I was sold the wrong color hair. I specified what color I wanted and the lady that grabbed the hair for me assured me it was the black color but instead sold me blonde. I should have checked inside the box before leaving the store. When I came back to complain they just kinda shrugged their shoulders like they didnt care and it wasnt their problem. I understand that hair stores are never big on customer service but I think they should be... I guess thats $100 thrown in the trash for me... Ill know better next time

Went in there today for some eyelash glue the girl at the register was very helpful, she helped me with what I needed. I will defiantly be going there for my beauty needs.

Worst store ever if you want your moneys worth dont go here they sell you half pack of bundles. Then call you a lie when you call them out on their b.s. then they hang up in your face.

Decent prices. Not the greatest selection but it’s good in a pinch if you need to grab an emergency item. Have bought brushes and various after shaves/lotions. They don’t carry good straight razors.

This quarter to ten does not have a large variety like the one in La Marque, but it is a good store

I brought some braiding hair the other day during my transaction I was told I can return the unopened items as long as I kept the receipt I found out the next day I didn’t need the items so decided to return them only to have the store manager call me a liar because I informed him of what his employee stated I usually come to the store for miscellaneous items and never had problems smh there policy is ridiculous but it’s theres I guess

Horrible customer service..Manager rude, no receipt given for exchange or transfer..Called to make a complaint, got the same rude black lil fat girl manager.. Rude! Ill never patron this store again, and will tell all my friends who hair I do to go to Hair World or another beauty supply with better service.

Its ok.I payed $3.49, for a pair of earrings recently. Wore one time & they broke.

No refunds! I went to the store and bought something for my daughters science fair project and the person in charge only said to me its no money back she never said its only 3 days for any exchange. I dont recommend anyone going to this shop to buy anything. Very rude costumer service.

Worst customer service through the phone! The guy was yelling at me for no reason! Agh All I did was ask if they carry Indi Remi hair extensions and he said yes. Then I asked if they had the French wave and he said (yelling) NO WE DONT CARRY THAT! ONLY INDI REMI!!! I hung up!
