I bought a mattress and bed frame here a few months ago. Brian was so helpful and great to work with. He helped me find a bed I enjoyed and got me a great deal. Better mattress quality and price than every big store I visited first! Great customer service!

Brian was very helpful to us. He helped my husband and i find a new mattress. The one he recommended was not expensive at all and we ended up going with a pricey mattress we chose not something he pushed. We left and went to Brooklyn bedding next door to compare and came right back five minutes later to buy our not name brand bed but very comfortable bed. Brian deserves a raise.

I started at Brooklyn Bedding and found the mattress I wanted but it was $2100 after the military discount. I decided to walk next door to Mattress Magic because the man out front was very nice and asked me to stop by if I had a chance. I’m glad I did. A gentleman named Brian assisted me and showed me a nice mattress but it wasn’t for me. I told him I liked the Bloom mattress at BB and he said he just so happened to have the same mattress. It was brand new and was the same softness and size that I was looking for, the only difference is that I saved $800. I recommend checking this place out!

Highly recommend NOT going to the chains and checking out this place. Amazing customer service and awesome beds at 50% or more off the price! Very knowledgeable staff. We bought a normally $3500 bed at $1200. Very satisfied customer.

I stopped by a few mattress stores in the area, including the one next door. Mattress Magic was the best not just in prices but also service. The owners ex-wife helped me first to pick out a great bed and then the owner gave me a great deal and even had it delivered the next day. The 2 year return policy cant be beat. For someone who tends to have buyers remorse sometimes, this was a huge relief and safety net. I love my mattress and this store!

Curly the owner was great, let me test out whatever bed I wanted and gave me the rundown. The 2 year return policy and credit towards a new mattress is great for someone who’s never bought a mattress before like myself; the smart thing to do is to get the cheapest one you think will work and if you need to upgrade you can do so, as returning only gets you credit towards another one. He says they donate the one we return to charity which was a great sales pitch, but I know they are getting juicy tax write-offs for it. Prices were great and I can’t wait for my new bed.

I would give no stars if I could from the horrible customer service I have gotten from Curly and his team. After waiting months for delivery (which is understandable due to covid) my furniture was delivered damaged. I tried to work with the store so they could fix the damage product by instead they have decided to ghost me. I would save my money and go to a more reputable and reliable establishment than coming here. Never again

What an amazing experience! I had been online shopping for a mattress and ended each night with a headache. Brian, at the pop up location, helped us find the mattress best for our back. I purchased a king, copper mattress.The couple that came in after us purchased the same mattress because it was a great mattress, for an amazing price. We picked up the frame from Brian and the mattress, from the main location, on Emerald Dr. The owner Curly was an awesome guy. Curly gave us an offer we couldn’t refuse, on thin cool pillows. I am so impressed with Mattress Magic. After shopping around at some of the large furniture stores in the area, my husband and I just happened to come across Mattress Magic. We were immediately greeted by Terry who was super friendly and helpful. There weren’t many bed frames on display so we ended up choosing something out of a catalog which at first I was hesitant about but I found the rustic looking frame I had been searching for and decided to buy. About 2 weeks later we received our bed frame and box spring and I am so happy! The wood is very high-quality and sturdy. We only paid around $650 for the frame, box spring, delivery, and set up. Terry stayed in Communication with me throughout the entire process which was great. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality at an affordable price.

Awesome place to buy a good quality mattress! I would recommend this place 100% no doubt. We use their mattress topper to protect our mattress. I recently dropped a full gallon of water and the topper was able to keep my mattress dry!. The staff provides a great experience and their prices are the best we found in town.

I was shopping around for a deal on a new mattress set. After talking to several people and testing a few things from stores I found that I just needed a motorized base and I would wait on a mattress. I then went to all of the usually large chain stores looking for someone to give me a great deal and have a frame that had the features I needed. After getting the same story everywhere I went that this was the best price for this type of frame and they could not be beat. I found Mattress magic, they had a great selection and their manufacture had a frame with the options I needed. The frame and the features I needed of course were not in stock, I also did not need installation. After some friendly negation with their great staff we came to a price that was better than any one else and the frame had everything I wanted. They ordered the frame for me the very next day and it arrived at their store in one piece. I was able to pick it up and install it in my home just about a week after ordering. They were very fair family business and I will certainly do business with them in the future.

Sum up: Horrible service, take your business elsewhere.Tried to work with them after 10+ months of waiting for the motor to come in (the old one broke), we finally got a new bed covered by the insurance, brought it home to assemble and the motor was missing. Yes the piece that we waited 10 months for was missing. Called again, spoke to the owner who was on the defensive side, and offered a new bed for a price. We ended up upgrading to a king bed and after about 2 weeks of sleeping on the floor without a frame we finally got the new king sized frame. Well turns out it is broken. I called Cesar to inform him of this and he said that they sell the beds like that for a cheap price and we got a deal. The mover said that the beds come like that... it clearly does not. The mover said that if it was sealed that the bed would not move. The broken piece is a part of the frame NOT A PIECE THAT IS USED TO MOVE THE BED. This is ridiculous. So the beds are supposed to be broken? Bad business. Bad customer service. They thought I would not notice. If the bed is broken at least own up to it and state it before hand. Telling me that that is how it is supposed to be is a complete joke. I never leave reviews but this was utterly necessary.Somehow, my previous one star review disappeared. I will be copying and posting this comment if it disappears again.

I bought a bed for my son about a month ago from Mattress Magic and I referred my sons friend to get one from there as well. Stopped first at the liquidation center off Elliot and i10 near the Wendys and the young man there showed us only what we were looking for. He then sent us over to the main hub off Warner. We are thoroughly satisfied with the service. We enjoyed being able to fully test the mattresses out and not being pushed into buying anything. Highly recommend and would buy from again. 100%

I bought a mattress from here with a firm price range and I wanted a bed that was way more than my price range however they were able to make it happen. Prices are way lower than other furniture stores and of equal or greater quality. My mom bought a bunk bed and 2 mattress and is able to pay only 40$ a month! The beds are great quality and her kids love them! They go above and beyond to meet your needs and wants.

I went in just planning to see prices but the salesman gave me a lot of information and showed me multiple mattresses WITHOUT being pushy. He answered all questions and gave my boyfriend and I space when we wanted to discuss things. He made the process so easy I left with a new mattress 20 minutes later and we couldn’t be happier!

Great place! Bought a queen mattress and a frame. Good quality for the price and the delivery guy helped us put it together. They even helped us replace a part we lost (over a year later) when we moved and had to reassemble the bed.

Went to look for a bed for my new home. I did a lot of research into online bed and just couldnt convince myself to buy something without trying it out. Stopped to check out Brooklyn Bedding and they were nice. However, these guys did politely just let me know that they also had mattresses for sale next door. They werent pushy or rude about just wanted to let me know that they were also there since they are a little hidden by the road and could easily be confused as just an extension of the other store. Went in spoke with Derek and he was great. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. I got a lot of info and really felt like I was given the tools to make an informed purchase especially since this was the first time I had bought my own bed. They gave me what I felt was a great deal and even helped me tie it up super securely to a friends car so I didnt have to pay delivery. They also have other furniture for sale as well and was able to get a patio rocker as well. I highly recommend at least checking them out, you will get some good knowledge and I felt no pressure to buy. I am not super big on high pressure sales and this was a good place for me.

Decided to check this store out after walking through one of those large maze type Swedish furniture stores. We were greeted bun Dekota who assisted us with questions we had. Originally, we just wanted to purchase a mattress. We discussed our needs, and were shown mattresses that was in our price range. When comparing what was offered between this store, and other franchises, this store had what we wanted an unbeatable price. Unbeknownst to me, they even had furniture options! I ended purchasing all the things I needed for my dining room and bedroom all in one stop! I was extremely happy with the cost of the purchase for the quality. Can’t beat it anywhere else! And they deliver/set up for a nominal charge!

My family and I went to Mattress Magic after trying all the big chain stores and getting quoted arms and legs. Finally we decided wed have to wait a few more months saving. As were driving home we seen a sign flipper for Mattress Magic - so we decided to try it. Derrick greeted us outside and invited us in. The owner greeted us inside and Derrick showed us around. We discussed our budget and he respectfully only showed us items within, didnt push anything on us at all. While shopping the owner asked us politely was it okay to give our kids some candy to which we said yes and he did which made them happier. We finally found a mattress that we both liked and Derrick made sure we were able to go home with it that day within our budget and no stress at all. We lived too far and being a husband, I said put it on top of my car I can get it home, they warned me about it but I said lets do it. Derrick spent 20minutes tieing it down, the owner and a few guys came out and checked it so many times to be sure we were safe. Got home and it never budged - called them to let them know and was greeted saying we were just talking about you and wanted to know if you made it home. If youre looking for a fair price with extraordinary service I reccomend these guys 100%.

I stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago while mattress shopping. Dekota D. was the salesperson who helped me to score a great deal for a very nice, quality mattress. He was helpful and very patient (I am a very cautious when it comes to spending). They delivered my Diamond mattress on time, which Im grateful toward the delivery men as well. After a week of sleeping on it, I really like it!

We initially made the trip out to Ikea to shop for our new apartment. Everything at Ikea, Ashleys, and Mattress Firm was incredibly expensive and we felt bombarded by the sales experience. After driving past the Mattress Magic sign twirler several times throughout the day, we decided to give it a shot. Derek greeted us and was super polite, laid back, and attentive to our needs-- just what we were looking for! We bought our new mattress nearly 20 minutes after walking through the door.We would highly recommend this place if youre looking to buy a new mattress or furniture! You cant beat the prices/quality! The Mattress Magic people were so chill and nice to work with. My brother is moving out to AZ soon and we will most definitely him to them!

I was driving to Ikea for a mattress and I saw signs for a sale at Mattress RX. Curiosity made my day! Fred, who I talked to about light mattresses was plain awesome to talk to, has been in the business for ~40 years, and didnt try to oversell/force me to buy a mattress since I needed to do some research first.I might end up buying a mattress online based on finding one a little cheaper. In this case I am not specifically picky since I just need a light, full mattress, and I might as well save some $, but their prices are competitive. Highly recommend this place, especially if Fred and/or Nadine are there to help.

First I went to Brooklyn Bedding and their prices were kinda high, and come to find out they used to be R&S mattress company. Come to find out they changed there name to get away from the past of them being known for making used mattress. We recently purchased a mattress at this store. Some other stores have more variety, but the employees at this store care! Terry (and upon pickup his other team members) helped us with our selection and were very friendly and helpful without being the typical pushy salesman. They even allow you to swap the mattress if you are dissatisfied as long as you give it at leart 30 days to adjust to it.We much preferred Magic Matress when compared the other stores we visited, especially the Brooklyn Mattress store next door where the salesman was a snob and treated us like idiots when we asked questions.

Only gave one star because I had to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. We paid for our bed in cash and the bed has yet to be delivered. We came and asked for a refund where we were greeted in the parking lot and were told that the money would not be refunded because the whole store is close out and in the contract it says no return on close out. While it does say that in the contract there is nothing stating that the item was close out. Im giving a 2 for a number if reasons, but mostly because the owner lies right through his teeth to get customers to buy stuff. At the beginning of the year My boyfriend and I decided it was time for a new bed. As we came across this place everything was nice as we walked in. We were immediately helped to find a bed that best suited our needs. We decided on a 12 inch mattress, a matress cover and a platform for our bed the owner said he helped design himself. Everything was still going great and the staff was nice. We decided to do financing with snap because we thought it would be a good way to build credit. Buuuut a month later we found out we were wrong. As Im paying my bill I decide to ask the snap CSR if they help boost credit scores. The answer was no :( The owner told to me that they did. So now Im financing a bed for no reason when I had the cash then and there. Im a bit upset. All I can say is dont trust anything this man says. The bed also arrived and on the package it said 11 inch. There were many signs that I didnt pay attention to. Its only been a month in so Ill see how the bed holds up. Ill be back for another review in a few months. Please pleaaaase pleeeaaase find a better honest company to buy your matress through.

Hello-I ordered a gray fabric Denton sectional through Mattress Magic (aka Mattress Rx and Furniture Fun) in Tempe 3 months ago... yes, 3 months ago (July 10) and yesterday it finally came. But it came in black leather instead of the gray fabric version that we ordered. The entire experience was extremely disappointing... After asking employees of the store on three occasions for a discount due to our extreme wait time, we were finally offered a 50 dollar discount. This kind of wait time/error in delivery deserves at least a 50 percent discount, but we have given up. We not longer wish to deal with these people as they are completely inept and empathetic towards their customers... We instead have chose to report them to the BBB, Google reviews, and Furniture of America. We now know we should have just ordered directly through FOA. This store has no business helping people with furniture.Thanks,Derek Deschler

They pressured my friend and myself into purchasing mattresses. And we ordered desk chairs as well exactly a month ago, we still dont have the chairs and they wont return our calls. I do NOT recommend this business. The owner/manger is unprofessional and didnt know the price of any of his product. Will not do business here again.

DO NOT GO HERE! Kurly and Edward are the quintessential slimy salesman... Treat you perfectly before the sale and tell you everything you want to hear to get you purchase something, then once its over youre nothing to them and they treat you like itmy wife and I went to buy a mattress and bed frame... After pushy sales tactics, we made a deal for both but the frame wasnt in stock so they had to order it. They told us it would be at the store in two weeks. Two weeks later, it wasnt there. Kurly then tried to charge me extra because it was back ordered and needed to be paid for. I said no and he proceeded to tell me it would be available in one week. One week goes by, I call and neither salesman will get on the phone with me, they never called me back. They said the bed frame wasnt available. Weeks go by and I call almost every other day and they dont get back to me. Finally I go in to the store again and again they tried to charge me more for it and tell me its back ordered and wont be available until the end of December (its beginning of November at this point and its already been weeks)When the frame finally comes in, Kurly and Edward refuse to do the deal for the original price we agreed on. They even said they wouldnt make enough money if they did it for the original deal. Make enough money?!?! How about both kurly and Edward tell me before the sale that all they cared about was customer service so Id refer other people to them? How about my wife and I waiting for two months with the mattress on the floor, no being able to buy anything else for the room, waiting because you constantly told us the frame was coming? Screw this place, I wish I read reviews before going there
