not too close to Gregs office but you could hear them arguing. The sales manager (Greg) was telling Jeff that he is in the business to make money, and at one time Jeff told him he did not want to be treated like a 5 year old. Jeff our sales person was told he could not sale us a vehicle unless I give them my Social Security, so they lost my business and a sale high price truck.The only time that you need to give your social security number is if you go thru their financing or you plan to lease a car with a dealership and if its their policy then I would go somewhere else!I came in with approved check and the bank did my credit checkThanks for reading this

Our sales rep, Joey, listened to everything we had to say and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and stayed with in our budget and didnt try to pressure us into whatever vehicle just to make a sale. Honestly one of the best experiences weve had purchasing a new car!

I just bought a new 2019 Truck from Trevor at Tempe Ram. I worked with Joey and Trevor and they both were great to work with. Trevor, my main sales guy, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Working with the dealer overall was good, except for the part where the back end finance guys (not Trevor) try to sell you on the extended warranty and the SWAT GPS recovery service. Just know in advance whether you want those services or not so you can move the process along faster when signing all the paperwork. Save yourself the half-hour pitch and tell them in advance whether you will be wanting any of those extra services or not. I would recommend this dealer just be informed about the extended warranty and SWAT services they really try hard to sell you.

This service center doesnt even deserve one star. This service center with service adviser, Robert, kept my vehicle for an entire weekend (dropped off at 0700 Friday morning, didnt get it back until Monday evening at 1700), charging me rental car fees because there wasnt any loaner vehicles available, then telling me that there was nothing wrong with my brakes. Today (5 days later), I almost rear ended a car trying to stop at red light because my brakes did not work. I swerved to miss hitting the car. If you value your life and your familys life, do NOT take your vehicle to this service center!!

I got a great deal on my truck.However, I purchased the tire warranty adding at least 6 grand to my bill (if my math is correct). I called in October needing to redeem my warranty after one of my tires popped. I asked for the warranty department and got a voicemail. I left my number and stated my business. I never got a call back. This past week, a different tire popped on my way to work. Instead of bothering with the warranty, I purchased 4 new tires elsewhere to replace the cheap dealership tires that are unreliable. I got 2 years out of the Goodyear SR/A tires, and when it came time to use my warranty, I never even got a call back.In closing, you can get a good deal on a new truck here, but dont waste your money purchasing warranties from them. For the kind of money it costs, its not worth it.

1) The initial salesman was not wearing a mask and got rude when we asked him to wear one, 2) After our purchase, we have a simple question about the vehicle. No one will call us back.

I took my truck in to the service department to get the recalls done and also to reprogram a cluster that I bought for my 2013 Dodge Ram. I dropped the truck off at 8 am and I was told that they could shuttle me back to work and Ill have it done by that day before they close.What ended up happening was they could not reprogram the dash that they told me they could program and they told me they I asked him if they could swap it back. see I called the dealership two times to confirm if they could do this and they told me they could so I told that they could do that. I got a call about 3pm saying that they cant do it and I asked them to swap the dash back to my old one they said they can do that. as it approached five and I was getting off work I was wondering where my truck was as I didnt have a vehicle to drive. I called them multiple times trying to get a hold of them nobody answered and it was before 5pm.I got a ride to the dealership and as Im pulling up the people from the service center are leaving. No one ever called me! No one ever told me to attempt to make arrangements to make sure that I would be okay without my truck for the whole night. I had to figure out how I was going to get home. How I was going to go to work the next day. How I was going to continue to pick up my kids without having a vehicle and that was completely unsatisfactory.I get a call at 8 in the morning the NEXT DAY to tell me my truck is done and that theyre only going to charge me $130 that it would have cost to have my dash reprogram, even though they werent able to reprogram it. This is the service that you can come to expect if you take your Dodge here to be serviced.Imagine if your only vehicle was taken from you for the whole 24hrs and left to have to figure out how you were going to get your kids. How you going to get home and get back to work on the next day.Update: They did waive the charges for the whole situation once I got my car back.

I was absolutely shocked leaving this dealership & service center! Why?!? Because it was an absolutely amazing experience. I’ve never found a dealership that truly cared about the customer experience beyond stupid posters with fake tag lines hung on the walls stating how much the customer is the #1 priority.Technician KEVIN VICTORY deserves a mountain of credit for personally coming out, shaking my hand & going over the details of how they fixed the issues with my 2017 Power Wagon.Service advisor TIMOTHY PURVIS also went above & beyond with clear communication & setting great time expectations.I’m so shocked, because again.. The kind of personal service they provided doesn’t exist at dealerships. I generally hate every Ram service center I’ve ever been to, but I always get work done there since I’m still under warranty.Thanks again guys! Please keep shocking customers with great service! I wish I lived in Phoenix full time, but alas.. I’ve gotta return back to the shady dealers in Dallas-Fort Worth.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT: Due to a recall that has been left not remedied by Ram, auto shops can not correct my alignment since the technicians have to weld the nuts on. Being forced to go to the dealership to correct my truck alignment, I requested the service at no cost to me and I was told by Sam, well I didnt put out the recall. Once I somehow agreed to this mess, it took them TWO full days, for an alignment... Not only is the service terrible there, but they refuse to even work with clients to complete the service in a mature professional manner. Dont bother here!

I bought a Brand New Truck that cost me over $50,000 almost 30 days ago. Last week I got a notification on my dashboard and email there is a Brake Recall and I should get it to the dealer ASAP and RAM has called me directly telling me not to drive the truck. I have called and left so many voicemails for the last week and no one seems to care to call me back. On your website I cannot get anything schedule until 4 days from now. I cannot be without the truck, I need to have transportation. I keep calling back today and your reps keep sending me to VM. This is BS. Terrible experience for a brand new customer.

Very horrible experience! We are from NM and had bought our most recent car from AZ with no hassle so we love to take our business there. We were in contact with a Nicole Thomas and filled out a credit application even with our doubts in mind about big dealerships like this one. After filling out the credit application Nicole proceeded to tell us that our paperwork has been forwarded to “someone” to find a lender. We waited 24 hours and called the dealership again for an update on an approval or not; then the manager NICK contacted us and said that no credit application was found for myself or my husband!! BTW our credit monitoring sites informed us our credit was ran by this dealership! What a joke; and when we informed him what Nicole had told us we never received a response back!! Super lame communication skills! They know how to point fingers but not make a decent sale! Guess that truck will sit for awhile 👎🗑

The salesman immediately told me I’m the 3rd person today to express interest and the best price he could do is $21,000. I walked out drove back to California.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEPayed $165 to diagnose a serious safety issue (death wobble). After not finding the problem I tried to help point them in the right direction (caster setting), but wouldn’t check something simple for me (they had the truck for a week). Was told to work on the truck myself, drove the unsafe truck home, adjusted caster in my driveway using only two wrenches in 10 minutes, completely eliminated safety issue on my own after receiving nothing but poor customer service. Having to sign that you will pay $165 for and issue to be diagnosed whether they find the issue or not, is a SCAM! I should have known this from the start but at the time I was so sick of this issue I was willing to pay anything to have my truck fixed. In hindsight, I should have just fixed my truck my self from the start, but I was naive in thinking that I was bringing my truck to the experts that had the knowledge to do the job right.

From reading the reviews, maybe Trevor is the guy to see, our experience was horrible, was not greeted by anyone when we got to the lot, had to ask for a sales rep, he was very slow during the whole process and once we started doing the numbers it was clear there was no desire to negotiate and sell us a vehicle. Very unfortunate, we love Dodge/Ram and are loyal customers, will not be returning to this dealership for any future purchases.

They have great selection, and pretty good prices. Their salesmen are friendly and nice, but its the sales managers who set the price. Personally I had a bad experience where they tried to charge me more than everyones price advertised online - thats the price before any proprietary finance bonuses. I guess they figured I hadnt looked at online prices first. In any case, youll get a better elsewhere. They will be close though, probably second best deal.

I will start by saying I was very mad at Tempe Ram. Long story short, we were led to beleive an offer we placed on a truck was a possibility if we came in to the dealership. After finding out more information we discovered our offer was no where near possible and the dealership wouldnt accept anything close to that. We felt misled just to get us in the door. After speaking with the GM through email I have changed my feelings about Tempe Ram once again. The GM was very polite and professional. I will now consider them as an option to purchase my Ram.

The advertised price was true, without ANY hidden fees or rebates that didn’t apply to me. Jeff was extremely attentive, professional, no-pressure and honest throughout the entire time I was there.I don’t leave 5 star reviews often but I need to give credit where credit is due. This is a dealership that lives up to its values, UNLIKE many others that try to bring you in the door with a price and surprise you with hidden fees and pressuring sales tactics. Very terrible experience. Would not recommend.1st off they lied to get me to come into the dealership. I reached out on their website and showed them a deal from a competitor ram dealership that was $15K off msrp which they told me to come down so we can work that deal out..So I decided to come down even though I know for a fact that I do not have to come into a dealership to work out this deal.. I was under the impression I would get the deal and decided to go down so I could buy the truck.I get there and a guy walks up asking if I need help.I tell him the truck I want and the deal I am coming in for..He was unaware of this deal..We decide to test drive the truck. Come to find out it had a flat tire. So he went to go get another truck we could drive. He was going to look for a 2wd.. Which is not the truck I pointed out..After the drive we sat down. I again showed him the deal and truck I wanted.He got his manager who proceeded to talk bad about the other dealership and encouraged me to go talk to them to get that deal... Clearly doesnt know anything about sales otherwise he would of known that talking bad about the competition is one of the worst things you can do to build rapport.Can ya guess what happened? Yeah I left without buying the truck. Will not be coming here again as its a huge waste of time.Lets get with the 21 century and learn to make deals over the internet. Also stop talking down about your competitors. Please also hire some people who know what kind of truck I tell them I want...Good luck with bait and switching others but it wont work on me buddy.
