My family has been with IMM for over 20 years as our exclusive mechanic. We started our relationship with our Saab and when it was time to move on to new cars, we purchased our Honda’s, on advice from them and with the comfort of knowing we didn’t have to leave them! Our now adult children also have stayed with IMM for their cars. The staff have been like family to us, with our safety always being their first concern. So, Ill start by saying I did not take my truck in to get work done here. I called to inquire about if they will accept my warranty and had other questions. I spoke to Nancy and her effort to help and overall customer service was exceptional. She went through the trouble of helping me find more info out about my warranty and even though IMM isnt a fit (truck is too big to fit in the shop), she recommended another place that can help. Wish I could have gave my business to this place.

Ive brought our family cars here for about 10 years. The staff has consistently been friendly, communicative and professional. They always exceed my expectations. I had a Volvo for years and they helped me make it last much longer than other mechanics had said it could operate. Ive been going to IMM for close to twenty years - and they continue to impress. I recently screwed up a job Id done myself (ouch) and had to get my SAAB towed in. They bailed me out, were nice about it, and best of all they left it better than they found it (replaced mismatched bolts and their work shows it wasnt rushed - they did the job like they owned the car) which is rare these days. Great knowledge for odd cars like the SAABs, but they also work on mainstream/normal cars as well. Highly recommended!

A/C checkup, replace O-rings and recharge on a Subaru

Huge waste of time on these guys.New to town, I decide to try them out based on their positive reviews despite being a 35 minute drive from my house.Due to a pile up on the 101, I arrive 20 minutes late after spending 70 minutes traveling to them. The shop is quiet and empty on this Thursday morning, but the man at the counter gives me a lecture about how appointments work.Instead of being able to do the inspection, oil change and investigate a coolant leak as discussed, he tells me straight away that they cant work on my car all day while I wait. Really? First thing out of the guys mouth when encountering a new customer?I let him know that I expect him to have the car looked at as we discussed on the phone, and depending on what they find we can schedule any major work. He tells me my appointment has passed. I let him know that if after driving an hour to be here he wont do the basics, Ill take my business elsewhere. He throws my keys down on the counter. And well, here I am.These get a well deserved 1 star for terrible first impressions.If you try these guys, dont be late or daddy will admonish you.

Excellent service from an exceptionally trustworthy repair shop. Every time I had to bring my car in, theyd tell me exactly what needed to be fixed, what could wait, and took the time to explain what they were doing. Seriously could not ask for a better place to take my car.

Honestly kind of blown away. Had an issue that was pretty scary left a note online asking for same day service got a quick call back and appt. They easily could have preyed on my fear and charged me 300+ but they informed me that there was nothing to worry about safety wise and the dealer may fix it for free. You best believe I found my new service center.

I just brought my car in last week and was extremely satisfied with my experience here. Dave was very personable and honest about my cars needs. He saved me a ton of money after he said that what the Honda dealership on Camelback Road told me my car needed, was not actually needed at all. I had some work done on the shocks and will certainly bring it back for any future automotive needs that arise. I completely trust IMM Automotive. One other thing that I liked about the place, was that a few days after I brought my car in, I received a handwritten thank you note from David for my business. You do not find that kind of thing often these days. Very glad to have discovered this place!

Ive called for assistance multiple times with no response. Im not giving a one star as I have heard good things. So I hope this was just a bad situation for my perspective on them.

The IMM Auto guys are wonderful - very straightforward, open, and trustworthy. IMM is basically exactly what you want from a car mechanic, theyll let you know your options, dont overcharge or oversell - they let their standards of service and word of mouth referrals do the selling. Great place for honest and detailed service. This is my go to place to service and repair my vehicles. You can tell that they have faith in their hands work when you walk in the lobby. The lobby has large windows where you can all watch them work. Its also fun seeing the spread of vehicles they work on from 1991 Miata to Ferrari’s.

The staff was very kind and accommodating while I got an oil change. I was able to see the mechanic through the shop window and he performed a fairly thorough inspection of my cars underbody and wheels. The office and shop were clean and well maintained.

I originally went here in maybe 6/2015, because they are very close to where I live and have good reviews.I trust what these guys say after just 2 trips. They let me know what needs done and dont try to push it on you. The downside is that because these guys arent your average idiot in a Jiffy Lube they charge more for labor than one of those places, an oil change I can do myself for $25 costs ~$40, but they will point out other things I didnt notice, which has probably saved me money, because I can do most of the basic fixes.If you have been told by a dealership that something needs done, Id take it here, especially if it is something weird like a Volvo or Saab. I plan to use these guys to inspect any future cars I buy on Craigslist. If it comes to any serious repairs Id definitely use these guys.

Recommended by a friend who always took his Saab here. I picked up a volvo after my FRS was sideswiped by somebody and totaled. I was told this is the best place for swedish car owners. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the technicians. Prices are reasonable and they care about your car.

I had a issue with my 2007 Audi A4 throwing several codes and after exhausting what repair knowledge I had, I called and spoke to Dave Hanna. I explained my issue and Dave fully explained their diagnostic process and how they would address my issues. I towed my car to their shop and they were able to diagnose and repair it beautifully. It turned out to be 2 relays which were causing a voltage drop to several components. They also had to reprogram the shift points on the transmission (which 1 of the relays controlled). What other shops could not do, Dave and the techs at IMM did in a reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable cost.GREAT JOB GUYS!! and THANKS

I had a fantastic experience with IMM Auto Service and would recommend David and his team unequivocally. I was thinking about buying a car in Tempe, but live in Albuquerque, and wanted a pre-purchase inspection completed by a mechanic I could trust before investing the time and money into the flight to Tempe. David was thorough, honest, and quite helpful. He frankly identified the flaws - the reason this vehicle seemed like such a great deal - that the dealerships sales representative would not disclose. Based on Davids assessment I decided against flying out and against the purchase. IMM saved me time, money, and disappointment/frustration. They are mechanics you can trust.

Ive used IMM for tests on potential car purchases and checking up on current vehicles. Theyve always been beyond fair, even advising me not to buy a Saab I was eyeing when theyre one of the few in the valley that would service it later down the road. Morning shuttle service is handy too.

Every time I take my car to IMM it reminds me of how service used to be, they have somehow retained that quality each and ever time I have been in the shop. They never attempt to push service . They recommend what needs to be done and will prioritize any of the items if found. I would recommend them to anyone with a vehicle they love and a budget with constraints....keep up the great work.

In the nearly 40 years Ive owned cars and had other people work on them, IMM is the best shop Ive ever found, hands down, for quality of work, honesty and just being pleasant to do business with.Ive trusted five cars to them, and gotten excellent service and customer service with every visit. If there was a concern that didnt need to be fixed right away, they always told me that. Not once did I feel they were trying to upsell me with a cabin air filter that ought to be replaced, a flush and fill I didnt need or brake pads that were right on the edge.Another big plus was the shuttle service that allowed me to drop off a car in the morning and catch a ride to work. (Thanks, Ron!)Its my bad luck that Im now working in a location too far from IMM to let me continue as their customer. Dave Enriquez has put together a top-flight shop. You should use them even if I cant. Theyre the best.

This shop was recommended to my by my father and they surpassed my expectations. So much so that anytime someone I know mentions car trouble or even just needing an oil change I tell them about this shop and how to get there.

Had a little noise that was bothering me. Last minute, these guys checked it out and made sure I was safe. Nothing major was found but I already trust these guys with my car.

I do not want to provide a score for this review as we had a miscommunication on the service provided, but google wont let me do that.I do want to point out that the shop did reach out to me in response to my bad review to make it right, which is the best you can hope for if there is a bump in the road.

Finding a mechanic you can trust is rare. They will have a lot of repeat business from me and many referrals as well.

Nancy works the front and was very nice and knowledgeable.

Liars !! Told me my car needed all kinda work, oil leaks, brakes, belts .. i go to the dealer on my next oil change and they check everything to be ok .. will never go there again. Their quote are higher than dealer
