I love this place, fast in and out, and very pleasant service agents. I’d got notification of a recall on my type of vehicle and it was due for a service anyway. It’s easy to make an appointment, they are on time which is important to me. What is great is they will text you your documents for signing, they will also send you a link so you can observe the progress of the appointment, you can even pay online too. It saves a lot of time and hassle-none of the calling up to find if it’s ready yet. Anyway, service was completed before the estimated time, and I was able to pick it up-all nice and clean and be on my way. Spring was our agent and she was very nice. It makes a real difference to deal with a competent and pleasant agent. Thank you Spring, and thank you Honda for another great visit!
I was a first time customer. I had a really big repair on my Pilot. Spent $$$$ due to the extent of the tear down needed on my engine. My service advisor Armando Perez treated me great. Very friendly and easy to work with. He worked with me on a couple things, wasn’t pushy at all, and did a great job recommending service items that I should consider while the engine was torn down as it would save me big money if I did it now. They didn’t nickel and dime me and communicated well. My 2012 Pilot runs better than it ever has since I bought it in 2014. Bonus…they cleaned under the hood and I noticed they fixed some small things like a couple missing bolts/fasteners that I didn’t mention. I initially chose them because they had the earlier appointment vs the closer dealership, but I’ll likely be coming back because of the quality of service. Great job Mondo and mechanics in the back.
Got a 7.5k mile recommended service. Drop off was easy after hours, friendly staff. Almost didn’t recognize my car at pick up because they washed it! It was covered in dust from a storm last week. I was pleasantly surprised!!
Ken is always, honest and. Explains and even shows us the problems. I understand what it is going to cost before making the repairs.

Over all it was good. I did a walk in appointment. I showed up someone took my name and what I was doing that day. But I sat there for over 10-20 minutes waiting for someone to come up to talk to me. After, someone getting to me I sat in the waiting area for over 4 hours. We were told 2-3 hours max. Went up and asked for an update and the lady that checked us in (which was awesome) told me that they didn’t have the fluid and they had to get it from a different store. Like you guys could have told me this hours ago. But didn’t. But other then that situation it was good

I usually go to Tempe Honda for all service needs on my Honda Accord. The car is older so I like going to the dealership so I have the confidence that worked performed will be done to factory specs. I would caution to any consumer to be cautious of the Service Guys at the desk when they are recommending service. Took my Honda in at mileage 201,308 and the service guy recommended spark plugs and valve adjustment every 100,000 miles so ..yes I agreed. The bill came to $1083.10 with additional services of power steering fluid replace, power steering pump reseal, fuel system service and left CV boot replacement. No problem with the work performed as the work is solid.This visit again bill total =$1083.10_____________________________________________________________Car had an issue with the alternator at mileage 204,000 so I had the car taken back in for service as that is my go to place for service. I was out of town when car had the issue. Received the call for recommended service.They recommended :Alternator replacement - no problemSpark Plug and valve adjustment - Recommend every 100,000 ( just completed last visit 3000 miles ago)= $620.00Power Steering service (just done last visit )=$148.39Not sure why the just performed services were recommended again other than trying to make the sales quota maybe? I had a good last visit and trusted the recommendations, and a few what the heck the car is there items. I did not have the service records with me of course nor did I recall specific recent services as the car is not driven on a daily basis. I went with the recommended services as usual out of trust. After all they are the professionals. Again I was out of town for work and just wanted the car fixed.After all said and done approved =$3166.08.________________________________________________________________Took the car back as it would not start at mileage 208,729. It needed a starter =$880.00 and the recommended transmission full service $299.95 (my fault for not catching the previous service dates)Approved charges and service =$1103.04.But here is the kicker they recommended the spark plugs and valve adjustment again after just having it done twice this time @ $675.00 ?!?(one my fault for not catching... but not this time !)I will continue to always go to dealerships and yes you pay more for most services but for me that is my choice.There was not a way to rate the worked performed versus the service desk guys. Work performed has been solid.Service Desk Guys well....serving up what some could describe as unethical yet deliberate practices. Friendly none the less...*Keep your records in your car and compare what has been completed versus what is being suggested.*BUYER BEWARE and AWARE

We always have a great experience when having our cars serviced at Tempe Honda. Our favorite service advisor is Armando, but everyone there is knowledgeable & friendly. They always keep me updated on anything that the technician found that needs to be addressed. Even when we’ve had service emergencies - dead battery, engine light goes on - they find a way to squeeze us in!
My service advisor David was awesome. Because of his professionalism and courteousness, I will be going back for a follow up service. Darn that airbag recall taking so much time!! (Sarcasm). You guys know what it takes to take good care of the customer and I work in a similar setting.
Recwived great service replacing my cracked windshield under the glass coverage warranty once the windshield was in stock. It took about 6 weeks to get the replacement windshield in stock which seemed excessive.
I’ve always use Tempe Honda. The people are very professional and very helpful. They always service my vehicle quickly. I never felt that I wasted my time waiting for my vehicle. They always finished ahead of the schedule. They’re very thorough and they give me a list of what my vehicle needed and what they have done to my vehicle.
The shuttle driver Frank was quick and reliable. Repairs were made earlier than I expected which is always a bonus, I was able to get in and out. Definitely will be back!

I came in because my steering wheel was shaking when I would brake. I was also notified that I had an oil leak and the fix was covered under warranty. My concerns were immediately addressed and I am more then satisfied. I would recommend that all my friends and family go to Tempe Honda.

I have been taking my 2015 Honda Fit to Tempe Honda since I purchased the car new. I can only speak to this location. I have always received excellent service. The service managers are honest and forthright with charges and anything else that my car may need. I trust them implicitly and would feel very comfortable recommending them to others.
I was visiting my sister in Phoenix, az. My car was leaking oil and a mechanic told me to go to Tempe Honda dealership. My consultant Adam Downie worked with me on repair and costs which benefited me. That service department is great. I was able to drive home with no problems. Eric was so helpful, he managed to get my repair done within that day as I have to travel far for work on Monday.I forgot the shuttle drivers name, but he was so sweet and kind. Very professional team and such a great help on a frustrating time for me.

I don’t normally have issues here. I had scheduled my appointment time last minute and they were able to get me in and done before they closed which was nice. I usually just pick a random mechanic since I’ve only been here a couple times and do the service package that has basic maintenance yearly to make sure everything is working properly. I had Dennis who was one of the few mechanics that actually explained to me everything they did to my vehicle reassuring me that I got what I paid for. My only complaint was that my seat had a dirty handprint from them doing their work but other than that such a great team!
My service representative was Kawika (David). He was very professional. He showed me how to calibrate my tire pressure monitoring system. He also explained to me how that works. Not many service people will take the time to do that. He is good at what he does.

Adam Downie came to my rescue when i realized all four tires needed immediate replacement. He was able to provide new tires and an alignment with a same day walk in appointment. My car is now driving like it’s brand new again, i’m extremely happy with my service. Thank you.
Tempe Honda was great! They were understaffed from what the rep that helped me mentioned! The only issue I had was the car wash that was mentioned when setting up my appointment was no fulfilled. I understand it’s monsoon season but it did not rain that day just the days before my appointment. A for a future a future non monsoon season car wash would be nice!

I live closer to the Chandler location, but always keep coming back to Tempe because the service is so much better. Everyone I’ve interacted with were always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.I really appreciate how they run things here.

Took my car in on Saturday for an oil change. This dealership happens to still offer Express Lube and Oil Changes, which is why I came to this location instead of Chandler Honda. Due to covid precautions, Chandler Honda stopped offering their Express Lube services and has at least a 2-week wait before you can schedule any service.So I arrived about 15 minutes before 7 am and there were already three cars ahead of me. Mind you, this was an unscheduled oil change and David was my service advisor. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. It took about 80 minutes to complete the service. The waiting area, restrooms, and service areas were clean.

Good good service but incomplete. Auto fluids were not topped off and I called to inquire why they werent. Was told to come back to Tempe Honda and it would be completed. The price of buying the fluid versus the gas used to come up to Tempe Honda would have been more expensive. Would have done if tire rotation was included in trip.
Everyone there is very nice, very professional and knowledgeable, and very fast. The property is very clean and the employees also looked good!

Showed up late Monday morning w/ son’s Civic Sport Touring needing 30k service (oil, transmission, differential fluids/filters, air intake & cabin filters, etc), Front & rear wheel alignment. Did not have an appointment, but they got it all done by the next day. Had a CRV rental. All good.

Kawika in the service department was friendly, professional and very helpful during my recent service. I initially told him not to replace my dying battery (figured I could do it myself cheaper) but, after some shopping around, I realized it would be the same price to just have it done there. I called back and he told me he would bring the car back in and take care of the battery without batting an eye. Prices (battery, oil change, tire rotation) were normal and the service was excellent. Ill definitely be back.

I made an appointment on the phone and told the woman I didnt purchase my truck from Tempe Honda and was first quoted a price of $66. I told her it was my first oil change, and she told me the oil change was free per First Service Free Per Ebook. When I arrived I was told the oil change was $66 plus tax.. I arrived for my appointment, and showed the Servide Advisor the Email stating it was free, but he said Tempe Honda doesnt do that. When i asked him why I had the email stating otherwise, he shrugged his shoulders. I went ahead and had it changed because it was too late to find another shop before leaving town. This was a classic example of caveat emptor. Lacking integrity in a business will eventually catch up. I will be taking my business to another shop for all future services, and be telling others about my experience with Tempe Honda.

Every other dealer I have been to tries to upswell me incessantly. They told me some recommendations and there was no pressure. My vehicle was done in under 3 hours where at other dealers this would have taken most of the day. I drive here from Central Phoenix past Showcase Honda because they were dishonest with me and refused to fix my problem. My first visit to Tempe Honda and they fixed what Showcase couldn’t in over a year of back and forth. I will be coming here for all my future repairs

My Hybrid signaled a cooling fan issue per the battery. Research on You- tube indicated it was a specialized repair, not for a do-it-yourselfer. My mechanic agreed that the dealer needs to tend to it. Honda verified the error code I got from Auto-zone. I set an appt and they got my vehicle processed that same morning. The charge was reasonable in relation to the issue and my findings on the web. We trust them and their services -- and also in conjunction with past service appts we had done. THANX
