Fernando had great customer service, he helped me get a new phone when my old phone wouldnt charge. Fernando was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure i had what i needed. Thanks Fernando i will be back.

This Location is the worst Metro PCS store i have ever been. Very bad customer service. Fernando was so rude, customer service very poor and commented on my accent, told me to leave his store. Fernando has no idea how to fix a phone. Never had a problem with Metro PCS before and i dont recommend this location to anyone. They are unprofessional and condescending.

I was impressed with Taylors customer service.. She knew how to assist someone who needed a new phone. Very patient and understanding...Thank you for your assistance and I would recommend this store to anyone else who would needs help with cell phone and Metro PCS

I have never gotten such great customer service until I came to this location. There was a guy by the name of Jsauce who stayed way past his shift to help me out with my iPhones. He was helpful and made sure to address all my concerns. He left me a very satisfied customer. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this employee and location to anyone. I’m very grateful.

Went to this store did not have any phones instock to sale.Got what they wanted to give me and then came the feesI was charged the following fees that I did not choose1. Activation fee of $15.00 MetroPCS does not charge a activation fee2. Force fully put on the 60.00 plan I wanted the 40.00 plan they said I couldnt to take advantage of the promo i had to go on the 60.003. Finally horrible customer service

If I could give this Metro PCS store a zero rating, I would. The customer service is horrendous. The staff is rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. If you have issues or problems with your service or phone, Do Not attempt to have them solved at this store. Go to the location at Alma School and Main St. in Mesa, they are very understanding and helpful, deal with Manny, Julio or Anthony.

This store has the worst customer service. Asked to speak to the manager and the rudest employee said she was the manager. Apparently they make just about anyone a manager these days. While on the phone with the manager she continued to over talk me and cut me off. It will be a mircle if these girls get a job anywhere else. They have no idea how to work in customer service.I asked to speak to her manager and she refused. I will never come back to this location. I urge anyone who reads this to go to any location but this one. They will lie and cheat you just to get a sale. When you come back to complain they lie some more and refuse to refund or fix their mistake.

This is the worst cell phone store I have ever been in. The manager was not only not helpful but a five-letter word. I would recommend any other MetroPCS store or authorized dealer for Metro PCS rather than this one.

There is a very rude young girl there with a bad attitude. She did not know how to troubleshoot and REFUSED to call customer service for assistance insisting that she could fix it. She said her manger was not there when I asked for her. I wound up leaving there and going to the one on Southern Avenue where the lady was friendly and helpful, she called customer service and relayed my bad experience. They were BOTH in disbelief! It took her 30 minutes and customer service told me themselves that the lady at the other place messed up something. My phone was repaired and the lady at Southern avenue said I could come there from now on. She didnt have to say it because I was already going to do that.Go to Southern Avenue to people who actually have Good Customer Service!

Wow why did i not read these reviews b4 i went to this location. Smh...so i went in bought a new phone keep in mind my over all total came to 370.00. After trying it out did not like it right away and decided to return it the very next day. Went in and n the manager (kristy) told me that she cant cuz its final sale. Nothing was mentioned of a final sale on new product on the receipt. She was so fast to take my money. The only thing she said was she cant help me. So if your going here be warn. If you plan on buying something n u might not like it ur best bet is u just lost ur money n ur stuck with something u dont like. Over price everything just like how much makeup they use to cover up the ugliness. I mean too much makeup they both glow like the vampires from twilight if they face catch the light....DO NOT GO HERE....DO NOT GO HERE

Worst customer service experience I ever had. The lady that answered the was rude and a liar. I called to let them know I called the store the previous to activate a phone informed them I was on my way. They closed the store 15 min early. The lady on phone told me she worked last night but didnt talk to on phone is she nuts

WORST Metro PCS EVER!!! Both the store manager (Chris) and her assistant (Chris) were very dishonest, rude, refused to give me a supervisors contact info, refused to undo the damage they did to my account, and refused to help me resolve the problem that THEY created. Also, before I left, they made a point to tell me they were going to document a comment on my account so they could attempt to make it look like they did nothing wrong!!! Do NOT go here. They dont have a clue about G$ services, do not listen to what your needs are, and when you ask them for further assistance they literally tell you they dont have to give you their names, a supervisor, or even help you anymore! I walked out and went to another store whos customer service rep said I was the THIRD person to leave that store and end up in THEIR shop!!! That should tell you all you need to know already. I hope they BOTH get fired.

Girlfriend and I purchased 2 phones from here after my screen broke. The man working here set up the phones for service. All seemed fine until that evening when neither phone could make or receive calls. This persisted for 2 days. We were able to text and use FB messenger to call. Unable to return to the store due to our work schedules we had to wait 4 days. We wanted to exchange the phones for another model which was not in stock the day we visited. However, the same guy who sold us the phones said we had used them more than allowed and would need to wait 90 days to purchase another phone at discount. We explained our calling issues and he did not seem to care. We also discovered he set up the internet wrong. We were on a 6 gb plan. He put 1 gb on her phone and 5 gb on mine. Going to switch to another company soon since the entire thing turned us off. With that being said i realize discouted cell service will have a few glitches and less customer service. But it does not excuse the lack of customer service from this retail location. I recommend you find a better store with someone who does their job correctly.
