The experience that I had with TMC and Martin was the best I’ve had with any auto repair shop that I’ve visited. He was friendly, flexible, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I laid out my issues to him and I was never upsold or uncharged on anything that my car didn’t absolutely need, which is rare in this type of business. After receiving my car back, some issues had come back up and he was eager to inspect my car again and found the issue. It turned out not to be too intensive and he fixed it free of charge! I was told by other shops that my issue was with my transmission which would’ve cost me at least $4000 and he figured out it was actually something much less expensive. Had I gone somewhere else I may have paid this and still been back at square one. It’s harder than it should be to find a trustworthy mechanic and I’m glad I did, I know where to go for all my future problems.

Martin runs an honest shop, and he and his mechanics do great work! I was treated with respect every step of the way. As a woman walking into an auto shop, thats definitely one of the things that I look for. He also saved me a ton of money because he found that I actually didnt need to replace some parts that I had been told by another shop needed replacing. Im moving back east, but if I was staying in Arizona, I wouldnt take my truck anywhere else.

Martin has definitely earned my business! Cant say enough great things about him and the work he does. My SUV needed numerous things and not only did he work with me on them, he got me in right away and gave me a great price as well. I could not have got the amount of work done on my vehicle at the price he gave me anywhere else. My 2002 Ford Expedition runs better than it ever has! It purrs like a kitten! Martin has been awesome helping me keep my 10+ year old car on the road. I had taken it to the dealership for warranty work and had lasting problems. Dealer claimed these problems were unrelated to the free work they had performed under warranty. I doubted this and the service writer seemed to know nothing about the repairs nor provide satisfactory explanations for additional repairs for $$. I called around to a few places and after seeing TMC with high Google reviews, I had it towed to Martin. The tow truck driver said some kind words about the shop, which I expected, since TMC referred the tow. What I didn’t expect was the owner of the shop to respond to my questions quickly with detailed information regarding needed repairs. Martin is responsive, knowledgeable, and charges fair prices. I hope I don’t need any more work done any time soon, but I will undoubtedly return to this shop. It’s so hard to find a good mechanic. Look no further.

Great locally-owned mechanic! Martin was great and updated me along the way as he replaced the clutch on my Subaru Outback. There were some unforeseen issues along the way (none his fault) that he quickly addressed. After a dealer provided a faulty clutch, he went the extra mile (literally) to ensure the correct original clutch was installed; he even threw in a car wash at the end! Much appreciated and will recommend to others.

Started to have trouble with my 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE. Took it to another repair shop, who suggested replacing motor mounts. Ok, they clearly needed to be replaced but same problem after driving it off the lot.Round two. Sent to the dealership this time. They hooked it to their machines, which didnt diagnose the root cause. They suggested several fixes. $1,300 later, drove off the lot and same problem again. Took it back. Was informed we could either leave it with them so they could take apart the transmission or just wait for an error code to get thrown.Not really satisfying answers. Feels like if they actually took it for a test drive they could have diagnosed the issue. A day or two after driving it home, nearly got stuck in an intersection. Thankfully was able to get it back home (which was about 100 feet away).Roughly $3,000 into this issue, with a clear conclusion the root cause was a transmission issue, we started looking for another mechanic. Called around to several repair shops with decent reviews. Many placed offered rebuilt transmissions. After spending so much on it in the first place, was hesitant to go rebuilt -- especially with the 6L80. Found TMC who was happy to provide a new transmission with a 3-year 100K mfr warranty.Ok, not taking chances this time. Went with the new transmission. Worked with Martin, who was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to get me in immediately. Months after the initial problem, my truck is finally running like new again. In fact, been driving it around for about a month now and couldnt be happier.Im sure this wont be my last major vehicle issue. Im also sure my next one will be going to TMC. They were a pleasure to work with.

I brought my truck to this place in hopes of receiving quality service. Martin himself is very friendly. As far as the quality of work promised unfortunately after spending over two thousand dollars my truck was in the same state. There was also various parts randomly left in my truck. Martin never fixed what he stated to me what he would fix. This is very unfortunate because I brought my truck to this establishment trusting it would be worked on properly.

I recently took my Ford expidition, on the recommendation by my neighbor to get it repaired for a fuel issue, I picked the car up and drove it for days and it was having the same problem as before. I called the next day and told them the car was doing the same thing they told me to bring it back which I did. I picked the car up again and it still had the exact same issue as before They informed me there was no warranty to fix it again without giving me another charge.Im pissed because I paid to have my vehicle fixed and it wasnt and they wasnt willing for me to bring the car back and make it right. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO TRUMP AUTO.

Have used Trump Motor Co. Since they started out as a mobile mechanic company. From the first time he worked on my vehicle I was/still am thoroughly impressed. Ive been to many other auto mechanic shops and they charge too much and their service is always sub par. Not these guys. They always have the best prices on town and best service. I have reccommended them to my family (who also have been screwed over by many other mechanics) and they have said their vehicles never ran better when they pick their vehicles up from them. The other good thing is that they are well versed in many other vehicles. ( I had a nissan altima and now a bmw and was scared with the switch they wouldnt be able to work on it. Nope I was wrong brought it in and they were right on top of it and got it back running in top top shape in no time.) I wouldnt trust any other mechanic to work on my families car. Keep up the excellent work guys.Also cant wait to see the old corvaire they are working on when its all done. So weather you have something new or something old, they should be your number one choice for car work; I know they are mine.( I drive from central Phoenix out to them every time and worth the travel).
