This is my second car from them, the first one was a bit of a headache because of my due date, but this time we worked it out to give me a little leeway and they just really bent over backwards for me and I couldnt be happier. I love the car and Ill do them right just like they did for me. I got a decent interest rate and SAC just really did me a solid. plus Lacey was able to make her first sale, and Missy just really knew her stuff inside out and backwards. I highly suggest checking them out.

The worst place in terre haute to invest in a car! They don’t have flexible payments, If you call them letting them know you’ll be a day late they’ll assure you a payment arrangement and come repossess your vehicle at your place of employment your home it don’t matter. All they want is your money I paid over half of my overpriced total for my vehicle they didn’t work with me at all! Very terrible service and untrustworthy I don’t recommend to anyone!

A former employee of Superior Auto. Im here to tell you to run. Tiffany is the worst kind of person. I cant tell you how many times I was told to repossess vehicles at hospitals. It doesnt matter where your car is or what is happening. I was informed it doesnt state in your contract that if an emergency happens you can be late my mother in law had wrecked her car and was in serious condition. My car payment was 2 days late and they didnt care. They took my car to another lot and then refused to tell me where the car was until it would be to late Saturday to get it back. Ensuring I had no car until Monday. All during a very serious emergency for my family. All of this after being fired for being with my daughter during surgery after 7 months of me working there never having an attendance issue before. Oh also the cars never last the life of the loan. Its also 21% interest on a car priced 2-3 times what its actually worth. So just run!

Maybe you should learn to read the contract Amanda. They have amazing staff and plenty of payment options to fit anyone’s budget. I will be buying from them again in the near future BECAUSE of the way they treated me and my wife. Amanda pay your bills and you won’t have any problems. In short they are a great company to do business with and Amanda may just need to grow up ALOT!

Worst place to get a car. My car has had multiple issues since I got it in March. I have put myself in to much debt dealing with it. When I asked to speak with someone else they said that they would send me right back to the person I was talking too. The cars are way overpriced and they don’t take there cars to anyone to get it properly looked at.

This company took a chance on me and loaned to me when nobody else would. I went through their program and by the time it was paid off my credit had went up enough that I didn’t have to get my next vehicle from them, but I did. Because of how I was treated. Once this one is paid off I’ll be getting another one. I gave Tiffany a list of what I wanted in my next car and within 24 hours she had found me what I was looking for and had me approved for it. 10 out of 10. Will buy from here again

The ladies at the Terre Haute location can be very rude, especially Tiffany. Cars are definitely overpriced. Was supposed to pay to fix my vehicle, as they state in the contract they will do, keep giving me the run around with it and changing it every time I go there to fill out papers. Would NEVER recommend buying a car from there to anyone EVERAlso just a side note Ive paid 80 payments ON TIME. Never once have I been late on a payment and they still treat me like dirt and get unnecessary attitudes. Also had my vehicle less then a year before the whole engine went out. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED

Well, I wanted to buy a 2001 Chevy blazer from them and thought they would be able to help me. The first red flag was most of our cars are $8,000 to $14,000. They had mediocre cars in their lot. I didnt see ANYTHING on their lot worth that much money. That 2001 Chevy Blazer with 134k on it was $10,000!!! WHAT!? For A blazer!? Thats $7000 overpriced! I asked and he said well we are a buy here pay here. How is it that at other buy here pay heres, I can find some of these vehicles at there blue book value. I cant even imagine how much their Chevy Trailblazers cost! Unbelievable, whoever buys a car from them should know they paid way too much.

Bill and Tiffany are extremely rude at Superior Auto in Terre Haute, IN. My husband bought a car there. They call and harass him and we make payments every single week. They call everyone under the son. They hang up on people, they interrupt, they are very rude. I will never recommend this car dealership to anyone. He has already had to replace all four tires and has not even had the car a year. His car also slides even if the road is not very wet. The car is a lemon. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

First, yes its as is but they dont really maintain there cars when there on the lot. Second, watch your paper work with what paper work they got. Especially, your payment date when you ask for another loan added. Third, when they ask you before sign papers to go to a mechanic, go do it. Ill never recommend them to my friends and family. Also, my sister in law got her car repod, now they are calling everyone on the references and her everyday. Ill be leaving as soon as possible.

I hve a 06 trailblazer from them cars are overpriced can’t be a day late on payments can say i haven’t had any issues with my car it runs and drives good and has been reliable since i got it even tho I’ll be paying on it for a while lol
