Amazing service every time! Super competent, professional and honest. Ive been here multiple times and they always fix my phone right the first time, with reasonable prices and fast service. I went in yesterday because my phone went swimming when I fell in the water, they looked at it while I waited, and instead of selling me the repair told me Id be better off buying a newer replacement phone. They offered up suggestions for a good replacement, and then checked around for availability and best price at local retailers, going way beyond all my expectations. Plus they didnt even charge me for looking at my phone to diagnose all the problems! These guys are the best, and Ill definitely be back the next time my phone has a problem

Had a very close call today when my phone charging port decided to fail and my battery percentage was approaching zero quickly. I was greeted by two very helpful employees and Johnathon informed me my phone has wireless charging capabilities and also gave me the option and pricing for replacing the port at the store including warranty that covers the work. I always enjoy meeting helpful people who enjoy interacting with customers I will definitely be a returning customer and I will recommend this to friends and family in the future.

I had a very good experience at this store. The people who helped were nice and within 1 day had figured out what was wrong with my computer and had fixed it. I know that if I have any issues with my computer in the future they are an excellent place to go to.

This place seems to already get a decent amount of praise, but I wanted to add my experience too. On Monday my phone took flight out of a motorcycle phone mount on the 101. It was there for about 3 hours. The screen was obliterated. On Wednesday of the same week, the phone is fully repaired and has a new battery. My mind is blown by how easy of an ordeal this whole thing was. They did turn me down on Monday bc they didnt have room/time for another phone that day, but who cares, its still only Wednesday and the time spent phone-less was therapeutic. Im satisfied!

Very pleasantly suprised. Went in with low expectations from so many bad experiences at other repair stores but that changed here.I was quoted a correct price and they had the part. My repair a week later still seems to be perfect. The installation was done very well by a female tech. ( i forgot her name sorry!) Justin R. Was the one to help me at the front. Bringing all my repairs here from now on.

Screen replacement on Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. After Mojo tried to make a few calls and chewed it up, this was the place recommended for repair work. Justin replaced my screen and it looks brand new again. Courteous and professional.

WOW... Just incredible service. Justin and Jalen are awesome. I was so concerned about dropping off my laptop and getting my HardDrive updated because of the time I would not have it. I use it and need it every day. Justin said it might be 24hrs because they had a lot of jobs ahead. But amazingly I dropped it off today at 2 PM and he called me at 6pm and said it was done and working perfect. What a relief. Took in an old iPad that wouldnt hold a charge to save its life. Was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and quoted a very fair price. Turns out, it wasnt the battery, but the motherboard had gone the way of the dodo. They let me know unfortunately this fix is beyond their expertise, but that I could come back anytime, pick up my tablet, and there would be no charge for the service. 10/10 would recommend, would even give it 6 stars if I could. If anything breaks in the future, I know where Im heading first!

I had an experience at a different Ubreakifix close to this location that rubbed me the wrong way. I decided to drive further to go the Thousand Oaks store. Boy what a difference a 15 minute drive can make. I have a Galaxy Note 10 plus with a broken screen. I came in and forgot to put my mask on and when I told the guy behind the counter that my wife worked at a hospital and I was trying to protect him, he told me about a Samsung program where I might qualify to have the phone fixed under the Samsung cares program. So I’m waiting in my car patiently and he came out to give me an update. (Who does that). This guy is top notch. He went above and beyond. It’s guys like this who make the world a better place. I don’t even have my phone back yet to see the quality of the repair, and I don’t care. I know this store is giving it their best. Carlos is the best!!

I could not turn on my laptop, so I took it to UBreakIFix in Thousand Oaks. The staff was very friendly; I explained the issue to them. Within an hour of dropping my laptop off, Marily called me and let me know that in the process of running the diagnostic, she had figured out the problem and fixed it. I was able to pick up my computer that same evening. Marily gave me a detailed explanation of everything that was wrong with the laptop and what she did to fix it. I was very impressed with the professionalism, prompt service and attention to detail by the staff--I highly recommend UBreakIFix!

The replacement glass they sold me for my phone started cracking almost immediately from normal use. A few weeks later it needed to be replaced again. I paid them hundred of dollars for that glass. The original glass survived 3 years and the glass they sold me lasted less than 3 weeks. It seems to crack if you even breath on it.... I feel like I was robbed

I am SOOO upset. I purposely went w/ ubreakIfix for their lead time but what was promised at 2-3 days has now gone for a week. I am so upset w/ their service. I have to CALL THEM! My son who desperately needs his device was expecting it on Wednesday then Friday and I had to call to be told the part is not even there yet? I am pretty sure they are lying. There is 0 communication.

This past Friday, the 3rd, I went to uBreakiFix in 1000 Oaks for my first time. I have a iphone 7+ and my charger port wasnt holding the charger connector properly for a charge. I was expecting to have to change out the port.Upon my arrival I was happily greeted by Marily and explained to her what was going on with my phone. She explained to me what could be happening and excused herself to go the back room to better examine the port.After 15 minutes or so she came back smiling and stated that my phone just needed a good cleaning out and should be good to go. She did plug in a charger to satisfy me that the connection was positive. Fixed my screen cover quick.

I read a few similar post so be careful of this place. I brought my wifes iPhone 8 plus to get a new screen. They put on a new screen but never resealed the phone or even put the seals in it. Now my wifes phone got a little water spray on it and its cooked, and needs to be replaced completely. When we took it to Apple they said her phones serial number had been taken and used on another phone as when we brought it in here it still had warranty, so these guys took the serial number off and it and put that serial number on another phone to get warranty. How is this not a place of scam artists!!!!
