Overhead door did excellent work. They responded very quickly to our request for service and scheduled a technician to come the same day to fix our broken spring. Larry was very friendly and did wonderful quality work. The price was very reasonable for the job. If we ever need further work on our garage door, these will absolutely be who we will call.

James replaced both springs in less than an hour. He lubed the door and then I checked the door, it works fine. Thanks

Big shout out to Jim, our technician, and Matt in the office for helping us with new springs on our garage door. Called on a Wednesday, they were there the same day and could have installed the next day, but that did not work for our schedule. Jim was there bright and early Friday morning and went about his work. Also, call these folks FIRST. We had another company out and they wanted $1,000 for a torsion spring repair. That was far too high and OHD Company of Central Arizona was very reasonably priced.

Bought a new door opener today. Jim installed for us. Very happy, could not have had a better experience! The opener price was fair (about 30% cheaper than another company’s quote). The door and opener are almost silent, as well as super clean and smooth. Jim cleaned up wiring that was poorly installed previously, showed me features like how to program future remotes and change the light bulbs. He programmed multiple remotes we already had as well. We feel very well served. Besides doing great work, Jim was so personable, efficient, and conscientious. This is the second excellent experience with this company and I’m convinced they are the best.

We had severe garage door damage from a terrible wind storm in Rio Verde in July 2021. Jim came out & put the door together & braced it the same day! We can get our vehicles in & out now! Our tech, Jim, was so friendly and helpful. He explained the problem and the solution very transparently and had my garage door fixed very quickly. He also serviced everything, fixing my wall button, tightening the springs and oiling everything down, so my once super squeaky, noisy door was nice and quiet. I’m not good with names so I can’t recall his trainee’s name, but he was also very friendly. They were in and out very quickly and I am so happy with the end result of their service.

My door would not stay down. It would go down then return about 3/4 of the way back up. OD fixed it and it seemed to be working fine, for just the charge of a service call.. A few hr later, the problem recurred. I e mailed them thru their website, and they returned promptly the next day to replace my old and no-longer-working motor. I was well pleased with timliness and service.

Larry (Service man) was early for the appointment and quickly took care of the maintenance. I had the wheels changed in two garage doors. Prices are very fair. They are very professional and friendly.

After researching the service length of garage door torsion-type springs I decided that 20 years was beyond its designed service life on my Martin 7 x 16 residential garage door. I called Overhead door, the same company that in 2008 did a perfect new install of a Martin 8 x 12 door for my new home shop building. I wanted my 20 year old spring to be replaced with 2 springs since Martin recommends anything over 12 2 use 2 springs rather than one big one.I was pleasantly surprised to hear that it could be done the very next day. My very experienced technician, Larry, showed up on time, was pleasant, efficient and competent. The job was also reasonably priced. A second perfect job by Overhead Door.

Great promptness and great customer service.4/20/21I had a previous rep from Overhead Door who installed door number two for me two months ago, he noticed on door number one that the long bar in front was going to break and he wrote the part number down specifically for me to call when it happens and tell them they already have the part number. Well, I did that and the gentleman showed up on Monday morning while I was at work, only to report they did not have the correct parts. Larry spoke to Matt and went out of his way, and came with James, today at 7 AM with the correct parts and a quick installation. I am grateful they all got together to get the job done

Quick service and great prices. It was finals week and the garage wouldn’t open, other places wouldn’t be able to help until the next day (and we called before 9 am!). They came in probably 2 hours and didn’t have the proper spring, both of these things could have been upsetting if they didn’t have such great customer service. When I came home there was a temporary fix on the garage door and they came the next morning.They were willing to come within a time window if I couldn’t arrange for someone to be home while I was away. This isn’t a business that you typically call when everything is going right so their willingness to provide solutions was great. At no point did I feel like I was getting talked at and not talked to. They were all around very friendly, if I had more garages I would definitely go to them again. Instead all I can do is compliment their service and write a review that hopefully attracts them more business.

Quick, Helpful and professional service

We have people in our neighborhood who have noticed our new garage door and come to ask about it. It is metallic bronze with a stack of windows along the left side that give it a stunning appearance. From Mathew who viewed our home and made recommendations for style and design to Chris who led the installation team, they were professional and gave an extra measure of effort to give us exactly what we wanted and installed to perfection.Months later, Opener finally died. Mathew sent Larry out to check it out. He ran some tests before telling me it needs replacement and others said it needed replacement without ever examining it. Larry was one of the quickest workers I have ever seen, he removed and replaced old unsightly wires instead of using them (and this was after the price had been established) tested the unit and then used a blower to clean up the garage floor after he finished. What a great company.
