What an amazing place. This is by far the nicest used car place Ive ever seen. No pressure, nice people and the the cars are simply amazing. Every vehicle I looked at, were very clean no problems. This place is a step above.Youre treated as a human, not as a cash cow as Ive seen in many used car places. Im not even sure I would call this place a used car dealership, its truly that amazing.

By far the best used-car-buying experience Ive ever had. Sam, Chad, and the whole team were great. What I liked the best was their honest, and transparent way of doing business. I had visited at least 6 brand name dealerships and they all tried to pull the same funny-math shenanigans when it came to calculating my trade-in value and the total difference. ASM didnt try any of that sleight-of-hand stuff of extra fees, unasked-for options, and trying to use sales tax savings as part of my trade-in value. They had their asking price, offered me a straight-up value for mine, added the standard doc fees and boom, heres the difference. Love it. Just give it to me straight and these guys did. If youre looking for a quality used vehicle and dont want to put up with all the games played at the big dealerships, then Arizona Specialty Motors gets the highest marks. I cant recommend these guys enough. They even took the tow base plate off my Jeep Wrangler for me so I could install it on the Rubicon I bought from them. These guys are the best!

I worked with Bill to purchase a 2014 Porsche Cayman a couple months ago. I cannot say enough about the sales experience. I dont ever write reviews, but I felt this one I should. Went and visit a family member and they asked while I was there if I would help them with the purchase of a used car since they didnt know much about vehicles. I said sure. Every thing started out great, Chad was nice and he was trying very hard to sell us a car. However when we started to test drive the vehicle we noticed something was off. Chad did his best to try and to work around without acknowledging there was an issue and trying to brush it under the rug. We said we really liked the vehicle and would purchase it if the problem was fixed before we purchased it. Thats when the attitude of Chad changed for some reason. You could tell he was unhappy that the sale was not going his way. Thats when he called in his manager or owner I wasnt quite sure. All I know his name was some type of pasta sauce. He came out with an attitude saying that we were wasting their time that we needed to leave if we were not interested in buying. Well I found out why they had attitudes because while we were there, something happened with another customer with the transmission on the truck the person just purchased it from a recent sale. They went into a room and came back. I am not going to repeat what was said about the poor customer but whoever you are I feel bad for you because they really got one over on you and they were saying a lot of negative things behind your back. Needless to say after hearing all that we left. I wouldnt suggest getting a vehicle from them. As long as things are going their way they are very nice, but the second it doesnt, their whole attitude changes.

I just bought my dream car here and could not be happier! The salesman are so nice and not pushy. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a car. They were willing to work with us on any concerns on parts of the vehicle. Also my family is vaccinated but we came in with masks and the guy helping us immediately put on a mask without us even saying anything so if that is a concern for you they have been safer than any other car dealership Ive been to. The next day we did a walk through of the car via FaceTime and before days end the deal was completed. You can imagine at 61 years old I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my time and hands down this was the single most pleasant and simple car purchase I’ve ever made. Howard and Chad teamed up to pave a seamless and hassle free transaction and paid for the delivery of my dream car to my front door the following Wednesday exceeding my every expectation. The finished product came out so good I even took my 93 FD Rx-7 over to have the tune up... I Flew down to AZ from MN to get what I thought was a beautiful 2002 Chevy 2500 wich I paid about twice the blue book value for. When I got there to test Drive It the 1 of the rear suspension arm broke off it had a broken front axle and the tires were at less than 1/4 tread. With only a 1 way ticket I didn’t have a way home. They acted like they were going to take care of me threw in a 6 month 6000 mile warranty. I spent hours waiting while they fixed it and got back on the road late that night.. I didn’t even get 1 hour away and the truck started acting funny and was throwing a code. It was snowing in the mountains and it had lost over drive. Called and texted them about it that night. We didn’t have any cell Service and were in a bad situation.. found out if we deleted the code that you could drive doing 55 mph and overdrive would work. Drove all the way back to Mn and brought it to friendly chev in Fridley. They gave a quote of over 10k to fix the issues and that the transmission was bad. Over 20 phone calls back to AZ specialty motors where they said they would help fix the problem. They have not helped at all and now will not return phone calls.. Very disgusted on how this dealer is doing business and I am stuck with a truck I am still paying for that I cannot drive.

The best place to get your car serviced by! I took my car to change the brakes and for 100k tune up. The stuff is friendly and helpful, my car was done fast and no one tried to oversell me! Purchased my Audi from Arizona Specialty Motors and the staff was great. Chad and Al nicest people you will ever meet. They worked hard to find my the car I wanted with the specs I wanted. Just returned home from having my wifes Mercedes repaired at AZ specialty motors. I Could not be happier, we brought the car down from Washington state where the last work was preformed it has not been right since it left the shop in Washington almost a year ago.I contacted Arizona Specialty Motors as the car was having many warning lights going off at once.They took the car in right away Sam was helpful in getting us right in and the tech Josh was working on it before we left the dealership.I got a call a couple hours later and they explained it was the Alternator, same problem that was suppose to been fixed in Washington last year.We gave the go ahead they sent me pictures of the old Alternator and it could not have been changed last year.They completed the work reset everything and we have a perfect running car again. I could not give any higher rating .We are very happy and thankful we trusted them with our car.We will be back for the next service when it comes due.Thanks again

As easy as car buying should be. The Arizona Specialty Motors team was respectful and fair throughout our entire, and quick, car buying experience. We knew what vehicle we wanted, they gave me a fair value for my trade in, and we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted and most importantly, at the price we wanted, hassle free. I was never put in a position where I felt I had to make a decision and I was given plenty of time and space to research and ensure I was getting a fair deal during my buying process. I would absolutely recommend Arizona Specialty Motors as opposed to getting hounded at a traditional dealership!

AWFUL experience. Get vehicle checked by multiple mechanics first if you buy from here! They sold me a car which I later found out had worn out struts, dry rotted/ uneven bald tires and AC that would constantly go cold and warm, plus other little issues. After my mechanic told me the struts were blown. I brought it back to them and they checked it out said nothing was wrong with the car and the noises are just from being an old car and driving it daily (even tho it started a day after getting the car). Then the shop manager started yelling at me and saying I was “wasting their time“ and that I told them the struts were leaking (which he tried to force me to agree on over the phone prior). Also, that I received $1200 off the car even tho it was over priced over 2k from the kbb value. Regardless, they sold me a car with problems and instead of being kind they got angry with me and Chad who sold me the car disappeared shortly after I got there and so did the originally mechanic who assured me the car was fine when I bought it. So the manager and other mechanic became very intense with me saying that if there is a problem with the car I would have to pay like anyone else who wants their car fixed (even tho the problems came immediately after they sold me the car). DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Now I still owe money on the car for the auto loan PLUS the problems they sold the car with. I trusted them with their (family owned, happy faces BS), don’t fall for it too.

The repair shop team is legit over here. After having a horrible experience buying my car from a big dealer hear in the east valley and then having the drivetrain drop out of the vehicle 4 months after purchase, I went to these guys to finish the repair and also had them resolve some motor issues as well. AFter getting my car back yesterday I can say I will be a customer for life. My car runs better than it ever has and the guys were awesome to work with. Even when issues out of their control came up, they went to bat to help me out. I would recommend to anyone!

I recently purchased a Ford F-250 from Arizona Specialty Motors, but I have to admit this was the first time buying a vehicle online. I live in San Diego so I had concerns but Frank my salesman was helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable so I moved ahead with the purchase. Unfortunately the day after I took delivery I had a mechanical issue with an otherwise near perfect truck, Ive heard horror stories about how once you own the vehicle your basically on your own and the dealer wont help you, not so here! after I took the truck to my local Ford dealer and verified the nature of the defect I quickly called and spoke to Al, the manager, I explained the issue and he agreed to make it good with integrity and great customer service! Chad was a nice guy, yet the website states they sell the highest quality, hand selected vehicles, and he touted their 120 point (number might be off) inspection. The vehicle had a laundry list of missing, faulty or worn out items. The SUV was claimed to have only 61K miles, yet the texture on the steering wheel was almost rubbed off. I have 145K miles my same year & model SUV, with no such wear. I sure wanted them to be different from the crowd of seedy car lots. Just thankful I didnt fall for it, but sure wasted a bunch of time.

The best used car purchase I have ever been a part of. Without exaggeration this is the most legitimate car dealership, used or new, that I have ever has the pleasure of working with. The sales rep Chad was really knowledgeable about a ton of different cars while allowing us to communicate what we were looking for. On the service side, Josh is the man. He went from rebuilding an early 80s Ford Truck to looking at my 2008 STI without missing a step. Again, Josh is really knowledgeable and took the time to explain each question I had. I knew I made the best choice when I met the owner who pulled my car around and insured me of the 121 point check of my cars mechanical and electrical components. I found the price point to be spot on based on the quality and conditions of the vehicle. It was almost hard to believe the degree of gems at this dealership. Bought a truck from them last year for about $30k. AZ Specialty Motors was effectively unwilling to budge on the price because of the trucks low miles and seemingly immaculate condition. On the long drive back to eastern AZ I noticed soft brakes, sloppy steering, and at 70 mph the truck shook like crazy. I took it to my shop and found out that the brakes were shot and front end needed replacing including the steering dampener. The mechanic said it was so bad we were lucky we did not get killed on the freeway. And that was bad enough, but the real shock was the underside of the truck was extremely rusty like it had been sitting in water or flooded. It had the thickest rust Ive ever seen on the drive shaft, body, and chassis. The brakes needed complete replacement because of how rusted they were. Whats more, every part of the undercarriage that was visible from the sides was covered with thick black paint with the obvious intent to hide the rust. So looking in the wheel wells it didnt appear to have any rust at all. One has to crawl under the truck or put it on a lift to see the terrible canker beneath. Just the repairs on the brakes and front end were $3,040. This from a truck that was fetching Kelly Blue Book near mint price.By all the positive reviews, Im sure this AZ Specialty Motors has some good cars. However, given the lengths they went to to hide this trucks defects and then pass it off as like new, I can only say this business is crooked, dishonest, and flat out thieves.Ive attached pictures of the underside to illustrate.

Great place to buy a car. We drove up from Tucson. We were looking at what was probably the cheapest car on thier lot. They treated my wife and I like a king and queen. They are very knowledgable, professional and personable. No pressure, we made an excellent deal, and the showroom is beautiful. They have great stuff...its like going to a great car show. I would go here just to wander the showroom!

BUYER BEWARE! I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! My husband and I bought a Mercedes expecting to be treated honestly and fairly- NOT. They sold us a used UNSAFE vehicle with defective tires and cracked rims. Very unresponsive. Horrible customer service since they refused to remedy the situation. After paying top dollar, we were forced to spend thousands of dollars more in repairs to make the car right. Do yourself a favor and dont make the mistake we did.UPDATE: Dealership contacted us and sent us a check, but not nearly enough to cover our damages. My hope is that by this experience they will treat their customers with more care and respect.

I have bought many cars over the past 40 years and ASM gave me the best experience ever! No BS, honest in the sale, trade and title transfer/document signing - which took an amazing 10 minutes. I never thought I would give a 5 star review to a car dealer, but they really operate a first class business.

SCAM ARTISTS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DONT WALK, RUN AWAY. IF COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.Called about a Volvo XC90 V8 they had on Car Gurus with Make An Offer price. Told them I was driving from half hour away, verified car was on premises.FRANK said, If you can give me an hour and a half it will be available. I agreed. Showed up as agreed upon, not available.Song and dance that they sent it to Volvo for repairs, and then tried to bait and switch me to another car. Then told me they wanted $11,100 for the car they couldnt show me, despite it having a Kelly Blue Book of $5,500. CROOKS!

I was looking for an Audi TT that was proving difficult to find for the price I wanted. Alfred was amazingly responsive in getting me what I wanted at the price that I wanted. The process of financing was extremely efficient and they were able to get me a really good rate. Communication was efficient and easy - I never had to wait to get a response for anything. Once we had found my car Alfred and his wife got everything I needed to drive off the lot within an hour. 10/10 for buying experience and they are great friendly people who really care about the people they are helping.They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got what I wanted ASAP even on a weekend with short notice.

I found there add in Craigslist for a Lancer Evolution I contact them and submitted my credit app. Online, since I was from California, Drew right away got to work and looked at my options.. we came out with a deal over the phone.. I drove to Arizona (6hr) drive and got there to no surprises.. Drew was straight forward on what we had discussed over the phone, he didn’t waste my time and there customer service excellent and the manager Alfredo was great help. They’re people of there word and can trust! I will def. be referring them to my friends and family and will be purchasing another vehicle from them later this year. Thank you for everything. Had my motor blow in my 2016 WRX and ASM build the motor back in October 2018. No issues what so ever with the motor or the tune Clark Turner did on the car a year later. Car runs 500whp and couldn’t be happier. I have had this company do all the work on my vehicle since October last year and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The amount of knowledge the mechanics and shop has is huge with any vehicle you bring to them. They have heard my business for life!
