Stopped by to get some hair for my granddaughters to get their hair done. Everything was well organized and the shop was very clean. They were playing gospel music that was soothing to the soul. The shop is not as big as some of the other beauty supplies that Ive been to, but it is stocked sufficiently and items are not hard to find. You will definitely find what you need.

Awesome store with awesome prices... My favorite beauty supply this side of beltway and my favorite beauty supply is their other store off Almeda and 45 area. Prices are very good and fair and they have a great variety of everything. Great quality and products are always fresh. Friendly people. I couldnt give them a better review really its a great store.

Great selection of over priced products.Im writing this because the owner Im guessing, treated my daughter like a criminal and made her cry because she was confused and walked around the store to look for products that she thought she needed. Long story short go in and get out because if you dont know what you looking for and decide to walk around and just buy a hat they will investigate the hat to see if you stole items and somehow placed those items in the seams of said hat.

This Hair World location is not designed for decent, well respected, well mannered people. The customer service here is horrible. The folks at the check corner has a way of speaking and looking down on their customers.I will not return to this location under no circumstances. Driving to the nearest Sallys Beauty Supply I believe would be a way better investment.

I cannot believe I didnt know this place was here!!! I visit Texas city every couple weeks to visit family and Im always upset that theres no beauty supply with the items I need nearby. Ive searched on the map plenty. Smh anyway very friendly staff and well stocked. I order my hair online so I just need things like lashes, threads and glues accessories etc. great selection on hair too from what I can see but again, youre better off looking at YouTube reviews on hair then ordering it. Thats how I roll. All in all. 5 stars. Good price, have what I needed, friendly staff.

Terrible people. Dont come to a black community and not treat black people with respect. I touched a pack of hair to see how thick the pack was, and the hair fell out of the hole at the bottom of the bag. The person already following me around the store, ran over and starting to yell at me about stealing, while I was putting it back in the bag. If around 80% more or less of your customers are black, treat us as customers, not like criminals. If you can find a black owned hair store, do so. We deserve better.

I love this store, and I do understand that their are ppl in the world who do steal, but following ppl as soon as they enter the store everywhere until they purchase....is ridiculous especially for paying honest ppl who go there, so I mostly take my business elsewhere and only visit them for small items, and another suggestion, they need salespeople who know about (not to be mean), but African American Hair, for advice on product and weave like 3years ago, theyre quick to follow you, but clueless about product, whats the purpose for them to be there, just sayn.

I enjoy going here mostly, because I love the Music, atmosphere always great, service usually good.
