Great Customer Service, Poor quality product.The call center and website is both friendly and easy to use. I had no trouble ordering the book, and it was here within 2 business days of my order which was fantastic.The Quality of the New book was poor. Scratches on the cover, no protective plastic, sketchy word document of an access code for math lab inside. Not satisfied, they did offer to give me a new book upon the return of this one.

Ordered books that said in stock. It has been 6 weeks and nothing. I have called multiple times and they do not know when they will be coming in . Mind you i have been in class for 5 weeks now, and i am not doing too well. I emailed my teacher a couple weeks in and apparently the bookstore was supposed to send me some codes for online access to some books. I contacted the store and was sent a code, and when i tried to register it, it says I do not have it available to me. I contacted the bookstore back to let them know and still have yet to receive anymore codes. I wasted time and money on a class I couldve passed easily, If i had the materials to study.

There is nothing wrong with buy back prices and policies. Two of the employees here are incredibly rude, when asking questions they cut you off, assume the rest of you question is trivial and answer. In other words, they talk over you and give you an answer to a question that was not even asked. My assessment is they get asked the same questions over and over again, and want to move you out of the bookstore as quickly as possible. Ive seen this same behavior remain consistent from these two employees over all of my vists to this location and have observed it towards others in line ahead of me each time. Im glad I dont actually attend this college and only occasionally have to pickup books for a colleague.

Books, they got em. Says so in the name and the name dont lie. This place has got big books, small books, old books, new books... I heard they even have a VCR (0__0) whoa

They are always nice and knowledgeable. Good experience every time. Would get 5 stars if the prices werent so high, and the classes all use books that are specific to the course that you will be taking, so there is no way to order them used through Amazon.

Worst college bookstore Ive had the displeasure of going to. Opened up a dispute with my card company because the incompetent staff told me they wouldnt refund my purchase, even though they had no ETA for my textbook (it was out of stock when I bought it in the store). They said they had ordered it back in April, and it still had not arrived at the store. Sounds to me like they should have organized another source for their books if their current supplier couldnt deliver within a 5 MONTH period. Finally received the textbook today, nearly a month after my class has started.

Great customer service, the lady gather the all the books I needed and the check out process was fast.

I was helped immediately upon walking in. All my books were located for me, I was promptly runt up for my items, and I find 2 great books for my toddler all in under 10 minutes. Great customer service!

Very nice ladies work there but this schools book program is inconvenient and expensive. Its supposed to save you money but I always end up spending more on the books they force me to buy there instead of allowing us to buy the books off of Amazon like my main school.

I was very insulted on the price they offered me on my books. I had two books, that were in very good condition. One was still brand new and only wanted to give me 20 dollars for the two. When I paid over a hundred. Very disappointed on the prices they offer to purchase back their books.
