Saw my jeep online and talked to Tony about it who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Since I couldn’t fly out to see the vehicle, I sent a trusted friend whom was picked up at the airport by Tony. From there, Tony took care of the loan and DMV paperwork and once it was completed, he found a transfer to ship it next day. The entire process took less than 2 weeks. Done and done. It’s not often you find a company with this amount of care for every single detail that they come across in all the products that they offer. The level of service I have just not come across companies like 101 before that every staff Member is on the same page and cares just as much as the next. Three weeks ago i had my car ceramicd by 101 motors. tony, the owner, took care of me. i cannot compliment the service i got there more. my car was in their care for 2 days, and they provided me a loaner. my car turned out beautifully. i did not write this review until today as i just washed my car (by hand). it was the easiest wash i have ever done, and when rinsed/dried, it looked like it did three weeks ago. ill be following up this post in a year, but for now, i am extremely happy with my results and doing business with tony was a true pleasure.

I have a new gladiator with a roadmaster towbar installed with the stock STEEL bumper. Keith and Brian installed a winch for me which was totally complicated due to the matching of the different parts. Nothing fit. With patience and persistence They were able to accomplish something noone else seemed even willing to try.Others said, we dont know. NYC can learn from 101 Motors!After a quick Google search of customized Jeeps, every amazing image was associated with a company called 101 Motors. I called -- and that was the start of one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. I got a wealth of info from a Tony (who was patient and didnt mind my extensive questions). It took a number of days for me to zero-in on exactly what I wanted. There was really nothing like their work in the NY-Tri-State area. While I had second thoughts about buying a vehicle (sight unseen) -- and wiring money to Arizona to someone I hadnt ever met...EVERYTHING I asked for was documented in writing...so with every i dotted and t crossed -- I decided it was a go. As every detail came to life, pictures arrived on my phone. As my sons super-cool, one-of-a-kind custom Jeep was completed -- I even got pix of it being loaded on a truck for its way across the country. Everything happened within MINUTES of what was promised. Yup, even the driver told me he would arrive at a local shopping center to unload the Jeep -- and within 10 minutes of the 1-hour window -- he was there! While I was skeptical of the entire process -- thinking it was too good to be true -- it was totally amazing. As the custom Jeep rolled onto the pavement, every detail was crazy-great...from the light bar that could blind aliens...to the gargantuan tires...even the leather seats, with silver stitching. Just perfect! Driving down Broadway in Times Square -- heads turn, people give a thumbs-up and strangers come over to ask Whered you get that??!!. (OK...parking in garages is not all that welcome!) If 101 Motors opened a satellite office in the NY area -- theyd need extra help to answer the phones. Thanks Tony! Had my light bar stolen off of my Jeep. Went in to ask to borrow a wrench so I could remove the brackets. The guys there took care of it all and helped remove the exposed wires.
