The company fired me after when I was hired on I told them I was pregnant, about a week after i started I had a miscarriage and missed a few days. i communicated with them the whole time, from when i was hired on to telling them the day before we were supposed to go back to work and i had miscarried. they didnt give me a reason as to why i was fired and would never answer the phone when i was trying to get on food stamps. hate this company and all its about. everyone that works there is very hypocritical, judgemental, and all around lazy and HAD NO MEANS OF COMMUNICATION. steer clear away from this place.
I call and ask to troubleshoot the auto door opener I have and the guy tells me, we dont do that. We have to send a tech. I tell him that they have done it before and Im still going to order the parts through them so whats the big deal. He says no we dont do it. So I hit YouTube and low and behold it just needed to be reset, by cutting the power to the unit momentarily. Presto, totally fixed in 1 minute. Now ask yourself before you buy from this company. Is this the type of service I want? No tech support whatsoever, no troubleshooting at all! Do yourself a favor and find another company, one thats a little more friendly to the consumer who spend 5k on their equipment. This company needs to help their customers not try and drain their wallets when they call.
