I have been dealing with this issue for a very long time with different shops. I was getting very frustrated trying to get to the bottom of this intermittent problem. What made all the difference this last time was that I had Derek helping me. In the early visits he tactfully delivered negative news about the inability to diagnose the problem with a genuine desire to help. In subsequent visits he remembered the specifics of my issue. When the problem was finally caught in action he personally confirmed it then proceeded to oversee the repairs and ensure that all my concerns were meet. Throughout the entire process I always felt that he took ownership of seeing the issue through to resolution. The entire experience was pleasant, reliable, and well-managed.

Very Disappointed, bought the most expensive Nissan β€œGTR” from Autonation. Brought the car in for an inspection but didn’t get a loaner even though appointment was booked 7 days in advance. I had to wait in a really dingy and run down guest waiting area where even coffee machine wasn’t working. I change cars every year, my experience with other dealerships like Porsche, BMW, Mercedes even Lexus is 5 stars they are top dealerships for their excellent customer relations and beautiful relaxing guest lounges. They provide value added service Free to their customers so they are proud of their car ownerships. Not getting a loaner and sitting in a run down guest lounge working through my phone really turned me off and I regret buying an expensive GTR. I am giving three stars only because of Derek my service advisor who is a rock star and always smiling and accommodating. Thank you Derek. I hope the GM, Justin can make changes and start treating their elite customers better. Improve customer service and spruce up the guest lounge and provide loaners.

I dropped my vehicle off in the morning with the impression that my recall service would take the entirety of the day to complete. It was a pleasant surprise to get a call 3-4 hours later saying that my vehicle service was complete and ready to be picked up at my convenience. Given that I opted to have my oil and filter changed while my car was already being serviced, I was extra appreciative of how timely the service department was in competing my vehicle.

Never thought of buying a car esp. for my 1st car from Nissan. But having these people around me, from my sales associate, Jason Faber, to its Sales Director, Mr Garrett Magedson, they have greatly helped me decide that Nissan is really the best choice for me. Have been to different car stores, and met different good sales persons but only with NIssan that I got a great customer service. I was introduced to Nissan Kicks and instantly fell in love with it as it has security features that really amazes me especially for a first time driver like me. Now, Im driving my 1st ever brand new car! Again, thank you Autonation Nissan for the wonderful experience!

I knew walking into Autonation Nissan I wasn’t going to receive anything less than great customer service. I am a 3 time returning customer to this location. Each and every time it’s been an easy process. Never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle like I would at other dealers. Cole who was my salesman was informative and let me take the time to really get a feel for the vehicle on the test drive. Finance was quick and easy and an awesome conclusion to my sale.

This is the worst dealership in town. We attempted to purchase a vehicle and had a deal in place. After driving the vehicle we started to notice several issues. I called the dealership the next day and everyday for 3 days to return the vehicle. I was given the run around everyday. They kept saying the service manager would call. I finally decided to bring the vehicle back and cancel the deal. I was under the 5 day /250 mile warranty. The law is actually 15 day /500 miles but they lied about that too. They assured me that my down payment would be returned with in 3-4 business days. It has been 3 weeks and nothing. I spoke with Mia the finance director and was surprised when she said she is glad I haven’t got my money back because I owe her money. The problem is they sent a check for a payoff on my truck and they weren’t supposed to. Somehow I’m the one suffering by not getting my money back. I will never do business with them again and would hope no one does. I have tried to reach the gm several times and he is never available. This place is a nightmare. Bailey is cool!

The representatives were nice each time I went in for service however the service was poorly completed.On Friday 8/27/21, I went there for a tire patch but was talked into additional services. When they gave me my vehicle back I was assured everything was completed. By the time I got to my home the same tire was running flat again. I returned the following day, Saturday 8/28/21, to have the dealership patch the tire again. Once again I was assured the issue was taken care of. On Sunday the service department was closed. On Monday, 8/30/21, the same tire was flat once again. Upon my return the manager stated it was the same patch that they had failed to seal correctly.

I AM STUNNED!! I contacted this dealership when I learned they had just taken in a vehicle that I have been looking for. There were no pictures yet but I had a sales person go take some images while it was being inspected in the service area. When I try to purchase the vehicle I was told that some local buyers wanted to come and look at it and if none of them buy the vehicle, they would sell it to me and ship it. Since when did living out of state become a discriminative reason to not let someone buy a vehicle, I was first to this and I am stunned at the way I have been treated, buyer beware!!

The fluid replacements are expensive, but the service associate gave me the information and options before service was approved. The time estimate for service completion was exact. And, the car was returned cleaner than when it entered the shop. Im happy with how it runs. Thank you for the attention to detail, the notes on what to get next time and for not selling me things that werent needed, eg. a new battery. Its 4 years old and in AZ thats about the expected life of a battery. Then, again, I dont drive much.

The mechanic showed on my report that my tires had hit the yellow warning. I asked my service advisor and he confirmed. I stated the Michelin tires with a 60K warranty were installed in January of 2021 and had less than 3K miles on them. The advisor informed me that they were very soft tires and need to keep an eye on them. I left and drove over to Costco and asked them to review and if I could have a manager review for warranty replacement. He looked at everyone of them and said it seems like Daily he gets the same request to look at newer tires being suggested for replacement or bad wear. He suggested I find a dealer I can trust since I lost confidence. I just had my brakes replaced since they were down to 1mm. I am so sorry I did not have them checked at another brake retailer before going to the dealer. If my tires received a bad report I am wondering if I spent my money too early.

Do not buy from here. Bought a vehicle on May 9. On the way home, realized the radio wasnt working. Called them immediately and let them know. I brought the car to them on day 5 with a few issues, the radio/Bluetooth not working being my main concern. They said they would take care of it and me. Told me my car needed a new audio system and they had to speak with sales. No call on Monday or Tuesday. I called Wednesday, turns out the kid helping me forgot about me. Spoke with another person, said the same thing. No call for 5 days and trying to speak with anyone in service was practically impossible as there was never an answer. Spoke with service manager finally today, and he tells me sales is willing to split the difference, I have to pay $275 out of pocket for a radio. Had I known this would be the outcome, I would have told them to keep the car before my 5 days was up. Im planning a big purchase for a new truck in another 12-18 months. This place will not be getting my business...and word of mouth goes a long way!

I bought an Armada Platinum a year and a half ago. Since that purchase I have taken the vehicle in twice for servicing. Each time was less pleasant than the next. I went in today to see if they would want to buy this vehicle back so we can buy an electric SUV. I got the let me check with my manager, then I was totally lowballed. I asked for a very simple service item completed that was not completed last time I was in, they tried to tell me, we are really busy but when I explained they did not do the work last time, they took my vehicle back, then brought it back to me. Now I find out they did not complete the work. I text the representative and no resolution was provided. Stay away. Typical old school dealer.

Everyone except Mia in finance was great and easy to work with. Mia needs a new job, she had 0 customer service skills, is rude and looked down on me because of my service dog. Mia stated that nobody gets their documents shredded, after the deal is done, yet her partner in finance in the next office came out and started shredding documents an entire 8.5 x 11 box that reams of paper comes in full of documents.....took over 3 minutes to cram all of the in !!!! Humm for a person that is supposedly the finance manager you would think they would aquire some communication skills. Not to mention courtesy and basic human decency. She could not look Me in the eye without attitude, this makes me question her integrity or lack there of9/29/21 update Owner of dealership emailed me to contact his General Manager regarding this matter on 9/29/21 at about 8 am, The number I was given was the dealership main phone number, which rang for about 4 minutes. After I aquired the correct phone number for this gentleman GM I left a detailed 4 minute message on 9/25/21.I still have not received a call back, but then my deal funded and they made their money and I live 96 miles away. It is a shame that the owner has no control of his dealership, or the way customers are treated.

Had my my Nissan Leaf in for recall work to be done Upon pick up realized realized that my brand new Samsung earbuds that I that I just bought and had for about 4 days its about 4 days spent over $350 on were stolen out of my center console. Immediately brought it up with my service advisor and was told he would check around to see if one of the guys in his wash Bay had them and he would get back to me.. After after 5 days goes by I contact them again and was met with the answer that none of his people in service or washbay have a Samsung phone they all have iphones. So basically I was left out to dry by some internal thieves they have working There. Tempe Nissan still hasnt made it right with me on reimbursing me for the stolen item. If youre having your vehicle in for any service work do not leave any personal items in the vehicle that you its in the vehicle that you dont want stolen.

This review is overdue, I went to Nissan Tempe for service to my 2019 Nissan Altima for the first time on Tuesday. I really didnt know what to expect have never really had good experiences at dealerships. First of all Danny was very helpful explained to me everything that was wrong with my car and what was going to be done to fix it. I thought this is going to be expensive! But no Danny told me my vehicle was still under guarantee for a part that would have cost me about $600 out of pocket. They even replaced the battery on my key! Fixed my volume button and they left my car super clean! Mike the manager made sure my experience had been a good one and they even gave me a ride to work without charge and I didnt wait for hours. Needless to say I will be coming back you have a repeat customer! Thank you Danny, Mike and staff for your help!

I had been looking at used pickup trucks and saw one that looked really nice and low mileage for a rather reasonable price. I called to see if it was on the lot and a couple of hours later was meeting the salesmen and began probably the best purchasing process I have had for a large purchase. Everyone was friendly, worked with me to unfreeze my credit, not pushy at all! Its not too often you can go buy a vehicle without spending hours and feel like you are in a chess game and losing. The next day is my appointment, I look up to see if their are any more cars that strike my interest to find the car I was planning to come and see was moved to another location all together. Large, clean showroom. All covid protocols followed. Not crowded. Lots of space to stay separated. Garrett was our sales person. We met with him a few weeks ago to check out some models of used cars we were interested in. I told him we were not in a hurry and gave him a list of our criteria. Garrett then contacted us by email a couple of times to let us know when cars came in that fit. No high pressure tactics. No annoying daily calls or texts. I could give this place 0 stars I would. I live out of state, got the necassary paperwork ready beforehand. I went to get the truck and finalze the paperwork they didnt have it ready, no communication between staff. I had to got back and didnt even get to drive it home, they gave me a choice to come back again or get a car hauler (at my expense.) I purchased a car hauler to bring it to me, then It sat in their lot for 3 weeks before I finally got tired of asking where my truck was and contacted the car hauler myself, who realized that it hadnt been picked up and delivered to me (the dealership was suppose to contact the car hauler) Now I have to back to Arizona DMV because they forgot and didnt care to add the bank to the title! All that mattered was they got there money!!! Never Never will I get a car from this place.

Theo was amazing and the 1 true reason we bought from Nissan, After making my mom comfortable test driving a 2020 Rogue we left so she could test drive at Ford, the experience in both knowledge and customer service was night an day. We immediately went back to Nissan and explained to Theo that the 2020 just didnt fit her needs and he knew exactly what she wanted and he was right. She left in a new 2021 Rogue. Although i live in California Ill be back to Nissan Tempe when my current ford lease is over to get my next car

I sold my car to auto nation nissan Tempe back on 4/8/21 the sell of the car was easy I was told the vehicle would be paid off within the week well that was not the case it’s now 5/10/21 and the vehicle still has not been paid off the car payment is due in 2 days and I now have to pay for the payment even though I haven’t had the car in over a month I have contacted the dealership multiple times to figure out what is going on with the payoff and I am always told that I will get a call back and have not gotten a call back from anyone.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone

I recently reserved a used vehicle here to test drive and possibly buy. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that the vehicle was removed and sold wholesale due to issues. Keep in mind that I took an Uber from Tolleson to Tempe. Apparently they tried to call me but forgot to text or email me.After I gave the salesman my wish list for used vehicles he determined that that it would be better to buy new. This was based on their low used vehicle inventory statewide.I had high hopes to get a vehicle there but now I will go elsewhere.

5 stars isn’t enough!!! I am a 100% combat disabled veteran with PTSD. I don’t do that well with initial meetings so I asked for first contact to be through email. I was partnered up with Nikolos Gingrich. He adhered to my request to the letter! After a few emails, we moved to texting and finally I felt comfortable enough to come in. The Tempe Nissan crew was busy as always but Nikolos took the time to introduce me to another associate who happened to be an army veteran. Garrett Magedson walked us through the vehicles we were interested in. He was completely knowledgeable and accommodating with all of our questions! After we decided on our vehicle of choice, we met Mike Yarrow in financing. Mike was a ROCKSTAR as well! Long story short: I took my car for an oil change and new brake pads. Got a call from Mike, the service manager, and was told and Im quoting here that my car took a nose dive from the lift it was on. Nissan was going to fix the repairs and make it right, I kept asking for a list with every detail of repairs my car was going to need. No communication or calls for an update over a month and 2 weeks. Once my car was done thats when I got multiple calls to pick my car up. I asked for the list of repairs and finally got it after my car was repaired. The list only mentions outer repairs, it does not mention any inner work. I have reached out to Mike and Gino about n ot feeling safe taking my car back. I did speak to Gino who is the general manager a few days ago. He told me he would feel safe driving my car with his family. At this point I feel that my safety and that of my family does not matter. Its Nissans fault that Im in this situation. Not taking my car back or what Gino recommended. Who else can I talk to that is a higher up. So done with Nissan.

Initially spoke to Frank. We worked out a price on the phone. I made an appointment and upon arriving, was able to sign all my paperwork with NO surprises. The price was as I was told. I appreciated the fact that I was not jerked around like a lot of car dealers do. I then met with Garrett. He was outstanding. Sat down and explained everything to me. Got in my car and set up Google maps for me. Also explained most everything the car has to offer.
