I needed a circuit board repaired, not for a cell phone, but for the AC control unit in a car. They said no problem, take it in and well have a look at it that hour. They got the 3 solder points reconnected in about 15 minutes for a very fair price. This would have cost well over $1000 at the dealership to get the whole center console control board replaced.

I bought screen protector for my Apple Watch. In less than a month it fell off. They would do nothing to replace it. The application did not last more than a week before air bubbles formed. I am very disappointed they did nothing to satisfy my problems. I wasted $29.99 for nothing!!!!! I would go elsewhere in the future.

CPR Phone Repair is a great, growing company. They will provide good service regardless of location. I thought my daughters iPhone XR was pretty much toast but CPR did a great job just putting on a new screen and tweaking a few things for far less a cost than a replacement phone or its insurance would be. I believe they are straight shooters and will do the best they can for your device.

The location was conveniently located in the heart of Thousand Oaks. The staff were professional and courteous. They promptly replaced the battery for my iphone7+ for under $80. I did not purchase anything else, but they had a wide selection of accessories for sale as well.

They did a great job repairing a cracked screen. Unfortunately when I went in the first time they did not have the screen in stock. They did order the new screen which arrived fast but it was a defective screen. So I had to go a 3rd time which they were able to fix it that day. So I guess 3rd times a charm!

Fast service. They replaced my broken iPhone Camera. Most other shops needed to order parts. CPR had the parts on hand and had my phone back to me in one hour good as new.

Don’t go here. I had to turn my iPhone in during the quarantine via mail to get a replacement phone and didn’t take the “warrantied” invisible shield off before sending it in. You pay an initial exorbitant fee to get the warranty but I don’t remember being told you have to bring the original shield in. There is no such thing as a shield that doesn’t crack. They get you on the front end and you still make you pay 10 dollars for the screen protector when you come back in. Everyone sells good $10.00 screen protectors. I was going to have to bring the original back in, it had cracks in it. Classic dog $&@# customer service.

I gave CPR a tough mission, replacing the glass on a large g1 12.9 ipad pro (as well as the battery). They ran into difficulties with the glass they used initially (bad batch of parts), but persisted and took care of me all the way through until the repair was done correctly. The iPad Pro glass replacement is not as simple as the regular iPad - I appreciate the effort they put into making me a happy customer in the end. And it cost me half what I would have paid Apple to do the same. It has been two months and my iPad continues to operate great. Recommended.

Very quick, polite and knowledgeable. We only had about 30 minutes until they closed but Daniel had no problem taking in the phone and doing a quick free diagnosis. The next day he called back with a reasonable price and we got it fixed the very next day.Much better than Apple store, which would have required hours and hours to wait. Great business with friendly service. They worked quickly to replace my cracked iPhone screen. A few weeks after the fix, my phone display blacked out and wouldn’t light back up. This was after Geek Squad said that the laptop was no worth repair due to a cracked motherboard and the associated cost to repair it. The new smartphone touchscreen they had installed just months earlier suddenly stopped working because the cable had become disconnected. Im happy they were able to fix it again but not happy that it was necessary to do so. Hopefully this repair will last longer.

This is an update to my initial one star review. My Samsung phone needed a screen replacement, which was done by this store. The outcome was less than perfect. However, the owners involvement eventually helped resolve the issue with a brand new screen assembly installed.Im revising my score, since the issue has ultimately been resolved to my satisfaction. If the work had been done properly the first time around, it would have been a five-star review, though. At the end of the day, these guys are worth a visit if something happens to your portable electronics.

Daughter’s iPhone 7 was broken and replaced. However, photos and videos, some contacts and notes were not transferred in set up of new phone. The fellas at AM on TO Blvd. were able to temporarily repair the broken phone to transfer the photos, vids, contacts and notes to her new phone. Great experience! I called around several local cell phone repair shops and was quoted $100+ to repair/replace the charging port on my Samsung Note 8. These guys quoted a fair price 30% lower than their competitors and when I went in to drop off my phone, the representative looked at my phone - brought it to the back in withing 60 seconds, came back and told me that I did not need the repair, that there was something lodged inside the port that prevented the cable from fully connecting. ALL FIXED, NO CHARGE!!Great shop! Theyve earned my business! I have 5 phone on my plan, and if I ever need future repairs, I will definitely bring them to CPR Cell Phone Repair!!Thanks!!!

Very disappointed with AM Cell Repair. We brought my wifes phone in to get the cracked screen replaced. They ordered the glass and called us when the glass arrived to have it replaced. Stopped by the shop and they fixed it within the hour. Everything was great. She used the phone for a couple days. As she was swiping the screen to answer a call the glass came completely off the phone and broke. How is this possible. When she went back to the shop and explained what happened they wanted us to buy another glass at a discounted price! Do you not guarantee your work?? After paying $89 for a new screen, I am not going to pay again to have something fixed that wasnt properly fixed the first time. Total disappointment. Will not be going back here.

Came here to fix a shattered screen on my iPhone 6. They were one of the few places open on a Sunday. Even though the said my phone would be ready in 40 minutes, it was actually ready in about 25-30 (probably because I had nowhere to go so I hung around the shop). The price was fair (i think it was 100 out the door), especially since they did an AMAZING job with the repair. I will definitely be coming here again for future repairs

Everyone gets frustrated and concerned when their phone doesnt work properly. My battery started draining unusually fast this week so I searched a repair store to go to. Daniel answered the phone and answered some questions I had about the process. He quoted me a new battery and said they can have it done in about an hour. The price seemed really reasonable so I brought my dying phone to them to fix.Daniel greeted me at the counter and he was nothing but kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I didnt feel any anxiety leaving my phone with him (yes, its sad that not having my phone with me invokes slight anxiety).I came back in an hour and he had my phone all ready. I purchased a new sparkly phone case and another screen protector as well. Daniel cleaned up my phone, put the new case and protector on, and made it look brand new. I was given such a great price as well as amazing customer service. Thank you sooo much and even though I dont plan on seeing you again (praying my phone stays healthy haha), if I have to Im going right back! =)

My family and I have had two extremely positive experiences-- once for repairing my tablet and once for repairing my sons phone. In each case, they offered us a realistic quote, and then looked for ways that they could even come in lower than expected. Seriously, they seem to be looking for ways to save you money on the repairs. There are a lot of repair places closer to my house and work, but I will continue to go out of my way to come to them; you never want to have to have a phone repair, but its so nice to have such a trustworthy place to take it.

Very friendly staff-Even if they are busy they will greet you quickly!-Brought in an iPhone 5; Screen had popped out of place but thankfully it didnt shatter. The quote for the repair was originally $69.- After further inspection I was given the good news that the repair would only be $35 + they took the check-in discount!-I came in around 6:05pm and was told my phone should be ready by closing time (7pm on a Wednesday evening). I was actually out of there by 6:30pm! Thanks guys.

I couldnt be happier with their service. I took my iPhone 6 in for a battery replacement after I had made a mess of the old battery trying to take it off myself. They took the old battery off and replaced it with a new one VERY quickly. They even showed me how to take the battery off if I ever needed to in the future. Super helpful and very friendly.

Thought my cell phone that fell in the ocean and wouldnt charge was a paper weight until I called these guys and they picked up the phone from my office (super convenient!), repaired it and viola! Like new! For only around fifty bucks not bad!

They were fast and cheap but they use extremely low quality glass. I had my iPhone6 for almost 2 years without the screen breaking (with dropping it multiple times with a case on). I then broke the screen on July 4 (completely my fault) and I got my phone fixed here. Extremely unfortunately, I dropped my phone the next morning and the screen broke (I even paid $15 extra for the additional screen protector!). I went back to see if they would replace the screen and not only would they not replace the screen, they wouldnt even give me a small discount! Additional, my charger is having trouble fitting correctly into the slot nick never happened before this experience either...All in all it was an awful experience. I have a broken phone that wont charge and the manager gave me 0 customer support. I get its a business and every time someone broke a screen they cant fix it, but it was literally the day before and I paid the extra $15 for the protector so they can be a little compassionate. So If youre looking for a low quality and quick fix I would go here. Otherwise I dont suggest it.

I came in to have my Samsung tablet charging dock fixed and the guy up front told me they could Fix it they even said they had the part. They had my tablet for a few days and when i go to pick it up they tell me they didnt fix it and that there was nothing they could do. Doesnt make sense one guy telling me one thing and another telling me something different. Really disappointed. My grandma even tried asking for help to get a charger and they had her waiting for a long time.
