We have bought 18 pieces of furniture through Thomasville in Chandler and had a wonderful customer experience every time. They sell high quality furniture at excellent prices and exceptional customer service. For each piece we bought, Bobbi and Samantha worked to make sure everything was perfect. We dont go anywhere else for our furniture ... these folks are the best!
My Wife and I had the pleasure of working with Gail who was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We had an issue with our couch and it was corrected with out issue with the help of the store manager Bobbie. Their customer service was outstanding! My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase!

6 years ago we bought a beautiful Stickley dining room set from Thomasville. We are moving to Colorado and I was struggling to find a mover who would take care of our beautiful set. Bobbie Campbell went waaaay above and beyond in helping me find a great mover. The furniture arrived in perfect condition thanks to her care and concern! Thanks Bobbie!
We have bought Thomasville furniture in the past in a different state, and we were extremely happy with it. We were so excited to find a Thomasville in Tempe AZ, but it has been a ongoing nightmare, we have had 4 different deliveries of dining room sets,with the same quality issues with all 4. This has been going on for a year and a half and we feel it will never be resolved. We are very disappointed and would not recommend Thomasville.

Bought a TV console in early February, paid in full the same day. The salesperson told me it would take 3 - 4 weeks to get. Fine, its reasonable. Now our whole house is ready but the salesperson told me the console is on back order and they are looking at end of April and mid May delivery. I tried to cancel the order but she said well..you had a 72-hour grace period to cancel but you didnt. Well, they didnt tell me its going to take 3 to 4 months (and thats a maybe) to get either! Definitely the last time I buy from this place. If I could do zero star, I would.If you really care about your customers, why dont you let your customers cancel the orders if your company cant deliver the products in a reasonable time. People are trying to complete their houses and have to wait 4 months and maybe more? You realize if your salesperson had mentioned it would take so long to get, I wouldnt have bought it to start with. And your salesperson did not mention any grace period to cancel the order either. What are you guys going to do if I call (I called twice already). Nothing, cant cancel the order, cant have it till mid May the soonest. Cant believe I am stuck with your company.

Gail greeted up promptly, allowed us to browse but stayed nearby for any questions we had. She helped us design a lovely dining set with additional bar stools. We are pleased and excited for our purchase to arrive.
Total rip off. Ordered items, paid in full, not delivered 7 months later and they wont refund what I paid. Janna Valentine designed a room, I ordered the items and they are totally outsized to the space. Cant even open a door but no returns. I realized shes just selling furniture not designing rooms for clients to love. Anything sold here can be bought at Wayfair cheaper, free delivery, free returns, delivered in weeks. I have no connection to Wayfair but learn from my mistakes.
We just walked through the whole store and not a single staff person said hello, let alone offer to help.At those prices, a higher level of service isnt just expected, its required.
The staff at Thomasville of Tempe is the best. Very knowledgeable and experienced you can rest assured that your furniture and design needs will be fulfilled beyond your expectations. Everyone was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Some of the best professional designers in the industry. The manager Kimberly is amazing as she is always ready and willing to step up to the plate if ther is ever a problem. In my opinion Kimberly is the best in the business and it shows in her staff. If you are looking for good quality furniture and a professional knowledgeable staff to help you with your home furnishing and design needs look no further you will not be disappointed.
We had a positive experience working with Sam to design a custom dining table. Sam was a very good listener. When we had a concern or were hung up on part of the decision, she never pushed us forward toward the sale, but made sure we had the time, resources and information needed to think on and address the concern. Sometimes you get one or the other extreme with a designer - either too much pushing where you end up with something you dont love or isnt really you OR too little input with no design guidance and the whatever you want approach. Sam balanced good design with truly listening to what we said. Her advice was invaluable in helping us feel confident in our final decision. Sam was responsive to all of our messages, accommodating to our schedule and welcoming when we needed to bring our small children with us into the store. We hope to work with her again on future furniture projects for our home!

Better make sure your sales person doesnt make a mistake. You will be stuck with it. Their customer service sucks, and they take advantage of people. WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN!
Never purchase from this company!! Read!!Purchased a beautiful dinning room table set and TV center console in August of 2016. The night of delivery I noticed there was damage and the furniture was not in good shape, I reached back out to Thomasville the next morning, they told me they would call back. Didnt get a call back, so a few days later I called again, did this for a couple of weeks. Finally talked to the sales woman who helped us. She was very sorry and told me to call the corporate office, after a few days I talked with someone in corporate they said they would send someone out to measure and photograph. A couple weeks later a gentleman in a old mini van with no company markings showed up. After I confirmed he was with Thomasville he measured and inspected the furniture.Pointed out additional damages and stated they shouldnt have left the furniture the way they did. After taking photos he said someone will call in 2 to 3 weeks. Eventually someone called to let me know they would be replacing the damaged pieces. About 10 weeks later I finally had to call and ask where the new furniture was, at that time they told me the new pieces they got in were damaged also.I told Roger the store manager that I was very uncomfortable taking anymore furniture from them. Paying $8000 and it being damaged twice isnt a good sign of longevity. He wouldnt listen to my concerns very much and said the new furniture would be in soon.8 weeks later still not in. Called corporate where I talked to the supposed owner of Thomasville.The rudest person to represent such a high class brand I have ever had a conversation with in my life. He likes to accuse you of things indirectly without actually saying it. Then spin everything back on you like its your fault and you are the one who caused the problem. The most unprofessional careless experience of my life. I havent even described half of whats happened, would make this to long to read.So 8 months later still no good furniture and still out the $8000.Please do not ever purchase from this company. Definitely put up a great front but when it comes to it they are fake, unprofessional, and makes me feel like they took advantage of me.The new furniture produced by Thomasville is not held to the same standards or quality as the old Thomasville furniture.Be very hesitant on purchasing from this company. There are many others that would be a much better choice.
DO NOT buy here. You can buy anything sold here elsewhere cheaper plus their staff are con men in my opinion. All stores in AZ are owned by the same person so BEWARE. The designers are there to sell stuff - not to make your home look good. We bought furniture, working with Janna, the designer. Since we never saw the furniture, just bought on her recommendation, she stated in writing it was returnable. But when it showed and some didnt fit and others we hated, Roger, the manager says fine print, not returnable. Janna says oops. Obviously it was a con to sell stuff. They all took their money and ran.
Bought two beautiful chairs, with special order COM fabric for the pillows. Janna Valentine is super Talented and a a great Design Professional; working with her as a team was very reassuring.The chairs are gorgeous. I’ll be back to Thomasville Tempe!

Manager, Roger, is an absolute cad. This reputable company does not need this low level ability. I am certain there are other more worthy people to run this store Consumer beware.
Eva Ello and Bridget Bruch go far beyond the standard of World Class.. In fact, they should be regarded industry wide as standard bearers for World Class service... They both have set a service bar that few in the industry could ever achieve.. We were very fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with them both.. Designers are nice but the rest of the workers are not expect to overpay and to always be treated like you owe them items are not as they seem most have been touched up and repaired in some way for as much as they charge you would think the quality would be better.
I went in after going to another store & found exactly what I was looking for in just a few minutes.
I am completely shocked by my experience here… We walked in the door and were offered to have a designer come to our house to help us plan out a difficult room. We were paying a babysitter and she took an hour to measure everything and then had us come back to the store to look at stuff. In the end she never gave us design and later told me if she could not get a full commitment that we would purchase from her store. Then she would not do a design concept for us. She wasted so much of our time. Who knows if I wouldve purchased from them or not as I did like the furniture. It was a total bait and switch and I would not recommend the store.

Avoid this store ... Purchased a Stickley Prairie bed and 2 night stands plus a high end mattress. Went to warehouse on 44th Ave after waiting 6 weeks for delivery. The poor workmanship of the $5,700 bed frame and uneven staining of the nightstands which were $1,800 each was very disappointing considering the amount of money I spent. I ended up choosing a different Stickley bed Leopold that is beautiful but the change process was difficult. The sales rep Jennifer was very accommodating but her manager was intimidating the way he spoke to me. Because the leather tufted headboard was a special order, he told me there was no return. In other words if there was a problem with the workmanship, materials, or staining that there would be no returns. As a consumer, that doesnt sit well. The bed and mattress turned out to be fine, but my experience was stressful. In the future, I will avoid Thomasville.

The staff did not even acknowledge my wife and I as we walked in. It wasn’t until we walked all the way to the back of the store that we were greeted and then dismissed as if they didn’t care to help. We were very unsatisfied with the lack of customer service. Don’t bother visiting this store.
High prices
I bought furniture there a few years ago, but the price of the furniture was not too expensive and durable. I bought furniture for more than $ 13,000 a year later, and the furniture was split and I gave it up for repair. The furniture was lost too. There was no compensation for it and the service was too bad. The person who says that the guest is an Oriental person, and even the feeling of discrimination is so unpleasant and mental pain and stress,Still upsetI think that Oriental people are never going to be places to go !!
