Way overpriced and did not have a chance to say no because he started working on my phone before he told me the price. I paid $360 for an iPhone 11 Pro Max screen repair and I could be done for cheaper will Apple themselves.

Very disappointed - had the screen changed in my daughters phone - 6 weeks later the entire screen came out of the phone - took it back to be told warranty was 30 days - the issue was labor not parts. No impact on the phone it simply fell out. The store representative would not discuss the matter simply repeating - warranty 30 days - warranty 30 days.Very disappointed - I had previously taken 4 screens to him in the past - I like to support local small business - I guess I’ll be straight to apple in the future / I could not recommend this person or the company - buyer beware for sure.

The price is too high and they were so rude I dont recommend coming to this place.

I recommend checking them out if you need to get your phone assessed they are located in the Toledo Franklin ballpark easy access right in the kiosk section of the mall

I purchased acell phone case from them. I went back an hour later with receipt and they told me I could not get my money refunded. They did not tell me up front there were no returns . Very disappointing. I fiked complaint with mall management.
