We were a walk in on a Saturday and Tara was fast and had great customer service. We got an upgraded door for less money then we were quoted at another place plus they have a huge selection of styles and colors. Highly recommended.

My door was installed yesterday, and WOW - what a fantastic improvement! While I would have liked to have had the door the day after I ordered - I will say it was worth the wait - just over two months. It was great to be able to be able to preview the door in fabrication locally, too. I had an oil rubbed bronze lock on hand that connects into my security system and they installed that as well. I did get several quotes on this project and Allied Iron was the least expensive, locally crafted, custom door operation. Two thumbs way up for the craftspeople and this business!

Allied Iron was very easy to work with. On time and professional. Our door and matching window insert turned out amazing. The installers were also wonderful. They were quick, polite, cleaned up during and after install was finished. Everyone loves the door. Thank you Allied.

I designed a pattern for three doors for our house. I loved them so much I got a fourth door made. They are the highest quality doors I have seen. I wanted something not like everyone else. The company has been amazing to work with. The whole company through the process was helpful and went out of their way to make sure the process went smoothly.

I typically try not to write a review if its bad, however, when there is repeated bad service then just as I would recognize a good/great experience, I feel it only right to post a bad experience. Our experience has been frustrating and very disappointing to say the least. Not only was our grand entry gate delivered in the wrong color, they wanted to charge us the fee to get it the right color, which my husband had to go back and forth on until they made it right. The turnaround time was good, however when they came to install it, my husband noticed the handles were not the ones we chose (at $350 for upgraded), the deadbolt didnt match the gate and they didnt have enough covers to place over the side rails. So they call us last Friday to say they would be back out on Tuesday with the correct handles, the covers and the deadbolt. I get a call on Monday from Jackie saying Im sorry but the handle we called you about on Friday for tomorrow is not yours, its not the right one or color its someone elses, so Ill call you back when yours is ready. Get a call on Tuesday (yesterday) to say they would be here today (Wednesday) between 9 and 10. No one has come, and thank God I didnt take off work, (I had told Jackie Id leave the gate unlocked and where they could find the keys, which is also what we told the delivery guys when they delivered the gate). Our Ring shows a truck with a trailer pulled up around 10:50 am, no one got out and about a minute or two later, they pulled off. When I called Allied and spoke with Jackie she said she wouldnt know what may have happened until the end of the day when the delivery guys returned. Unreal!! I realize that things can go wrong but when its repeated mess ups...UNACCEPTABLE! Highly disappointed. Im waiting to speak to a manager which none were in today...hmmmm Im truly glad that others have had a good/great experience. I dont know maybe its just who we dealt with (Derrick Nix) and (Jackie) that made our experience a bad one.The positive is that the gate is beautiful, and will look even better once the right handles and deadbolt are on.

Allied Gate designed, built and installed a new iron and glass front door for our home. The process was very easy and they answered all of our questions and concerns. We toured their facility and chatted with their staff. The process took longer than anticipated due to the holidays in Nov and Dec, but the end result was amazing. The removal and install process was fast and very professional.

They built and installed a beautiful iron door. They were super easy to deal with during the design and build parts of the project.The crew that installed were great. The whole install only took 2 hours and it fit perfect.

Hard to say if they do good work because the sales rep never followed up on the quote. June 27 sales rep arrived on time, completed his measurements, and said he would email me (within an hour) gate options to finalize the quote. June 29 (two days later) I received an email, ... I ran into a couple technological issues but I am in the office today so will have your estimate to you here within the next 15-20 mins. Today is July 8 and I havent received anything. No follow-up call. Nothing.

I really wanted to give our business to a company where all the work is done in America, preferably locally. Allied Iron checked both boxes. As an added plus, they were the most reasonably priced among the other companies we considered.We worked with Deleana. She was knowledgeable and accommodating.Our doors are beautiful! I started having problems with the first rain. The door was leaking! It wasnt waterproof!It is the entrance door!I called Allied Iron and the did come to fix it, or they thought they did. Then again the rain happened so the door leaked again.Here is what happened, water would accumulate inside the panel somehow and would come inside my house. So I had a puddle of water after the rain. It happened a few times then they decided to come take the door off and take it back to shop to fix it. They put silicone or some kind of caulking around where they thought water is going in. Now I have traces of this stuff around edges on my $4000 door. Not very nice looking, but hey, I dont have a puddle anymore.It was fine after that until recently I noticed fogg inside my double pane glass. So I called them and they told me I have to replace glass which I would have to pay ($384). It is not covered under the warranty. I think the water caused the glass to get foggy since the glass would be sitting in water until evaporates which caused seal to break and fogg appeared. Well, I was told they dont think that is what happened.They didnt charge me glass installation, just glass.So, I got some help:)One more thing I dont understand is my lock is sometimes not working. I try to lock it and come half way. I open the door and works fine, I close and it doesnt. And then everything is fine by itself after some time. Its like on and off thing that happens these past years. I got used to it:)I do like iron door and I will buy it again when I move, but I dont think I will order from them.

Amazing workmanship; see Levis work in my attached photo. We got 2 french/grand entry doors for the back patio, mirroring each other. Allied Iron worked with the masonry and drywall contractors to schedule an efficient way to install everything, and Daleana was there from start to finish to make sure everything was okay. Doors are solid and sturdy, glass is thick and quality, screens are perfect for allowing breezes but not bugs, and they even installed the type of locks I wanted for the patio. From a 1969 pair of sliding-glass doors, to todays perfect doors, the house has been improved drastically. Will be using Allied for future projects...highly recommended! Had my security doors installed yesterday and they are just fantastic. The design is exactly right and the installers were prompt, courteous, professional and they left no mess of any kind. My experience with Allied has been excellent in all respects and I feel the product price is very fair for the quality and craftsmanship delivered.

Allied installed a security front door for us in February 2019. We are very happy with the door. We like to appearance and the quality of the workmanship. This replaced a wooden door that we could not keep a finish on in the AZ sun so this will be a treat to have a permanent finish that will never need to be re-coated. The installation crew was prompt, efficient and left no mess behind. We highly recommend Allied and their products.

We looked at several door makers and importers in Phoenix and Allied Iron was very competitive on price, but we got to design our door from start to finish, selecting app the parts. We received amazing Service in the showroom, they came out and measured, drew up the design and did modifications when we wanted minor changes to the design. We recently used Allied Gate for a new front door for our home. They were absolutely amazing to work with! They were friendly and on time during every visit (the initial apt, measuring, and install). They were on time for every appointment and the new door is absolutely amazing!! We paid $1900 for our beautiful custom screen/glass/iron door...which is an amazing price as other companies quoted us close to $9,000 for the same thing! It is the most beautiful new door and is probably my most favorite part of our house!

I called Allied Gate after getting a quote on iron doors and signing a contract with their major competitor. The First company treated me like they were doing me a favor by giving them a $14k contract, not so much as a thank you, so I cancelled and spoke to Allied. They sent someone to my home the same day to bid the job. After a pleasant conversation, the salesman said he would send an estimate as soon as he got to the office. I got it less than an hour later. I called back and agreed to the terms and provided my billing info. Then, he did what was right- he thanked me for my business !! He didnt assume he was doing me a favor taking my money like the first company.He then gave me a time estimate of 8-10 weeks, to which I agreed. In only 7 weeks, my order was done and installed!Kyle at Allied kept me in the loop with a call or email every week until the job was done. The installers did a fantastic job- the house was painted inside and out just a week before installation and I dont need to even touch up a scratch! Truly professional all the way.I bought a real fixer upper project and have employed a dozen contractors so far and, received bids from even more. The security doors on our two arcadia doors are absolutely beautiful! They make the entire backside of the house look completely upgraded and amazing. Not even a week has gone by and weve had so many compliments. The quality of the doors is excellent. Once I did my research and hired Allied Iron, the rest of the process was pain free! They delivered my gates on time, had great communication throughout the process, and they delivered quality workmanship! The manager even came out when it was 110 to make sure everything was done RIGHT! They stand behind their product, and thats what you want at the end of the day!

Met them at the home show and Mike Lee came to our property to measure and get our information. He said he would email the information and never did. I tried calling to follow up several times and he never called back. I emailed him and he said he would email to my direct email address and he didnt know why the emails werent coming through. He never sent an email, and never followed up with phone calls. If you dont want the business or are too busy to do the work, just say so. Not responding and just Ghosting customers is not good business. Not impressed.

Allied Gate is a marvelous company. They took our style in mind and helped us design a door perfect for our taste. They were terrific throughout the entire process. Our remodeling contractor didnt have to do a thing to prepare for the installation of our door, which made him a very happy man. They came and cut our our old door and the two windows above it and installed our new door seamlessly. There was no indication that it was not put in when the house was originally built. There has never been a person that came to our door or walked by our home that did not comment on how much they loved our door. The installation was done in a matter of hours and when they left there was not a sign of construction having been done. WOW!!! is such a small thing to say in comparison to our feelings. Thank you Allied Gate also seems inadequate. But Thanks anyway, Kenny and Helen Y.

We had a wrought iron security door installed in our home. The whole process was very professional, and we were kept informed at each phase of the process. We were extremely impressed with the installation crew and the overall workmanship. Their products are hand made, and the craftsmanship is extraordinary. Im so glad we went with Allied.

Mike, our sales guy, came over one Saturday and took us through all the options. We shopped around a little but felt that Allied offered the best value. The only down side was the fabrication wait, but then again, you cannot rush custom work. We have already recommended them to others.

Contacted Allied Iron about 3 weeks ago and scheduled a meeting for a quote. Mike Lee from Allied Iron came out and we spoke about my request for a new iron gate for my courtyard. He took measurements and then I asked if I could see some samples. My wife & I were invited to the showroom same day. After meeting Mike at the showroom that day, he promised to back to us with a quote and design for our project.2 weeks later I sent a follow up message due to not hearing from Mike. No response. Its been 3 weeks I am going to safely assume Allied Iron doesnt want my business.

I purchased 2 yard gates from Allied Gate. The only reason I did 4 stars is I felt the time from purchase to installation was excessive. It was about 3 months. HOWEVER, it was well worth the wait in the end for a custom product. The sales, measuring and installation appointments were all done professionally with good communication and punctuality. The gates are extremely well made, fit well and look fantastic. I would buy from Allied again except I think these are gonna last forever! 4.5 stars from me.

We first met the Allied Iron company at the Maricopa Home Show about one year before we were ready to pull the trigger to put up new gates on the sides of our house and a small entrance gate for our casita. Mike was very courteous, honest and took his time to understand our needs. This project is a small piece of a much larger remodel, so Mike offered various suggestions and recommendations as to the style, size and privacy of the design in keeping with the overall architecture of the home. He was thorough and honest in terms of cost, the measurement taking process and the fabrication time for the 3 gates. From sale to installation, the process took all of 7 weeks. Mike proactively provided periodic email status updates as well as a design description and photo for us to approve before fabrication, which were all very reassuring. Once our custom designs were complete, the installers arrived on time and introduced themselves in a professional manner. The results are beautiful! Our pet is now safely contained in our backyard and my mom feels so much more secure with a beautiful gate to adorn her patio. Thank you, Allied Iron for such quality and professional service. We look forward to working with you on our next iron project.

We ordered a double door and a Court Yard gate to match. The gate and doors are amazing and beautiful! Big plus, custom built! Many options to chose from; designs, handles, colors, glass, screen and more. The folks there are great to work with. The doors and gates are built right in Tempe. You get an invite to check out your door to insure its right before its finished and delivered. Kyle runs a good show and is a people person. Jackie answers the phone and does the design drawings. She is Super. Of the three installers that came I met Sylvester and DeDe. They did it right, were pleasant and efficient. Thanks all! Oh, the price? Well you can spend what you want but the product is well above the rank and file retailers offerings and at NEARLY the same price. We are 100% satisfied and everyone that enters our remodel is impressed and asks...Where did you get those doors? You wont be disappointed. LOL! One thing, they changed their name from Allied Gate to Allied Iron. I think they should have changed it to: Allied Gateways & Iron or Allied Gate and Iron. Their call :)

Very disappointed with the follow up and customer service. They came to our house for an estimate for a gate. Never received an estimate wev went to thier showroom a week went by and we still did receive an estimate, I called and spoke to ....She said she would follow-up with .....I still never received an estimate. I gave them a courtesy call to let them know I never received an estimate and thought they should know....She could have cared less did not do a thing to try and make it right or keep our business...Not sure who owns this company but I would be very pissed, don’t think they want customers treated this way... think we will try First Impressions Gate company

Good door, however you get what you pay for. Allied was the cheapest of the quotes we received and the materials and customer service reflected the discounted price. * For example the metal used is so thin/ flimsy that when the door closes the bars vibrate forever, not enough material was used to make it solid.
