I’ve used Schlotts for a handful of repairs on my vehicles over the past few years and it’s always been a great experience. Just went in for nail in my tire and Dev, the tech was great. They didn’t try to up sell anything when it would have been fair to believe the tire needed to be replaced. All it needed was a plug. He give me tips and pointers and things to keep an eye on, he even cleaned behind my wheel-and he was able get me back on the road quick. Jim is always super helpful as well. All around a great business.

First time customer - took me in right away, no appointment. I was told by guys at town faire tire that I needed 4 new valve stems &sensors. They quoted me $300 to have them replaced. The guys at Schlott Tire re-evaluated, found a nail in each of my back tires, and noted only one valve stems needed to be replaced. They removed the nails, patched up the tires, and replaced the valve stem - $60! The guys at Schlott are honest, dependable, and hardworking. This will be my go to place from now on.

Came in just now on a busy Friday, no appointment. Picked up a nail and was hoping they would be able to squeeze me in. They had my truck in within 10 minutes, the fix was 5 minutes and they refused to charge me anything. The tech I had I believe is name was dev. Great customer service. I know where I will be going next time I need tires.

Needed new tires and a friend recommended this place. It’s also 30 mins away from my home.Jim was helpful on the phone. Told him what I wanted and he said it will take a day or so to get it there (which I expected) but they were booked up so I had to wait until the weekend after. No big deal. Scheduled me and I showed up and everything was ready to go. I did not have to follow up a few days before or anything.I went in and dropped my truck off for some new shoes and normally this is a simple task and an oil change. Here’s the keys and lug nuts and off I go to get some things done and come back Well it’s always the little things that impress me. Jim said they usually put the lug but let in the glove compartment. I looked and wasn’t there. I searched all around and nothing. Well I looked in my back seat and it was folded back down and they put the lug but key back in the jack stand holder where I have it. I have it to them with the seat lifted up and my jack tools in on the floor. All was put back there. They did not have to do that but things like shows they care about their customers.The tires are great. Still new and dry road so that’s all good. Tires are tires. You can go anywhere and get the same product but it’s the service that counts. Highly recommend them and worth the 30min drive for me but I have a friend that lives up there so it’s a different situation for me.

Had the unfortunate experience of breaking down while traveling from CT to NH with the family. Tow truck driver recommended Schlott Tire and were so glad he did. Everyone we interacted with at Schlott put us at ease and even made us laugh. They not only serviced our car at a very reasonable price but took care of our family during a very stressful time and we will forever be grateful for that.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, patient, and honest.I was 45 minutes into a road trip when I started having trouble with one of my tires. I arrived pretty frazzled but they told they would be able to look at it right away. In just a few minutes they had the nail out of my tire and patched up. They also set the other 3 to the proper pressure after being incorrectly over pressurized during recent service. They showed me the wear pattern on the tires and provided possible causes. The conversation was educational and not sales focused. They didn’t charge me for the nail removal and patch (!) and I will absolutely be returning to buy my four tires when it is time to replace them.

They go the extra mile to help you out. Awesome service awesome people. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs. 👍

These people are great, theyre friendly, theyre honest, and they wont take advantage of you. Ive gone here twice, once for an alignment and once for a nail in the tire (turned out to be two nails). Both experiences have been outstanding. Ill come back in the future.

My whole family has been using Schlott Tire for all of our automotive needs for over 20 yrs. The service is consistently excellent and they are always honest about what is and what is not needed. I have saved a great deal of money and time by getting a second opinion at Schlott after the dealer has told me that certain work needed to be done that actually didnt. The staff is always pleasant.

You will pay a tad more than average but they are honest and do good work. They will give proper advice on maintaining your vehicle. They are also knowledgeable of common issues different makes and models will have. Staff is very pleasant as well.

It was my first time at slot tire. I went there to switch new tires on to old rims.gentleman at the counter gave me a deal I couldnt refuse. And when I showed up today they cleaned my old rims so thered be no leaks, and they put in new valve stems free of charge. Hard to find good service like that nowadays. Highly recommend.

Very friendly customer service. Ive already gone to couple shops and they all told me that they cant do patch work on my tire because it is on the side of the tire. Schlott took it in and told me it was closed not to be able to do it, but it can still be done. Very honest, fast, and friendly. Even though I dont live close by, I will definitely come back again if I have car work that need to be done.

I went to schlott tire today because I noticed I had a nail in my tire as I was putting air in it. Not realizing the time I drove down on a Saturday. I arrived a minute or 2 before closing and they still took me in and fixed my tire. They are the definition of what customer service should be. I was already a loyal customer but this just reassured me as to why. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for tires or any other automotive services that they offer.

Had a tire blow up. Upon arriving, the man at the desk helped me out and we both discovered the rear tire was separating as well. So I had them replace both the tires. We are from NH and were in the area for a doctors appointment. We had a slow leak in a tire. We were headed to Maine and then back home near Conway, NH. Went into their shop late afternoon. They couldnt get the tire until the next morning but they did fix the leak so we could get home safely. GREAT SERVICE.

So my two aunts, my two cousins and I were doing a girls trip to Maine and we did an overnight in Tewksbury. My one aunt had been having tire pressure issues on her Jeep on the drive up and decided to have it looked at before we continued on our trip. I had noticed the positive reviews Schlott tire had and directed her there. The guys in the shop were incredibly friendly, the shop is clean and homey and overall, a very different experience from all other tire shops I’ve been to. One of the owners came around and offered homemade cookies to everyone in the waiting room which was just so charming. We were in and out in less than an hour and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

I came in on a Friday mid afternoon to get my own wheels and tires mounted and balanced and I swear these guys had it done quicker than the average waiting time just for someone to start working on your car at other tire shops (I say this because I *have* worked at local tire shops before).My wheels and tires were wide and low profile, and not only were they quick but there was not a single scuff/nick/mark on my wheels from the mounting/balancing (sounds simple enough but some other shops cant do this with out damaging the finish of the wheels).The entire staff was nice, professional and knew what they were doing.As someone who has worked in the automotive service industry for 20 years I feel like these guys have their ducks lined up really well and have earned a new lifetime customer.

My mom was down from NH visiting when her engine light came on in her 2000 Crown Vic. She completely panicked. I am a new home owner in the area and am just getting familiar with local businesses. Schlott was referred to me by a friend. When I sent her down, Jim and team took such excellent care of her and gave her a pretty comprehensive diagnostic. They told her she’d be ok to drive it home to get to her mechanic. And they didn’t charge her for that diagnostic!! Who does that now a days?! She and I are so very grateful for their expertise and advice. I have now found MY new mechanic here in Tewksbury. Without mentioning other quotes they were $100 less. They test drove my car let me know what was wrong and told me what I would be okay without fixing immeditaly which I never had a mechanic so honest. Besides that they are incredibly friendly. Im so happy I have found this place.

I had the guys at Schlott tire align my vehicle. They did not balk at the fact that the car was modified (lowered w/camber bolt) and even pointed out a potentially dangerous error I had made. These guys are the best. At 4 PM on a Friday, I noticed one of my tires was completely flat. I put on the donut and made my way down the street to Schlott. I had bought the tires there over a year ago (also a painless and easy experience) and apparently had driven over a nail sometime earlier that day. Schlott got me right in, patched the hole, and refused to accept any payment. These guys stand behind their work 100% and you could not ask for a better group of tire specialists.

My wife and I have lived in Tewksbury, Mass. for 29 years. We eventually discovered Schlott Tire on Main Street and came to learn over the years that these are excellent people to do business with, both for their knowledge of the tire industry and related technologies (they do a lot of other automotive work, not just tires) and their can-do approach. Their prices are competitive, which is important, but I would say that what really matters is finding a company you can trust and have faith in over the long haul. Just one less thing to worry about when it comes to cars (with the kids, we have five vehicles in the driveway now). When someone says, My car is displaying a tire pressure warning that wont go away, my advice is always Take it to Schlott. Yesterday was my first time at this place - trust me they are good human beings ( they treated me very well) . My tyre was fixed in 15 minutes (nail /patch ) and it costed me less than half - of what the other place usually charges. My son referred me here - now I don’t have to take my car elsewhere!

My husband took his car to another shop and they told him he needed to get $600 worth of work, I took it to Schlotts for a second opinion, turns out he only needed a $35 sensor. They have saved me more money than I can even imagine over the years. As a woman, I dont feel that they talk down to me and are more than willing to answer any questions I have.
