Unbelievable! The lack of unprofessionalism is very apparent here. Promises never fulfilled and a very rude owner. Also, the 2 times I wA there they had a bratty kid talking very rudely to customers as well.

Marcus the Owner and his sister Keihi was extremely helpful. I was in and out of there very quickly. Brought my car back in to finish up a couple things Marcus said he was going to get done and went far and beyond the call of duty. I greatly appreciate him and his sister for making the experience one that I would highly recommend to anyone.

I was in a real bad situation my credit bad I had a Repo and went to another dealership and they put me into a car with a high rate. I didn’t like the car but I needed one. A friend told me about All Approved so I went to check them out. I got there and Marcus the owner took his time to see what i was looking for and what I wanted. He was able to help me get out of the car I was In and into a car that I PICKED out that I WANTED. Marcus and his staff which is all family made me feel at home. I bought my 2010 escalade from Marcus the owner and I got just what I wanted.The service was great.And even though we bought it on line out of California site on seen I said thats the one I want.He paid for it and had it shipped with no money out of my pocket and said if there was any issues when it arrives he will take care of it.They are amazing and friendly and will go out of their way to get you finaced.

Scam artists at their finest! Sold us a vehicle that was a lemon. They didnt even do a tune up and the oil was black and the overheated that weekend because it was low coolant! Marcus Watkins is a con artist and will duck and dodge you after he takes your money, then try to flip it on you. DONT EVER GO to this place! When it says All Aproved they mean anyone is approved for a piece of junk vehicle that will literally fall apart in a week!

Thinking that he blew me off, and two days later he calls me, and says I found a 2006 silver 2006 Lexus 430 platinum . DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STAR RATINGS. (I wish there was a 0 star option) The people leaving good reviews are the ones who just got their car, once you have it for about a week everything starts falling apart. They are scammers, well beyond the normal used car dealership scams. They over charged us MULTIPULE times on our payments and always had an excuse. SO unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or your money here.
