Great place to buy a car, and go to for services as well! I just went in for my first of 3 free oil changes after buying my car here in January, and they also rotated my tires and did a multi-point inspection too, as well as diagnosing and quickly fixing a loose exhaust shield that was rattling, all free of charge with the oil change. Im very impressed with the quality of service, and Im very grateful that they offer the free multi-point inspection with the oil change rather than charging you extra for a lookover. After this service appointment today, I feel even more happy about my decision to buy my car from here.

Have owned an Outlander over 5 years, thanks to Brian Dorsett. Excellent, reliable vehicle! The added features for this Hybrid however, with an estimated 74 MPGe, is probably going to keep me loyal to this brand and model. Cant wait to see what else they bring to market. Ask for Eric Michaels when you get there. He was well informed and extremely helpful.

Today I purchased my fifth Mitsubishi at Dorsetts and again it was a pleasant experience. I dealt with Jarred Lucas and he listened to my needs in a new car and didnt try to push something on me I didnt want. I highly recommend him as a salesman to work with. After searching a number of models I came back to Dorsetts because they have always been willing to work with me.

I think Dorsett Mitsubishi is a good dealership,they have been polite courteous in taking care of a recall. I wish that they had more say in how Im compensated for my Outlander, I cant find another one with low mileage 155,000 for less than 3000 dollars but Mitsubishi of North America doesnt want to fix mine because when the crossmember broke and I lost all steering it damaged the half shaft too. Instead they are going to buy my vehicle but only wanted give me 500 dollars which I did get them to 750 but its not near enough to buy anything comparable,its not Dorsetts fault whatsoever,like theyve been really good and patient waiting on this to be resolved. I really wish Mitsubishi wouldve fixed the vehicle or replaced it. In my opinion anything that was damaged when crossmember broke should be part the repair or they should give me enough to buy another vehicle like it.Its hard for me to understand how its only worth 750 dollars but takes 3 to4 times that much money buy another one.Dorsett s are great its just a shame that they dont have more input on corporate Mitsubishi getting me on the road in my Outlander or something comparable. What does Mitsubishi of North America think that 750 dollars is going buy?

Was never updated about delay. Was told a few hours turned into almost 4 and very near the end of the day. I was concerned that I would not have a vehicle that next morning. An assurance call would have been nice.

I had an oil change. I set there for 1hour and 40minutes. I think that was a little long for an oil change.

Me and my wife went there to buy a truck, they had us come in on Saturday around 10:30/11 in the morning, we did a test drive then we did the paperwork was told we had to wait till Monday to see what the banks would say the sales rep brandon said the truck wasnt going anywhere but then sold the truck that night and this wasnt the first time he has done this to me,he straight up lied to my face and Im not happy about that. I would recommend anyone to go here, I dont like being lied to,we was honest with them they should have been with us, not tell me it looks promising then sale the truck to someone else

Id like to thank Dorsett Automotive Grpup for the services they provided. The customer service was respectful. The technicians oil change, multiple point inspection were done in a decent time frame. The labor rate was fair too. Overall, a good experience and will return per the maintenance schedule provided by Mitsubishi motors.
