Writing a new review. When I took my car, I paid for a full inspection. I mentioned a small knocking noise under the car and Jake told me they would have a look. Once they gave me the car back, the issue was still not fixed. I was told they could not find anything. Jake the service guy then forgot to have me sign some paperwork when I picked up the car. Totally unprofessional. I was finally able to get the paperwork signed and sent back to him which where I asked him about the noise again.I have now tried contacting Jake 4x about the noise that you would think Hyundai would be able to solve. Jake never got back to me. Never replied to my email and my car continues to have a noise under the car. I will not be taking the car back and will have to go elsewhere. They got a few things fixed and the service was OK there but any follow through afterward has been abysmal. I won’t be returning. Thanks.Update:They refunded my money for the inspection since they did not really inspect it correctly. Still feel like I cannot truly trust taking my car back here due to such a bad first impression.

I went in for service on Thursday and was told that car may not be ready the same day but it will be next day ( Friday ). My service advisor left me a msg Thursday PM that he will be out and his partner will call me Friday. I did not get any call on Friday, Saturday or Monday ( labor day ). Had to cancel my plans to take my family to san Diego for the labor day weekend. I get a call today Tuesday and I am told that i will maybe get charged for the seat belt not buckling issue, because lot of things are stuck. in the seat belt buckle. I looked on the web, i see Hyundai palisade have alot of issues with seat belt not buckling. Not sure i can trust them.

You would think that the General manager would see all the BAD reviews people leave and start cleaning house. My last review never even was acknowledged by the general manager. If you notice they only respond to the positive reviews.

In for regular maintenance. Always have a nice experience with Jake W. The place does seem short staffed though. Jake was the only person in service to be seen when we dropped off and when we picked up there……….

We live about three miles from Tempe Hyundai. Rather than endure the incompetence of their service department we drive 30+ miles each way to the Hyundai dealership in Avondale. The Tempe dealer needs a major housecleaning, and Im not talking about dust. This is the first lousy review Ive ever written for any business.

Called HQ & bkuelink numerous times. Told, sorry, cant help you, go to dealer. Spent about 9 hours total on phone, trying to avoid covid risk going in. I called local AUTONATION HYUNDAI OF TEMPE & MICHAEL DELL fixed it in less than 5 minutes! He was by far the best experience with Hyundai, including HQ!! Mr Dell is AWESOME! Hes knowledgeable, super honest, friendly AND A VET! THANK YOU MICHAEL DELL, you mightve even saved my life!

Wow! What a great experience overall from the moment I called with questions to the moment I arrived. Mike Evans was clear and had a great demeanor about his work. I honestly cant remember ever being treated in such a nice way when it comes to my car. Thank you Mike! Ill be recommending and coming back to service my Hyundai! Great Job

Believe the bad reviews and if you do go to this location make sure you check your lug nuts if they rotate your tires. I had the car serviced in Tempe twice and the lug nuts were loose on all wheels when getting the vehicle back both times. I will be going to another, any other, Hyundai dealership for my service from now on.

I went into this dealership because I just needed my tires filled with air due to temperature change. Went to the Honda dealer and they would not take me unless they wrote a ticket up just for air in the tires! Travis immediately came out and assisted me for free. What a nice place! Really enjoyed the quick service and the friendly smile

Ive gone to them for the last 6 years for service, and this will likely be my last time. Although I watched the service advisor enter my car on the tablet for service when I arrived, its day 5 and no one looked at my car until I showed up this morning, after not being able to get through on the phone for almost 30 minutes. They said my service advisor quit, but that doesnt really explain why my car sat on the lot for 5 days without being seen, especially since I called on day 2 to get an update. This is too disorganized and makes me worry my car wont be fixed properly. Also, its impossible to get a hold of anyone there.

I genuinely encourage you to never use this service location. I have lost some of my most valuable possessions because this departments appalling lack of oversight in its operations. I had a engine fail and the customer service I received from the beginning was some of the most careless I have ever experienced. While waiting for feedback about the warranty decision we had no car and had to shuttle around for work every morning for close to a week.The day before Thanksgiving we were supposed to hear back about our vehicle and we never got a call. Eventually I called and was told the service associate working on our case was gone on vacation until next week (thanks a lot Mike). If I hadnt of called we would have never been able to get a rental and go to see our family for Thanksgiving.Beyond the careless customer service was the most shocking news of all. On the day we were scheduled to pick up our car (over a month later) we were notified that they had mistaken our car for a trade in and did a full detailing and cleaning.We had just moved to Phoenix and a lot of our stuff was still scattered in the back seat, trunk, and glove box. They took all of it.... Family photos, gifts from family, clothing, all the way to the vehicle registration. They hadnt done it that day, no they did it two days prior (even that seems disingenuous). Couldnt muster up the courage to tell us huh?The only thing left was a single rock we took from the beach in the Point Peele in Canada. It was missed during the detailing.I simply cant believe it.

The customer service is terrible at this location. I had my car towed their and they lost it. When you call the rarely answer the phone. When I picked up my car, it still had the numbers on the windshield and they did nothing with it. I would have never bought a brand new Hyundai is I new this was the kind of service I would receive. Won’t be back to. This location.

These punks sold me a vehicle almost brand new with incorrect shocks. It was supposed to have performance shocks in it and were changed with regulars. Do not trust this company. Very very bad people. Lying snakes and filth of this planet.

Went to get my car serviced today.Had an appointment with Mike at 2.30 was going to have an overhaul checkup after 5-1/2 years only needed oil changes. 3900 miles.side of my right fender popped out. Told me it was going to cost about 600.00 to change it.he was rude told me, that’s what happens when I buy a lower end car. 23.000 car 2014 Hundai accent.Mike and his partner outside were laughing.Got home fender snapped back in.I guess by me driving away, saved 600.00.his loss

Terrible service! We’ve tried them twice. Every time we go there we end up paying over 300 in random fixes on a new car. In addition, we always have to wait over 5 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation plus the random stuff they create for you to pay.You can clearly tell techs get commission on your bill, I saw an tech taking advantage of an older women. They were trying to charge her 170 bucks for a diagnostic even when she had a free diagnostic coupon.

Anything less than 5 stars means I am not doing my job. That is what Mike told me. AutoNation Tempe - in American Society we do not rate 5/5 or 10/10. Give these guys a break. People are not happy about their car needing service overall. It is expensive! I purchased my car from Chapman in Scottsdale in Oct.They didn’t tighten the oil cap when they serviced it and sold it to me so oil was leaking everywhere. Offered 3 months of Sirius radio which NEVER worked so I stopped calling about it. Fast forward to Tuesday. I realize my change oil light has never flashed on. I know the $89 I paid to have my engine flushed, cleaned and some conditioner added was probably not critical but I was scared that I had damaged my car in some way. (I was 7k miles overdue for that oil change) Mike informed me that my car does not have interval lights. The oil change was like $47 and oh my tires needed rotating too for $20. The in cabin air filter needed replaced for $62 THAT is where I drew the line. $162 later I feel better that my car is functioning properly and I ordered a $15 filter and will replace it myself! Thank You Hyundai I know CSATS/NPS scores matter but so does being human and not a sales robot that just auto upsells a person without giving it a second thought. Not saying Mike did that to me at all. I work in Customer Service overall Mike was professional and my car got what it needed PLUS some upsold service.

I had a great experience on my visit for an oil change thanks to Rigo! He had prices ready for me for my oil change and tire rotation, WITH TAX, so I knew exactly what I was paying for before I left. Rigo was through and specific on what needed to be done and I didnt feel over charged. He gave me an eta of 2 hours but it only took MAYBE 1.5, probably less, and he even offered for one of the drivers to pick me up when he was finished. Super generous. I ended up paying for what felt like a steal. They even vacuumed a bit! Over all great experience and Ill definitely come back to Rigo!

DO NOT GO HERE!! My car was in the shop with engine problems for about a month, and the weekend before I was supposed to pick it up they somehow got my car “confused” with one that was meant to be a trade-in. THEY THREW AWAY EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN MY CAR!!! It was extremely evident that the car was NOT a trade-in; some personal items in good condition (jacket, rain boots etc.), sentimental items such as photos in the center console and an emergency kit in the trunk. WORST SERVICE CENTER EXPERIENCE EVER!!
