I gave the person helping us an extra star because he was nice and tossed to the lions. We had an issue with our phone, after multiple tries we had the replacement phone sent to Westlake Village. We liked this store in the past. People in the store actually knew what was going on and were helpful. That statement is no longer true. We were having issues with the replacement phone. There was someone new who was helping us while the other, more experienced person just left him on his own to struggle through. The phone froze during setup. And again no assistance. I insisted that this phone also was subpar and needed to be replaced. There were options available yet none were offered. We could have been happy customers instead of the extremely disappointed, disillusioned, dissatisfied loyal T-Mobile customers we are today. Find another store.
My experience with T Mobile was great. Kyia the representative was very professional while demonstrating passion with knowledge to be sure my phone needs were met..Kyia is indeed a great asset to the company.. Thank You Kyia for great customer service..

Worst customer care experience Ive ever had at any phone store ever.I bought 3 iPhones here before Thanksgiving (right before the holiday Covid lockdown). The 3rd phone was sent through the mail, arriving a week later. I decided to return it, but couldnt bring it back until after New Years. They phone box was opened but the phone was never even hooked up, so not a SINGLE PHONE CALL was even made on this phone.T-Mobile customer care service told me over the phone that the store could take it back if I would pay the $80 dollar restocking fee and told me to emphasize that the phone had never been used. But it didnt matter here - this store told me that they are an independent provider and that they have the choice not take it back because it was outside of the 14 day return period (when it didnt come until a week after the purchase day anyway) and they CHOSE not to take it back. So I am stuck with an $800 dollar phone I hate.We have 5 phones in this family, and you can bet they will be replaced elsewhere. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!

OMG the whole team is wonderful. Helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant! A frustrating experience of changing carriers, turned into a positive, fun experience. Go figure- so nice to be in a brick and mortar store again AND with great staff!!
My iPhone broke, I have 360 Protection service thats very expensive, and they cant do anything in the store, they told me to go to Best buy and best buy told me we cant fix anything these days. AWESOME.
T-Mobile blows all the other carriers away when it comes to customer service and that was no different at this location. Bardia was awesome in helping me set up a new line on my account and even told me about a promotional offer to save me some money. This man deserves a raise!

Had a very great experience. The representative Mildred helped me with my purchases and answered all my questions throughly. She helped me switch my number from sprint and she also helped me get an 818 area code number since it had generated a 747 area code. She called customer service and changed it right away for me. It was an excellent service and I was really happy with my experience there that I went back to her when we got new phones for my mom and husband. She is a really polite and friendly representative and very attentive.
I always receive the best customer service at this location. Hands down this location is my favorite. I’ve been to several other locations but this location has to be the best one. they do they’re best to always satisfy your needs and always go above and beyond.
Went to this store to buy new Iphone X, decided to come early as shopping on Christmas holiday is usually busy, the store supposed to open at 10am and people start waiting outside before its open, there is two female worker inside, one playing with her hair and a bottle of water and one is on her phone. Time passed (exactly 10:15am) and everyone is still waiting for them to open the door, one already decided to walk out while the two female staff stare outside like they did not see any customer outside waiting. Everyone is getting annoyed and I decided to knock on the door and finally one approached and open the door( pretending they didnt notice that the door is still locked when the key is attached to the handle) If I were the manager of this store, ( check the staff who work on Dec.26) make sure that the staff is trained because thats how you loose your business, we decided to go T mobile at other location since they provide a better service.
The associates at this store are great! They were patient, answered my questions, a d helped get my new account set up. Highly recommend this store. T-Mobile customer service in general is great.
