He gave us a great deal on everything we wanted and more and we couldn’t be happier with our decision the owner is great and the guys who helped set up were fast and efficient! We shopped at several stores in the metroplex before arriving at Mattress Depot. Ultimately there are several mattresses manufactured locally in various stores and we liked that idea. The reason we bought from this store was because of the salesperson Michael. What a professional, a gentleman, and a tremendous representation of knowledge balanced with ease. We were so impressed with him that we wanted to reward his skill and talent by buying from him. I have purchased at least 4 beds over the years from this store. I have never been led astray and totally believe and trust their recommendations. That alone is worth shopping here. Additionally, they have really really good prices for the quality products they sell. Because this is such a good review, I want to be clear that I have no affiliation with this company other than my purchase history.

I purchased my mattress There about 3 months ago. When I originally went in I wasnt expecting to buy since I didnt have my girlfriend with me to give me her input. I went out on a limb and purchased our king size set simply because I couldnt find a better deal ANYWHERE! Took it home and she loved it so much she went in and bought our bedroom set. Grant was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to everyone! GREAT DEALS ON GREAT PRODUCTS!

Grant is the salesman that helped me! Please be advise that he is nice and friendly but lies with every other word that comes out of his mouth! Nice soft bed but had two different times where my mattress had stains and it took about two weeks to receive a mattress that didnt! Please be aware, my so called queen mattress doesnt measure 60 x 80 like a standard queen and THERE ARE NO RETURNS!!!!!

I had just started looking for a mattress to replace our waterbed mattress. I went to several different places after going to Mattress, etc, first. Including The Dump. No one could beat the deal I got on my new California king! Grant was very helpful, above and beyond my expectations! I would recommend Mattress, etc. to everyone! Great service and great prices!

DO...NOT...BUY...FROM...THIS...STORE!!!!DO...NOT...BUY...FROM...THIS...STORE!!! Bought a mattress December 9th. ITS DECEMBER 23RD and the mattress is STILL NOT DELIVERED!!! BOBBY, WERICKSON, AND THE CORPORATE MANAGER have given me the same runaround(LIE)...Waiting on the driver. The manager didnt even know who the driver was until dealing with me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!

Great shopping experience. They have a variety of mattresses to choose from so It was hard to make a decision but we picked the Soren. Ashley is awesome and very helpful!

After looking around and dealing with various types of financing for a few days I decided to stop in and see what they had. Not an hour later Elizabeth at Carrollton location had me out of the door and on my way with a new memory foam mattress. Customer service and pricing hard to beat. Will recommend to family and friends!

Ive shopped and bought here twice over the past four years. Service has been fine as far as Im concerned. What brought me back the second time was price and quality. I cant stand brand name stores that charge 2x for the same thing.

Grant gave us a very good deal and, after shopping at other stores, we got two mattresses delivered next day by a very helpful driver/delivery person. We like using quality bunky boards (instead of box spring with kids under 10) & they have them available. This is our familys second mattress purchase from Grant in two years on 15 year warranty mattresses. The earlier mattresses are holding up great for the grandkids. The mattress covers are expensive, but well worth the extra money to keep them like new. Yes, we are keeping the receipts as we do on all purchases over $500.

Honestly, I would give this place ZERO Stars if I could...I went into this store only because I got a Labor Day Sale flyer in my mailbox. I typically shop at NFM because Im from the Midwest and its always been such an easy experience (sales/delivery/financing/etc.)...I decided to stop by this store and see what a smaller store could offer because I feel bad that NFM is putting a lot of stores out of business. When I first walked through the door, I was the only person in there and the only one in there for the 2 hours that I was looking at the mattresses- I have a really bad back and Im starting to get arthritis, so I need a really good mattress- the flyer caught my attention b/c Ive been thinking about getting a new mattress for awhile now. After speaking with Mike the sales guy, he seemed a bit desperate to get a sale that day, probably b/c I was the first person to walk through the door the entire weekend, and thats when I shouldve walked away, however, I stayed and kept talking and found a mattress that was fairly comfortable. I really didnt want to purchase the mattress that day b/c I wanted to think about it, but he said it was the last day for the sale and he could give me his employee discount. We spoke about price, financing, and warranty of the mattress, but Mike missed out on telling me 1 VERY IMPORTANT THING- the mattresses are Final Sale-No Returns...He never mentioned this policy to me 1 time as I feel he was desperate for a sale and was just waiting on me to sign the dotted line. Ive never been anywhere that has had a Final Sale-No Returns Policy and the sales person doesnt mention that before selling the product. When I first walked in the store I wasnt sure whether the store was liquidating everything or just having a sale, so I did ask the question and Mike told me it was just a Labor Day Sale, so I didnt even think to ask about a cancelled order (which is my fault for not reading the fine print before signing), but I honestly trusted that hed have his customers best interest even though he was desperate for the sale. If he wouldve mentioned that, I NEVER wouldve bought the mattress, and I think he sensed that and he didnt want to bring that policy up so Id be stuck with a mattress if I did decide to cancel. Im in sales myself and always have been, so I understand customer service and sales. Mike seemed knowledgeable when talking about mattresses, but once we started the financing/payment process he tried to gouge me for an extra $100+...I noticed it when he printed off the receipt and he said he made an honest mistake, so he fixed it and changed it to where he told me it was supposed to be in the first place. This place is horrible to do business with when it comes to honesty and integrity- Mike had knowledge about mattresses- Ill give him that much, but he was dishonest and tried gouging me, which I dont appreciate. I called to cancel my order a few days later and found out about the Final Sale-No Returns Policy when speaking with Mike over the phone and he said that it was unfortunate that they had this policy and that he apologized if he forgot to tell me about the policy in place. After I spoke with Mike, he gave me the HQ number to call and I decided to contact the customer service and explained what had happened. I spoke with a lady and she basically told me off and when I told her I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and fill out reviews she said she couldnt do anything about my issue. I said some choice words on the phone about the salesman and the company and she hung up on me. Im not the one to write reviews, but I couldnt help myself b/c of this God-Awful experience and felt like this may help some people when they decide to purchase a mattress and shop around. Be very careful if you decide to shop here as their practices are dishonest and obviously the company doesnt preach values and integrity. Ive never been treated so poorly by a company in my entire life. Best of Luck!

We bought our mattress about 2 years ago and now it has started to dip and the pillow top has shifted to one side. We were told just take pics and send them and we will replace it. Next thing I know, we have to find the receipt. When we recommended our in-laws to buy one from there about a year ago they were able to find my order and receipt. Now they cant because they used to be old school on their system and did away with everybodys info prior march 2012. This is all from what Grant stated. Oh but might I add my in-laws bought theirs not even one year ago. Caught you in a lie there buddy. Its cool though, all of my friends that I told to buy from yall Ill make sure and let them know not to buy from you.

We were looking for a mattress all day. We were looking for a tempurpedic type without the tempurpedic price. We went to Mattress Firm and the prices were more than what we wanted to spend. I purchased a mattress from Mattress Etc about 5 yrs ago and didnt realize that they had the memory foam (which is why we went to Mattress Firm first). We went in, Cameron helped us immediately and helped with all our not typical questions, he went the extra mile to find the answer if he did not know. Cameron did not rush us and let us make the decision without being a salesman. We did not pay to have it delivered, we had our own truck and wanted to take it home that night. Cameron was nice and helped us load it onto the truck. Mattress Etc has the best prices and we will be coming back for our next mattress purchase.

Bought a mattress and sheets from Mattress Etc back in February and after delivery I noticed a bug on the mattress along with the threading and plastic bumper coming off. After having to bring the mattress back myself they are refusing to give me a refund (spent over $1000). When I called their corporate store in Carrollton Liz tells me she cant do anything for me but sale me another mattress at cost because I threw the one I bought in THEIR dumpster. When I told her to view the security footage of me bringing the products into the store she tells me she has been trying to get the footage with no luck. After I told her it was illegal for her to keep my money and the products she tells me she will get with her manager and call me back. Of course she hasnt called me back and now she is dodging my calls. This company is absolutely appalling and a complete ripoff!!!! DO NOT waste your time with them unless you want to throw your hard earned money away. These people are liars and scam artist who could care less about you as a customer.

After checking several other mattress stores prices, we landed here. Found a great mattress at an excellent price, Grant was a pleasure to deal with!

My boyfriend and I went in wanting to spend no more than 500 for a good quality bed. We got a bed worth 1800 for 500! We had been all over (mattress firm, sams, etc) Should have started here first. Great service! Got staight to the poing of what we needed and wanted! Will be coming here for my little brothers bed :)

I visited the White Settlement Mattress, Etc. store and will not recommend this store to anyone. I went in and signed a credit ap only, no contract with a guy named Rob. I didnt hear back from the store so called and asked what was going on. The store manager didnt know anything about it. I told him I didnt want to buy from them. The next day I got a call from the store wanting to diliver a mattress I had not bought. I went in and spoke to the store manager and ended up, foolishly I might add, signing the contract. I didnt really want to do business with them so called the Craft Financial who finances for them and found out that Rob had submitted the paperwork and said the bed had been delivered on the 15th and I didnt sign the contract until the 16th. I do not like doing business with people who are less than honest and will work to get you to sign a contract just to cover their own back sides. I do not recommend this establishment and caution the buyer to beware.

My experience has not been good...i just received my bed I ordered and it is not the same one I picked out in the store. Grant says its an upgrade and a newer version of the bed I picked...not once did he say anything about getting a different version of the bed. The bed arrived rolled up??!! Im not happy and because my bed was delivered at their closing time I couldnt go to store but I will be up there today!
