My experience with this store has been nothing but awful... They are very unprofessional and absolutely do not care about their customers. I spoke to the manager over the phone who then hung up on me and refused to pick up the phone again. Shop elsewhere, I absolutely would never recommend this place to anybody I know.

Darryl and marissa were so nice and helpful and really helped me find my favorite daily perfume.

Nancy was very polite and greeted my grandmother and I as soon as we entered the store. She also was very helpful and patient when providing services to us for smelling different fragrances. We will be looking forward to being assisted by her again!

Im not fan of posting review, but i think it would be good to warn people about this shop store. yesterday I bought 2 fragrances more than 2 times expensive in comparison with common online shopping site and in-person. please check prices of your demanded fragrance. before buy from this outlet. In addition, they dont do refunds just exchange. it is not cool.

The Fragrance Outlet had a pretty good sale. My new scent is 212 NYC. The store clerk could not show me many oil based scents even though I kept asking and he said that they had many.😟

Rating: 0 stars. Spent $90 dollars on something that was $20 online on various websites. There was a so called sale and I supposedly got 10 dollars off for buying the set. So I wouldve spent over $100 if it wasnt for this so called sale. When I looked at the policy at the end of my receipt its an exchange policy, not a return. Such a scam!!! Didnt make sense to try to exchange and still overspend on another perfume. Never going here again. YOU CAN’T TRUST THAT THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND WHAT BUSINESS TODAY DOESNT HAVE A RETURN POLICY?? SO LOOK UP WHAT YOURE THINKING ABOUT BUYING BEFORE PULLING OUT YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY TO GET ANYTHING HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL ROB YOU. OR JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY!

I would warn people about outlet stores. Be sure to check prices before buying, especially fragrances. The Fragrence Outlet also uses a exchange policy vs. a return policy. It doesnt do you any good to be able to exchange something just to pay high prices again.

The store is a rip off. They sell you perfumes 60 dollars more than at other places. They sold me a perfume for 80.00 dollars. 86 with taxes, googled the perume later when I got home. Walmart had the same exact perfume same ounces and with the matching lotion for 27!! Which fragrance outlet tried to sell to me for 85. I do not normally write reviews but this store is a rip off and the owner is a crook. PLUS they dont do refunds just exchanges.

Service was ok. Prices are not the best, but that day they had a BOGO promo, so my mother in law was happy to buy two bottles of her perfume half price.
