Went in for safety recall and they took the car in in spite of backlog of scheduled appointments - likely because the check engine light indicator was on. They were updating with potential extended time lines and kept me abreast of progress. Also, reminded us of an overdue maintenance service that will cost quite a bit but there is no feeling of being pressured to schedule it right away other than making you aware of what would be best for the car for its longevity. Very professional and courteous,

Had to take Moms car in because of a recall. Got there about a half hour early. The guys that check your car in were nothing but A-1 personable & professional. Told us about how long it would take & then directed us to a very large & nice waiting area inside. They were done within an hour of us arriving....& they washed our car!!! I was definitely very pleased!!!👍🌵🤗

Service was poor. Arrived 10 minutes before by scheduled appointment and waited for almost 30 minutes before someone came to assist me. Employees came in and out of build but failed to acknowledge me or other customers waiting. Customer service has gone way down. Prior to this service call brought my vehicle in for a scheduled recall. Arrived and after waiting almost 20 minutes, service manager told me they did not have the part in stock. No call before hand!

I purchased a car today with Dan Stauber and had an amazing experience. He was not pushy at all, explained everything in detail, was patient, and generally made the process very pleasant. Also, this location has lower prices than other dealerships. I paid full price on the car but knew it was the best deal around town in the market right now. Cannot recommend this location and Dan enough!

I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door by salesman Ted J. He was awesome sauce and searched the entire lot to find me the right car on a hot Saturday. I walked in looking at the Sonata but instead bought the 2022 Hyundai Kona and I love it. Hyundai located in Tempe was busy with potential buyers at every table and more walking in the door. That was a good sign for me this was a good place to be.5 star rating to Ted J and team for excellent service, good location, convenient hours, reasonable financing, and overall honest business.Thank you for my personal experience. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from Autonation Hyundai and we could not have had a better experience! We were trying to locate a specific Palisade and when we called we spoke with Josh and he was able to locate a car coming on a ship that was exactly what we wanted. Josh was wonderful at keeping us updated about the process and the arrival of the vehicle. We were thrilled when it arrived early and Josh got the vehicle prepared with a few extra things we requested so everything was perfect and ready when we arrived at the dealership to test drive and complete the purchase/financing process. The entire process was smooth, honest, accommodating, and pretty effortless. From beginning to end we were very impressed with Josh and the AutoNation Hyundai team!

Great, easy to understand service.Had my 2 front brakes fixed and an oil change. Took about 3 hours so it’s recommended to have a ride to go out and about while your car is getting fixed! If you are sticking around bring snacks, they offer popcorn and coffee if you don’t. There is also a vending machine there. All in all good trip, I always take my car to be serviced there!

I was so surprised at the decrease in service. Normally service here is top notch. I tried calling several times to schedule appointment but no one answered the phone. I thought it was due to them being busy. I had my husband try calling as well and he had no luck getting anyone on the phone. We tried to schedule an appointment via the service portal on their website but when I put in my information it said it couldn’t locate me and it wouldn’t let me schedule just a normal oil change. My husband then used the chat option and was able to get someone to help schedule an appointment. I then show up for my appointment only for the person checking me in to say I was not on their list. Super frustrating! She said that she could add me in and when I have her my information she was able to pull up my information. I asked why the online system couldn’t pull me up and she said it’s had issues. I shared with her the challenges I had even trying to schedule the appointment in the first place and she said they were severely under staffed. The parking lot was s ghost town. I left my car for service and it only took an hour which was great but when I went to pick up my car I had to wait 20 minutes for the service person to get done with another customer to get my paperwork to pay. Not sure why the cashier couldn’t pick up my paperwork as they had in the past so I could pay and leave. Once the service person was done I had to wait an additional 15 or so minutes because they wrote up my paperwork wrong and they didn’t know how to fix it. They had two people come to assist her in how to correct it. I still don’t know what the issue was and not even sure if I was charged correctly. I was so frustrated I just wanted to get out of there. I felt with all the hoops that I had to jump through just to get a simple oil change was just not the level of customer service they had always provided before. Unfortunately I think I’ll be looking to go elsewhere.

The service department was great. The person working the counter, not so much. I approached the counter and she was doing something on her personal cell phone. I had to interrupt her after she failed to acknowledge me after a few moments. I asked her to change the TV channel to something more kid-friendly as there were bored children in the waiting area which she did. There was nothing necessarily rude about her mannerisms, but she wasnt overly eager to help, nor was she friendly at all. This wasnt the worst experience in customer service Ive ever had or anything like that, but she could take a few pointers. This would not stop me from returning to this location for future service if needed.

While I found the service representative to be excellent, the wait, which was not his fault, was ridiculous. I had an appointment for 10:00 in the morning to get an oil change, my tires rotated, and the typical overview which was a free service that came with the purchase of the car for the first 30,000 miles. I arrived ten minutes early and that representative greeted me quickly. He got someone to check me in quickly. I said I would wait for the car. Not long after I arrived I was told the service would be delayed and that they would not be able to get to my car until 11:30. The service representative kept me informed of the status every thirty minutes, was professional, and appreciated. At 11:30 he told me they had started the oil change.In context I had attempted to get my free service at my prior oil change. I had an appointment in the morning then as well. That morning of my prior appointment for the oil change I was told as I was checking in that they would not be able to get to my car for two hours. I told them I couldnt wait. When I tried to reschedule I was told it would be weeks before they could fit me in. Fair enough. I got my oil change done at a quick lube place. Later that week I got a message that I had missed my appointment. I didnt miss anything. I cancelled because I could not wait that long.To have two lengthy delays associated with a simple oil change, tire rotation, and the typical warranted review of the health of my car has left me with the impression that appointment times are unfortunately pretty meaningless here. I have a new Santa Fe. It only needs oil changes, tire rotations, and the overview. I dont think it is unreasonable to have such simple service completed promptly. I hope this is just a temporary condition. Perhaps they are having a hard time getting well trained techs or something. To be clear, the dealer service representative was professional and pointed out that at my next service, he was recommending a list of 30,000 multiple services which I should have done to make my car run better. He was well trained.At their speed I question whether they could get that done in a day. I have bought multiple cars from this dealership and referred multiple people to it that have purchased cars from here. That doesnt mean I expect any different service than anyone else. However, such lengthy service delays two times in a row is a troubling pattern. I still love the Hyundai line and think the sales group approaches the sale of cars in a very professional way as well. But the actual servicing department? Not likely I could recommend it.

They paid me top dollar for my trade in (even above KBB!) They dont play games at this dealership either. The price you see is the price you pay 100%. I recommend purchasing or selling through this dealership.If you are stopping in I recommend asking for Ivan. He is a 10/10 salesman! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole 2 day process. (2 days only because of me, not the dealership. I’ve been going here for about 7 years now and each year the service gets worse and worse. Forget about calling to make an appointment because no one answers the phone. I called the service department about 15 times before calling the sales the department and having them take my name and number to have the receptionist call back. The online scheduling tool sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. You can’t just schedule an oil change on their online scheduler which is why I got stuck calling them over and over. I used to be able to get in for an oil change within a week and now I have to schedule months in advance for an oil change. They’re also really slow. An oil change always takes an hour plus. You’re better off going to a different Hyundai dealership.

I had the best first time car purchasing experience thanks to Steve Kelly.It was my first time car shopping, and I was nervous that I would feel pressured and taken advantage of since I had little knowledge about cars and pricing. Steve provided the best customer service during my time at Hyundai Tempe and was also extremely patient, transparent, trustworthy, and easy going. Not once did I ever feel obligated to anything, and he made the process so quick and easy. In fact, I enjoyed my experience so much that I actually came BACK with my mother to get herself a car from Steve.I would also like to mention that Omar from financing also provided great customer service. Hyundai does not honor the original warranty. Our car is still under warranty and when one of the factory original tires exploded, the service manager simply told us that some aspects do not transfer to other states. They wanted to charge us $450 for 1 tire incl balancing and rotation which is ridiculous. They did not even put back the plastic cover that fell off when the tire exploded, which my husband was able to put back in 15 minutes. That’s poor poor customer service. We will buy the tire from a different shop and the next car we buy will be a Honda because they did honor our warranty when we moved here. They lost us as a customer permanently. Also need to add that they are cons, on a separate occasion, they told my husband that he needed a new battery when he took the car for an oil change and wanted to charge again a ridiculous $ amount and instead he took the battery to Autozone and they showed him that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the battery. Those people in the service department are thieves. Don’t buy a new car from Hyundai. They do not deserve your hard earned money.

I had an appt on Thursday, August 26, 2021. I dropped the car off after hours on Wed, Aug 27. I received a call about 7:15 on Thursday from Joe Mazer, the service rep, letting me know the repairs needed would be approximately 1500.00. I approved the work however about 3:30 I received another call from Joe stating the struts and shocks needed to be replaced which was approximately another 1800.00. I told him I would think about him and call in within an hour. I called him back about 4:15 and approved the additional repairs. He stated the car should be ready Friday, Aug 27. When I didnt receive a call tell me the car was ready, I called and left a message for Joe. He did not call me that day or even Saturday. When I didnt receive a call on Sat I called Joe again. Then sometime later, when I hadnt received a call back from Joe, I called the main line and was put through to another advisor, Jake. I left him a voice message. When I didnt receive a call back from Jake, I later called the main line again and was put through to the manager. I placed 4 calls to 3 different people and did not receive a call back from anyone until Monday morning. Joe called me and let me know the car was ready. I found out that Joe was off. This was planned time off and he never indicated to me, on our previous phone calls, that he would not be in and if I had any questions, who I should call. I spent almost 3100.00 and as far as I am concerned received zero customer service from 3 different personnel in that company. I would have been ok with the fact that they had to keep the car more that the time I expect if they would have communicated. I come from the business world and each of the people that I worked with were responsible to update their voicemail message when they were out of the office. I would suggest that Autonation, Tempe put a policy in place so that communication is not lost .Not only that however when I took my car I realized that the unlock button on the fob has pushed in and not operational. I also called Joe, on Monday to inform him of this, and this is Thursday and I still have not received a call back

My sales guy Mark was super helpful and cool. Overall had a good experience with him. Overall though the experience left more to be desired. I was in range to hear a finance manager verbal discuss how he didn’t care about a customers issues and admitted outwardly to the customer that he wasn’t listening to the customer because there was nothing he could do about it. As a manager i understand you have circumstances where you can’t please everyone my concerns is that he was at the finance desk and i was by the tables near the door the volume for him to be sharing it at for me to hear the discussion is what bothered me.I purchased my vehicle and had it for 5 days during that time it the vehicle lost power 3 times twice of which my 4 month old daughter was with me and when i returned the vehicle because i didn’t want to start payments on something that’s already having issues, Again Mark was great with handling the situation.The guy ere we talked to seemed to think i was exaggerating and then seem as though my concerns were an inconvenience to him for something that only took 7 mins to complete.To summarize my experience.Great priceGot service from the salesman mark.Not so great quality of productAnd lack of professionalism from the finance side/back endI will give kids because i mentioned although it felt like i was a bother my issue was addressed promptly.

Jake helped me for 7,500 miles maintenance. It took 2 hrs to do since it is short of staffs, I did get my SUV back in 2 hrs as promised. I am happy. Comparing my past experience with other automakers, Hyundai did not make us feel welcome and appreciation.

Their service center is always jammed, but they work us in, for which we were especially grateful this time because our car was not repairable. Our favorite service rep, Jerry Shannon, did a remarkable job seeing that our car was checked sooner than the estimated three weeks wait, and then put us in touch with Appraiser Mike Dell. Had a warranty recall to replace a part. As I live in an area that is not serviced by a Genesis dealer, I needed to schedule and receive these services while I waited. The scheduling went great, once I arrived on site the customer service induction went great and the service was performed to my satisfaction in a time frame LESS than what was promised. My experience buying a car from Hyundai of Tempe couldn’t have gone any smoother. Salesman Michael Dell responded to my inquiry about a used car within a few hours, that same day I was there looking at the car. Several other dealerships wouldn’t even get back to me. He was always up upfront and honest and not one bit pushy. He’s the salesman you want when looking for a car! Finance was great also, signed got the keys and was out in an hour and a half. That was the easiest car I’ve ever bought. We will be back for the next one!

I searched for a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid for months. This is the first dealer I found that wasn’t trying to price gauge it’s customers. This isnt something I normally do but I wanted to express this disappointing experience I had with the Service Department.I went in on a Saturday for my first service appointment. I bought my new car from here in October and I was due for a free oil change. I was skeptical because my sister who also bought her Hyundai from this location had a negative experience with the service but I thought nothing of it.I brought my car in and Jerry was the service provider. He was very nice, took pictures of my car before the service, and had me sign for a few door dents that were on my car before the service. I signed.I left and came back a few hours later when it was ready. Jerry told me my car was perfect and we were good to go. He walked me to my car.I got in and started it. Took one look at the windshield and my heart dropped. A HUGE crack across my whole windshield. This was NOT there before.I immediately got right back in line, in my car, to speak to Jerry as I was concerned with my windshield. He was very rude, and saying a crack was already there and it expanded in the car wash. There was no crack before I brought it in. And they would have had me sign that a crack was present before the service. They obviously caused this issue.I was very nice but upset and they told me it wasnt their problem and to just call my insurance.My insurance did let me know it was free repair but I am upset that Hyundai dismissed the issue and did not care or take responsibility that it was their fault and to fix it. I called the Service Manager JJ that following day expressing my concerns and he said that they do not repair or are responsible for the incident that occured. It seems very odd that they are saying the crack was there before the appointment. I would have signed if it was there already...I then followed up with the General Manager of the location. He did not return my email or call.Very upset and disappointed in the service department. No customer service and very rude. Will not be returning.

On my way out to Arizona to go to a concert, my car broke down..thanks to some help with my family I was able to purchase a new vehicle. I saw this 2008 Honda CR-V EX-L that I thought would be a right fit. I had spoke to Josh Gavin over the phone, and then came in to look at it. Josh was super friendly, easy-going and definitely made me feel welcomed with his jokes. When it came time to purchase things got confusing on my side and I had to figure out financial issues. Josh was patient with me the entire time. He made me feel secure in that I wasnt being ripped off like Ive heard horror stories about salesmen. After a few hours I got things sorted but was going to take a few days to get the money secured. He assured me everything was going to be taken care of and to not stress about it. Everything got processed quicker than I thought, and I was happy to leave with my new car. Thank you Josh for your amazing service, and making my first experience in a dealership a good one.

Came in for a scheduled oil change that included a tire rotation, service was average as far as wait times are concerned maybe even faster than other dealerships. No complaints there! Staff was professional and the techs took care to use protective coverings inside the vehicle while they were driving it, Ill be back for the next service due.

It was Thursday afternoon. My wife was visiting a friend and when she left that afternoon, her Sonata would not start. We immediately thought it was the battery and replaced it Friday morning. While test driving the vehicle stopped and would not crank. We contacted the Hyundai dealership where we purchased the vehicle and were told they were a week out from diagnosing the problem. Can you imagine how we felt?? We contacted Cameron at Auto Nation - Tempe Hyundai and he took care of us immediately. The vehicle was towed in, he contacted us immediately, and kept us updated with the diagnosis and expected completion date. I would say that Theodore Journiette (TED) was an absolute joy to work with. My day did not start out well at all. But when Ted took over and took the responsibility to handle the situation my day was a bit brighter because of him. So far so bad. I took my car in for a recall software update and engine test based on a bad rod test. My car was running fine base on my past auto inspection based on another auto mechanic. They said my car passed the engine test. After I did the test I get my car back and a week later my engine light turns on and car is poorly running sluggish. My multi-point inspection they provided me checked out and said my car was fine. Before I gave them my car I had another auto mechanic tune-up my car perfectly. I really hope Hyundai didnt screw up my engine. Waiting for their callback.

We bought a used car from them a few years ago, and this year the engine spontaneously failed. We were worried that wed have to buy a new car. However, the service team at this location came through for us. Cameron in particular worked hard on our behalf to get a new engine from Hyundai, and we got the car completely fixed for a total of $0.00. During the interim, they even provided us a complimentary rental car.All in all, an excellent experience. We would highly recommend.

I recently got an oil change for my Kona. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle at around 5:15, only one person was working in the service department. I believe her name was Hannah. She very obviously had not been trained enough to be working there alone. She needed to FaceTime with a supervisor, repeatedly turning the camera around so the supervisor could see her computer screen, in order to successfully complete transactions. By the time I left, I had waited almost an hour just to pay and retrieve my car, and there was a line of 5 customers behind waiting to do the same. I want to be very clear: I in no way blame Hannah for this experience. She was very kind and apologetic. She was crying throughout much of the experience. I am disappointed in the management team for putting her and their customers in that situation. I will be having my vehicle serviced elsewhere in the future.

I came with the hopes of doing a trade in with the possibility of taking another vehicle. Due to the Covid pandemic the lender I had with previous vehicle was very difficult to work and damaged my credit. My plan at that point was to try to start over if possible. I had already made an appointment online and saw a vehicle I was interested in and requested to have this vehicle held to take a look. The salesman I worked with from start to finish was Dan L. He was very patient and listened to what my goal was and was very positive we would be able to work something out. I filled out all the documents needed to start the process. I went out and looked over the vehicle which was very well taken care of. The pictures did not do it justice. Since this vehicle had much more special features then the one I had, he took the time to explain how they worked and other things that the vehicle had. I am pretty tech savvy but this was nice in case I was someone who wasn’t. When we both returned he asked for my thoughts and also offered to have me look at another vehicle if I wanted to in case this one wasn’t what I had expected. Dan made it a point to mention that even though they are salesmen the ultimate goal is to make sure the customer leaves in a vehicle they are truly happy with. I really loved the vehicle so we moved forward with the process. The manager looked over my trade in and offered a great amount which would allow me to take the new vehicle and stay within my budget. Shortly after the financial process began without it being stressful. I worked with Omar who was very helpful and honest. Omar also mentioned the same goal of wanting the customer to be happy and he also wanted to make sure all questions were answered and the financial options were easy to understand. I left that day congratulated by the team on my new vehicle as well as thanked for being a customer. I am still very happy how everything turned out and am so grateful to have worked with a wonderful team. I will definitely be back the next time I decide to buy another vehicle.

My vehicle had a recall so I called and made an appointment with the service department. The earliest available appointment was several weeks (almost a month) out so I took it. I took a half day off work to make the appointment. I had gotten about four email reminders for the appointment within the past week. I drove an hour to get to the appointment, waited 30 minutes to get checked in, then waited another 45 minutes only for my service advisor to come tell me they did not have the part for my car’s recall. Maybe instead of sending so many reminders to me they should use that time to check their stock to see if THEY can perform the service I was scheduled for!! Thank you for wasting several hours of my already busy schedule.The only reason they got 2 stars instead of just one is because the service advisor was nice and gave me a car wash for the inconvenience.

Based on the fair and convenient service experience on my 2016 Tucson with Jake Washatka and his service associates, I stuck with AutoNation Hyundai Tempe to upgrade to a Santa Fe. Michael Dell did a fine job providing me with a single point-of-contact and shepherding me through the test drive, delivery (four months!), and purchase. Finance associate Mario Gomez was courteous and efficient (digital signatures!) taking me to the finish line. I am looking forward to a positive service experience (hopefully only routine maintenance) comparable to the Tucson.

The service department took great care of my brother and I this morning. We went to pick up our moms car and ended up asking a lady (unfortunately I didnt catch her name, she had short blonde hair) what to do to get our moms car. She asked us who our service provider was, and we didnt know so she said to wait for one to become available. She ended up helping us out herself shortly after that which was amazing:) Since a tow truck driver dropped it off under their name and we gave her our moms name it was kind of confusing for all of us. She ended up figuring it all out super fast and provided an amazing experience!

They did a great job with the car. I went in for a oil change and for a multi point inspection. They also checked my AC due to some issues I was experiencing. The issue did not occur for them, nor has it reappeared for the past few days, but I was told to just bring it back in without an appointment if the issue appears again. Even being short staffed, they took the time to check on this concern. Performed the work I asked for and did not try to sell me on more services.

My car suddenly loses the power while I am driving. So many times it happened on the highway. Every Mechanic I go they said it is from engine and Hyundai Sonata from 2011 to 2014 have the same problems. It had 4 recalls. Hyundai Tempe inspected the car and they say it is not related to Engine recall. Yet all Hyundai Recall document describes exact same problem and it is clearly says these engines have to get replaced by any Hyundai Dealership free of charge. I told to Jake Washatka about the cars issue but he told me they can run diagnostics and charge $140. I called to the manager Jay but I did not get any response. This is very dangerous case. Peoples life is in the line. I will contact to Hyundai again and get this things sorted out. Not going back to this place. They simply ignore you if you have free services.

The appointment was easy and took exactly the amount of time they said it would. The employees were friendly and positive. It was a good experience overall.The only reason for the 4 stars is because it’s a little confusing when you first get there. There isn’t really any direction for what you’re supposed to do. No one acknowledged me for 5 minutes while I sat in my car, because that’s what the person in front of me was doing. There were three guys in a room inside, so I got out and went inside. After a few minutes someone asked if I needed something and when I explained that I was here for a service appointment he looked it up and told the guy who was supposed to help me and then told me to wait in my car. If there were signs, they were further up and blocked by the cars in front of me. I’d just suggest more prominently placed signs or directions, or someone who is specifically available to greet people and tell them what to do as they drive up.

I have bought 12 vehicles over my lifetime and I have to say that the buying experience at AutoNation Temp Hyundai was by far our best ever.I credit this experience to the sales guys Ted & Josh and the finance guy Omar. These three gentlemen had the best combination of customer service, friendliness and urgency to complete this sale professionally and timely.I went into the dealer on a time crunch at 3pm and needed the sale to be fully completed by 5pm. The process was straight forward with no typical dealer run around. I recently, Sept 4, wrote a review with 2 stars. My initial comments regarding customer service were true however, since that time the General Manager, Jim Dixon, and I have talked. He assured me that he did agree with my initial issues and they would be addressed. I always say that everyone/company make mistakes, its what you do next. Jims call and assurance the issues will be addressed is enough for me to believe the next visits will be different. He also is getting me a new fob, which I told him was not my main concern. The plastic covering the button was weakening, it was just they did not communicate to me that it broke thru. Anyway, I believe and hope the communication issues I first addressed will be a thing of the past.

Took my car in to get oil changed and check it out before warranty expires. I told Jerry, service advisor, about the warranty when I dropped it off. I was told I needed new tires. The service advisor, Jerry, gave me a quote for new tires when I picked up the car. I asked why he chose this set of tires. His response was because I told him I normally go to Discount Tires. I asked again, “What makes these tires better than another”? He replied, “We only carry this brand and there are about 10 different kinds....just because”. Hmm. Then he told me I needed new rear shocks and presented me with a quote. I asked if they were covered under my warranty? He told me my warranty expired at 60k miles. I explained I had an extended warranty to 100k miles. He seemed to doubt me. I asked what paperwork he needed so I could prove it to him. He looked at his own paperwork and found it. Then he told me he would have to check to see if the warranty covered the shocks. He told me he would call me by the end of the day. That didn’t happen. I called him two days later to check again. He said he was very busy and would get back to me. That still has not happened and it’s five days later. I will have to call someone else. Ugh!

Vehicle taken for 3 recall items. It was initially explained that because of parts back order only two would be accomplished. Left the vehicle for 3 hours and only one repair done. The one that was to take 45 min (CCU update). Was a waste of time. Dont make the appointment if you dont have the parts.

Service advisors are not helpful. A simple diagnosis for a steering problem had to be scheduled over 3 weeks out. Then, scheduled again, probably the same time span, or more to do the work. The personnel dont care if attitude affects customer relationship.

Made an appointment for my car back in April. Got a email confirmation showed up and was told that I was not I the system. They could not take my car because they were short staff. Tony the service advisor said he would put in the system for the following week. Called the day before to confirm my appointment was told the didn’t see any appointment for me. I was not happy that is 2 weeks in a row. Ask to speak to the service manager but he was off so had to speak to the parts manager and he took today good care of me and got my car in give me a loaner. Dropped it off on a Friday thought by Tuesday I would hear back on the status. I called on the Wednesday left a message for Tony never heard back till Friday 1 week after I dropped my car off. Was told had to order a part and would call or text the next day never heard from him. Tried calling on Monday left a message never heard back. After 2 weeks and a couple of days finally got a call telling me that my car was ready for me to pick. So was not very pleased with the costumer service.

Service is horrible.Came back to pick up the car at 6pm - but everythings locked up (service bays, back parking lot, etc), except my car out front - Wide-open unlocked. (I locked it of course)Next morning, I go back, and when I bring it up with the manager - shoulder shrug, then What do you want us to do for you right now?. Awesome response!!!I also mentioned to them that their website says that everything at their dealership is still open until 7pm on weekdays - again I got the stare of What do you want us to do about it

First of all, Im posting this on my wifes account because I dont care to have any social media accounts. I purchased my vehicle on 7/7/21 from Auto Nation located at I-17 and Bell Rd, not in Tempe. I saw the vehicle on their website and made arrangements with Derek to see the vehicle the next morning. I arrived on time and he had the vehicle in a nice, shaded building for me to inspect it. We test drove it and then he offered to put the truck on a hoist so I could inspect it from underneath. I was impressed with that. We came to an agreement and I purchased the vehicle for cash. All in all, Derek did a great job and the sales experiance was one of the best Ive gone through. Hats off to Derek!!! I give that pert of 5 stars. HOWEVER, the registration and getting the title to the vehicle is another matter. After waiting 40 days and not getting the paperwork from MVD I placed a call to them (you can image how that went) and was told there was an issue from the dealer and it was not processed. They advised that I go to the dealer and tell them. On 8/17 I went there and explained the situation to the sales manager. Of course he said it was MVDs fault because they are slow and that I need to call them back and deal with them. He also went on to blame the aluminum shortage for the delay in getting a license plate even though I am using the plate from the vehicle I traded in. The experience I had with the sales manager was not good. He blamed everyone else and did not even offer to look into the circumstances on Auto Nations end. With four days remaining on the temporary plate he did offer to have me come in on 8/22 to get another temporary plate which i did. On 8/19 I got a call from one of the Auto Nation title clerks saying that they are missing a document that needed my wifes signature. She Fedexd the document and it was sent back the next day. It is now 8/27 and I still do not have the registration or title although I looked on the MVD website and see that it is now on the electronic motor vehicle record which means I should be getting the in the near future. Although the purchase experience was top notch the follow up was not.

The shuttle service was amazing! I was left without a ride and the gentleman who runs the shuttle offered to take me home, even though I was outside the 5 mile range. Talk about going above and beyond, I was impressed!A few months later COVID-19 has definitely changed service, so sad
