Highly recommended. Im an out of state buyer who purchased a vehicle from Tyler. He was always fair and communicates very well. Purchase went very smooth. Sadly the vehicle was delivered damaged. Tyler worked with me through the process, was always responsive and was always honest and helpful. After the shipping company failed to take responsibility for damage, I had to report to my insurance company. Tyler covered the my deductible for the repairs.SStuff happens, but it says a lot about a business that stands with their customer and makes it right. If youre an out of state buyer, you can buy with confidence knowing Tyler will make it right. I highly recommend World Motors - Id buy from them again!
If I could provide zero starts I would. Was referred here by a friend. Worked with Jason Boles a sales guy who sold me a warranty. I end up moving out of country for work and so I go to cancel the warranty and am told that after only 4 months on a 60 month warranty Im losing 30%!! I reach out to the warranty company and they explain that the dealership sold me a different type of warranty than I was promised. I assume this was a mistake so I reach out to the Owner of World Motors Who name is Tyler Thompson. Tyler basically tells me its my fault, that I signed the warranty and thats the end of it. I send him emails showing that I was told something different. He states the emails are not conclusive and again tells me its my fault. I then send him a recorded phone call of myself and Jason in which I asked the question relating to exactly the clause in question not once but three times and each time Jason lied to me on this recorded call. Once faced with the recorded call Tyler finally agrees to refund my money and says he will provide a refund in full. However, when he finally refunds my money he deducts cancellation charges and usage for the time I had the warranty even though the warranty was unused and I only paid for the warranty under fraud perpetrated by his employee. Remember I have all of this recorded in email and all phone calls recorded. Tyler Thompson is the worst kind of scum bag who only refunded me at all after me threatening to release the recorded call to Channel 3 news. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS STEALERSHIP AS YOU CAN!!
I was searching for an off-lease Mercedes E350 for about a month and saw World Motors online. I went in and was met by Gino. Hes courteous, no pressure/no hassle, to the point, and easy to work with.They had a car that was interesting. Gino pointed out some features and offered to let me drive it right away, no problem.The Carfax showed a solid history. Low miles, clean, clean! It also had two keys and ALL the manuals, books, etc. I decided to buy it on the spot. The paperwork was easy and took about 15 minutes. They even offer bank financing with excellent rates.I asked them to shine it up and I would come back later that day to pick it up. I came back and it was ready to go. Gino offered to go over the functions but I was good to go. He asked me to come back anytime I wanted to review the features.The best part? A very good price.Im a businessman that has no problem working the system. Before I bought my last car I spoke to 16 different salespeople before I made my choice.Save some time and check this place out. I plan to move up in car soon. My 1st call will be this place.
I honestly did not know what to expect, when going to this small dealership on Scottsdale road. I had been to some regular dealerships looking for a car, and those experiences were fine. However, once I met Jason at World Motors, I felt immediately comfortable and no pressure at all. He was extremely helpful and made everything really simple. I went there to check out a specific car, and I ended up liking the car, the price, and the customer service there. Saw the car on their web site, I called and told them Id have to fly from Seattle so please give me a good description. I flew down and was picked up at the airport from Gino who took me to the dealership and the car was just as described. My wife is very happy with her car and I will look at World Motors to purchase my next car.
My overall experience with World Motors Company was great until I received my vehicle. The vehicle I purchased was supposed to be a certified vehicle but when I received my vehicle & test drove the vehicle, it was shaking which was from all four wheels being bent & 2 rims on the right front & rear side being cracked but yet I was told the car was checked out & everything was good to go prior to the vehicle being shipped to me. The issue has been resolved since contacting the Owner/Manager, Tyler Thompson of World Motors, and the dealership is taking care of the repairs.

Mixed feelings: its a down-to-business kind of dealership, prices are better than most other dealers but they still tack on some ugly bullsh-- fees that jack the price up about $1000 more on top of vehicle price and sales tax. Salespeople genuinely try to help you, not pressure you.

This was easier than buying a pair of shoes. Tyler was awesome. I showed up at around 11:30 and drove the car within 5 minutes of being there. Tyler and his team have a terrific inventory selection to choose from. I was specifically looking for a luxury vehicle, a BMW or Mercedes Benz. They had a good selection of the BMW X5 which I found very appealing for its all wheel drive and cargo space. After driving one of the X5s I selected it was an easy choice. I recently purchased the 2012 Mercedes Benz E350 from here. The car has been great. It was a wonderful experience and worth the drive up there! I drove from Sierra Vista which was 4 hours away.
Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had with out a doubt. I change my cars every 3-5 years and I always used to dread the experience of having to deal with the dealer every time I bought the car. I hate haggling and whole price negotiation drama I have to put up with. This time it was quite different. I called and got Brian on the phone. I am glad I did. World Motors pricing was very very fair. Brian said the price was final and I didnt feel a bit bad about buying it at that price as I knew the price was more than fair. I had done my homework and knew exactly what the car was worth. I live in northern California. I told Brian that I would like the car inspected by the closest BMW dealer. He said fine, no problem. He scheduled a used car buyers inspection with the BMW dealer had the car send over without any fuss. I had done this before where I had bought another BMW from out-of-state and I had to convince the non BMW dealer why I wanted the car inspected by the BMW dealer, had to call the nearest BMW dealer myself schedule an inspection and coax the dealer to have someone drive over the car to BMW. I had to do none of that with Brian. The inspection came out clean and the car was as clean as what World Motors claimed it was. The BMW dealer send me the report directly after I paid for the inspection. The BMW dealer mentioned in the report that the car may need an alignment which I was planning to do this once I get the car. To my surprise Brian found out about it when they went to pick up the car and got the alignment done without even me asking for it. Then I had to figure out transportation and financing. I spend hours on the internet getting quotes for transportation and trying to get the best available rates for car loan. I got the car loan approved by a Credit Union I used to finance my old car with and called Brian. To my surprise he said he can beat the interest rate I got from my local Credit Union and even arrange a cheaper transportation than what I managed to get, which he did. He asked me to fill the loan application on-line and sure enough two hours later called me with a better car loan rate. Couriered me the paper work which I signed and send back. He had the car put into the truck the next day and 2 days later I got the car. It is perfect, better than I ever imagined it to be. I only wish World Motors had the car I want 3-5 years from now when I am ready to change this car.

Bought a really nice, low mileage Scion from them (not their usual brand) at a very fair price. Easy to deal with and it was an excellent, in and out transaction. So I was already impressed. But two months later, the real story develops when I received an expired registration notice from the state. The 3rd party MVD service they use screwed up my registration essentially sending an expired plate to me. Totally not World Motors fault but Tyler took care of it in one day and even arranged hand-delivery of the new registration to my house. This kind of customer service is just so unexpected in the car sales business but Tyler and the nice folks at World Motors go above and beyond!

They are very bad service there when you buy the car a clean Carfax no accidents after three Month later go check your car and you’ll see the accidents and also they played with the miles I sold my car to them was has 64,000 and then they posted like next few days with 59,000 miles you guys you don’t know nothing about this Dealership
CHECK THE CARFAX PAPERWORK VIN #I had a bad experience buying in 2017 and the sales guy no longer works there. He didn’t tell the truth about much!I went to trade my car at the Honda dealership 6/2019 and found out there was an accident 3 years before I bought the car that wasn’t on the carfax World Motors showed me. So the value of my car is dinged for my trade.The carfax was printed at the dealership and I obviously checked it for accidents and the origination state. Lesson learned....check that the Vin #s are the same.World motors also told me that they only value the cars at the lower KBB condition even if the cars in better shape. If you keep your car in excellent shape you probably want to trade elsewhere.
They have great import cars. They are honest. I wont go anywhere else to purchase my cars.

I purchased a CLS550 from World Motors. While the CARFAX was clean it became evident within 12 hours of taking delivery that this car wasn’t right. First the oil leak, which was clearly happening prior to purchase and was undisclosed. Then a trip to MB Chandler revealed a significant front in collision with broken struts, air suspension, oil cooler and probably more to come.To add insult to injury the dealer claimed they would provide a manual and second key and never madd good on it.Avoid these guys like the plague or you will be sorry for years to come.

It’s a shame Tyler in sales does not enjoy providing customer service. I had cash with mobile app bank statements etc, and he didn’t want a test drive on a car with 25k miles. It’s their policy. Also they are a one price store no negotiation. He immediately walked inside after the viewing and went to his office acting as if i was not there. I will take my business elsewhere. The car i was interested in was 2016 amg GTS. But would rather spend ship a car from Florida to avoid doing business locally. (He claimed the car in Florida as a comparable wasn’t real) after easing his comment i actually created a software and sold it for many millions on my own. Nothing here had to do with parents. It’s unfortunate to see tyler so upset instead of apologizing.im 24 and age discrimination should be taken seriously.

This is very long over due review. We got a 2014 C250 18 months ago from here and they were super easy to deal with. The prices are pretty hard to beat as well. We were able to agree on a price even though I was being pretty stubborn :) they accommodated. I even referred a few friends to them who got the car they wanted too during the year we had ours. I will definitely come back if they have another Mercedes I am interested in. Ahem any Bi Turbo AMGs 😁. We even decided to do financing thru them since we usually go thru our credit union but was able to get us like 2.74% so we just went thru them.

Beautiful car (2012 MBZ S550 4Matic), excellent condition (30 year MBZ dealer trained mechanic opinion), great price, still under warranty, simple/fast/painless transaction, direct/honest sellers, low/no pressure.It seems to me (if the internet needs another opinion) -- If you lost your buying opportunity because of YOUR delay in purchasing... welcome to business folks. A ready buyer willing to close vs. a serious buyer that is delaying: seems like a no brainer - auto sales is a small margin/high volume business - cars gotta move = snooze you lose.Also, always have a car looked at by a qualified technician; its YOUR name on the buyers contract - live up to that responsibility. And do your homework on the vehicle.Ive now had the car for several months with no real issues (small dealer warranty covered items - door hinge gas shock/driver seat adjustment air bag) and really enjoy the driving more each day.Negotiated with Brian, delivered by Tyler. Update I traded in my CLK 350, I purchased in Nov 2009 from World Motors, in last week 07/02/2012 into Schumacher MB for a GLK 350 and when my sale person went to review the value of my trade in he pulled a car faxs report for my CLKK 350 and found out it was in a major car accident!!! I still had the original car fax report that World Motors had given to me when i bought the car and no car accident! My sale person said it is not the first time he had seen that what they do is copy and past information onto a good car fax report that is a similar car! My suspicions have been confirmed! WORLD MOTORS ARE NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTIST! I have also reported them to USAA so a flag will come up when someone else tries to purchase a car from them and so they cant scam another American Veteran or Soldier!I bought a Mercedes CLK 350 in Nov of 2009 form World Motors and after I drove the car home is when all the problems started. First they told me that there was integrated Satellite radio. I found out that there wasnt so I tried to put a CD in the CD player, so I did not have to listen to the Radio and that when I found out the CD player did not work. I took it in to Shumaachers Mercedes for them to look at it. Well It was going cost me $1300 to fix the CD player. Tyler called me the next day and told me that I owed them more money because my trade-in pay off was more then I estimated, and at that time told him about the CD player and he said no problem we will get it fixed. He said that they would have someone there that Friday to look at it when I came down to bring the money I owed them for my trade-in. On Friday I called before going down there to make sure everything was good to go and that is when Tyler told me they were not going to fix it and gave me a number to a car audio place that would do it for the right price. The second thing is a week later the car brakes went out. Also I had Veterans plates and I wanted them Transferred from my old Vehicle to the new one and I made sure I made a point of this three times before going home. well as use can predicted that did not happen and had to pay even more money and sit at the AZ MVD for half the day fixing it. When I tried to call them and comfort them about all the problems with the car no one answered the phone and my messages where never returned. I have spent over $5000 to get the car fixed and all the problems with the car happened within the first two weeks of buying the car. Yes they gave me a Carfaxs when I asked for it but who knows if that was real of fake?? I WOULD NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!!
Please read this before dealing with WORLD MOTORS. I recently purchased a car from World Motors in Scottsdale. It was sold with a full warranty as covered by the manufacturer. Within three weeks of purchasing the car, the engine was knocking and the check engine light came on. I figured it was no big deal because if anything went wrong, it would be covered under warranty. I took it to Camelback Volkswagen where they told me that there was $4,500 worth of damages that would not be covered under warranty because of pre-existing damages. So I came to the conclusion that World Motors sold me a piece of junk car. I took the car back to World Motors and asked for the inspection papers from the inspection that they were supposed to conduct prior to selling me the car. They told me that they had had the car inspected by Chapman Volkswagen a week before. I went to Chapman Volkswagen service department where they told me that they had never inspected the car. I did not appreciate being lied to about an inspection that did not exist. World Motors was too cheap or too lazy to conduct the inspection. The main person that I was dealing with at World Motors was Dave. I could not find or get a hold of Dave for a solid week. He would not return my phone calls, he was never in the office, and when I asked for his cell number, Tyler would not give it to me. When I finally found Dave, he told me that this is my problem, not theirs. I took it to my mechanic who told me that the car looks like it has been in an accident even though the carfax is clean. I had the same thoughts considering the fact that they sold me the car without a spare tire and there was a twelve inch crack in the spare compartment that looked as though someone had tried to patch it together. Not only that, there was also a hole in the washer fluid container that someone had tried to puddy back together. Do not deal with DAVE, TYLER, or GINO. They are a bunch of kids who do not know what they are doing. Do not be fooled by the laid back attitude and the low prices.
