Overall good experience and impossible to find a better deal. But you are penalized for paying cash. They didnt charge my vehicle as requested days before picking it up. Also neglected to tell me that there was a charging schedule imposed in my electric vehicle that wouldnt let me charge it, nor did they tell me how to override it. Thanks go to Adam at Blink customer service for saving the day. But really nice people and an amazing Fiat 500e!

Purchasing was a smooth transition, but ended up having issues with the car. Their service department staff are rude and dont communicate well with you. Dont even bother buying the extended warranty it does not cover what they tell you. Never again will I buy a car for these people. Worst experience ever.

I have purchased many cars in my life, and it is never fun. I sure many reading this can agree. I recently moved back to Arizona and was looking for a used Expedition. When looking online I found two (2!) at Bill Luke Tempe. The reason they caught my eye is because they were priced lower than any other vehicles I had looked at. Not only in AZ but Nation wide. I set up an appointment to make sure the vehicle was still available and met with Chandler Phillips. I honestly could not have asked for a better person to work with. Chandler was knowledgable, friendly, and extremely helpful. He made sure that I got the right vehicle with no pressure. I test drove both vehicles and he placed them side by side. We went over pricing and he got Finance (Alexander Aaslid) involved immediately so that there were no surprises. Bill Luke Tempe stood by their deal and the price posted online is the price I paid. No bargaining because there was no need, they had all ready priced the car to sell. Well under what other dealers offered. Alexander helped finish the deal and provided me with great pricing and knowledge on warranties. Both employees were a breath of fresh air! They were personable and funny. Best car buying experience I have had. I will definitely return to Bill Luke Tempe and would would highly recommend them to everyone including friends and family! Honestly car shopping is sooooo stressful! I was just telling my husband that I wish it was a little easier where I could just test drive a car and not have all of these pressures to buy asap! I went to the santan store first and had a lovely experience but it was the wrong test drive and instead of them bad mouthing the other center and try to get me to stay they helped me set up the test drive at this location! Buying my first car was a breeze with bill luke! Horea greeted us right off the bat and it’s was a smooth process. He was great at explaining the process of me buying my first car!
