This is a great store. Got in and got out quickly with excellent support by Bobby who helped me get exactly what I was looking for and also gave me a print out of information that will help me with my next purchase. Terrific customer service. Additionally, Destiny was very courteous, pleasant and helpful in assisting me in finishing up my transaction satisfactorily. To the manager, take good care of your crew, they are why I say its a great store.

Always great and easy to work with. UPS shipment center, you can both have you packages held here for pickup and ship out of this facility. I have never experienced long wait times or lines here. Always recommend, reasonable prices and quick in and out.

Angelica in the Print and Copy Center is the best! She went above and beyond to make sure that I got my book spiral bound in a timely manner. I picked the binding that was too large and she changed it out no problem all while helping out multiple other people who were waiting. I usually go to a store closer to my house for any printing but I will make the extra trip just for her great service!

I wanted to write this review for Bobby. I came in not knowing anything about printers, let alone which one to get. Bobby greeted me when I came in and saw I looked confused and asked if I needed help. He then explained to me the difference between certain printers, and helped me get the right ink cartridge along with paper. He was very patient with my silly questions, and did not make me feel dumb, like some retailers do. After ringing me up he carried the printer to my car without me having to ask which was so nice, because I’m not the strongest person, and normally people would just watch me struggle to get it to my car (Walmart). He was overall super nice, and I appreciated the experience a lot. Thank you, again!

Their office supplies are a bit on the pricey end, so I would advise against buying your school supplies here. They also dont have the colorful and cute notebooks and accessories that other stores would offer.I did however have several good experiences with their print and copy center. The people there have been very helpful. I got some binding done there a few times for some books. Each time, they have been very quick to get the printing done. The last time I went there, the lady went above and beyond. She told me the spiral bind would probably not work since the pages were hole-punched, and even tested it out with me on a scanned copy of one of my pages. She came up with another workaround and thanks to her, I had a nicely bound book.

Best Bar in Town! The wait staff is friendly and always welcoming to our family and friends. Food i s pretty good too, a little on the pricey side but Hey! I pay for the ambiance. So crazy that they have a restaurant inside a office store but its what keeps us coming back.

Absolutely great staff. They did all of my flyers and banners for the home and garden show at the last minute. You can design online and send to print for same day or next day pick up on many of your printing . The store is clean and organized. They also give you credit on your empty ink cartridges, and offer Staples brand refills on printer ink at almost 1/2 the cost of the name brand.

Their print center is accommodating and versatile. Theyll print just about anything you can think up.The best part of the store is definitely their efficient and knowledgeable staff. They can problem-solve and instruct with speed and competence.

Called staples 4 times to make sure I had a flawless visit when retrieving my business cards. Unfortunately staff in not trained to assist in anyway besides what the website prints you do to. They were also very rude when asked about a subject they were familiar with (even though they should be trained)? Just a bad experience

Amazing customer service; from being greeted outside the store to asking what I needed and being walked right to it immediately upon entering to a more than patient, knowledgeable & friendly cashier. Best store experience I have ever had. I will be returning :)!!!!!

I am giving them 3 stars because at least there are people at the front of the store. I am reviewing the location at Broadway Rd and Rural in Tempe, AZ and this is a compilation from more than one visit. I did make a purchase on 11/25 and so far I am happy with that item.The problems I have with this store are as follows [I dont know if it is standard for Staples or not]:You have dedicated entrances and exits, but when someone snakes their way in the people at the counter never look up or acknowledge someone coming in or ask if you need help or ever offer. It is very frustrating for me to shop there.The last time I went in I bought nothing and I really dont want to shop here again.I was having trouble with my phone cord not charging my Samsung S7 phone and I explained that I just wanted to get a cheap cord because I know they are phasing that cord type out and I was planning on getting a different phone soon. The clerk showed me a cord for $17.99 and said that was the cheapest one you had. I told him I thought you guys had some cheaper products and that I thought you may have actually discounted them rather than price gouging.He didnt check anywhere besides the area by the register either. I also explained that I am low vision.I dont feel like ever shopping here again and its right next door to the grocery store and the bank that I use.I can see why your store never looks busy and the employees dont look or act like they are happy to have a job or do one either.I did purchase earbuds w/mic on 11/25/18 for $7.99 total $8.64 and they still work so for that reason the review is not lower than 3 stars.

I rarely ever go into stores like this but there are the occasions that I can not avoid it. This place is not bad and its not good. Staff seemed courteous and friendly. It didnt take long for someone to ask me if I needed any help. However, I only went in there to buy a clipboard.

Of the several Staples stores in the vicinity of my office and my home, this is my favorite. They have been very helpful with any question or complication I might have. Not too long ago I went in and told them I had received an e-mail for a special on a flash drive, but I couldnt find the e-mail and didnt see any signs. The manager didnt remember any sale but said he would research it. It took him several minutes, but he was able to find out about the e-mail. He said it required a coupon, so he printed the coupon for me and I got the deal. I was impressed.

A regular Staples. I havent had any supremely positive or negative experiences in the few times I have visited this site. It is well-placed for students, however I find Staples excessively expensive on some items.

Would let me put zero for rating, I went into this store today, to get a USB cord to connect my phone to my printer, first the young man didnt even bother to go look to see if they had it or not, so the excuse he gave me was, that exist, so I was like really I just looked it up on line. Young man said Im sorry I dont think they every had anything like that. My thing is he was against my race and just didnt want to help me. Customer service these days especially with the younger generation. Is bad bad bad. If I was working in the retail, I would had to have to know about my merchandise. Thats ok, who lose was it, not mine your store. Any who I found my cord at another staples. Young man have a blessed life.

1.0 star rating 9/8/2015It is too bad that I cannot take away the one star I gave them, they do not deserve even one! My laptop was running slow, Docuprint and Acrobat stopped working, after uninstalling and reinstalling with no success, I took it to Staples on Broadway in Tempe, Tuesday July 28, 2015. I told them I was going out of town and would return on Monday August 3rd, would it be ready, they explained they were busy but it should be. They proceeded to run a scan on it, which was unsuccessful after a good 30-40 minutes so it was started up again, thats when I gave them the go ahead to do what needed to be done to get it up and running and I left. I called Staples when I returned on Monday and they told me that it was not ready but it would be in a couple of days. I asked them what had been done thus far and he said a scan (which was done when I was there). I asked him WHY my laptop was put on a shelf for just about a week and no one even looked at it, he said they were busy with students because school was ready to start. I see this Staples priority is students NOT business people. The next day he called and said they needed to do a diagnostic(?) it costs about $165, I said fine what ever it takes. Next day he told me it was ready I asked him if Docuprint and Acrobat were working, he had no idea what I was talking about and I explained that is why i brought it in to begin with. He called back later and said all was repaired and I could pick it up, so I did. Yes, Docuprint and Acrobat were working but it took me over 24 hours to realize that my Kaspersky anti-virus had been removed and no one told me, so I had to reinstall it. Then I noticed my wireless mouse was not working so I went to WalMart and purchased a new one, that did not work either. Come to find out the USB ports/drives had been uninstalled. It goes on and on. Tonight 9-8-15 (more than a month later) my Acrobat has stopped working again and my computer is running slow. It is unfortunate that I wasted $165 and my time.Staples has now lost ALL of my business, I will not go back for any reason!DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO THIS STAPLES.UPDATE, I stopped in to speak to a manager ( cannot remember her name but she has been with them for a number of years and is the only redeeming quality this store has!) she told me to bring it back and that she would have a different tech work on it since it was within the time frame of the guarantee time, I was willing to do this BUT being self-employed and needing my particular design software everyday I do not have the luxury of taking it in whenever, especially not knowing when it will be completed (regardless of what the tech said), this is why I took it in on my holiday. Next holiday it will go to The Geeks or Data Doctors!

Printing Department Girl & Manager are Idiots -- I called to get simple information about Sign Printing, they kept putting me on hold like 3 times, then the manager finally answers and they both didnt know basic things about material, thickness, etc. People hiring their friends and relatives who dont know how to do the job.
