I bought my new phone from the Verizon store on Reynolds / Airport Road corner, and the whole staff were right there each time; no matter how busy, they greeted you politely and said we will be with you in a minute or how can we help. Going back to the store, I was recognized by my salesman, with an extremely happy hello. When purchasing my phone he was quick to answer questions, no matter how trivial he might have found them. He provided explanation and since I was quite unknown to this type of purchase, he supplied me right away with everything and told me what was and what wasnt necessary for service. When needing to go back, I was impressed with how many staff members would greet you when they did not have a customer, even knowing you might no be there for them. The politeness they displayed to their customers was also displayed to their fellow co- workers, making me more than comfortable and glad I picked this store for my purchase. I will be more than happy, to advise others, to use this store for all of their phone needs. I was quite impressed with their team efforts and friendly attitudes towards one another also. They did not mind being asked, by a fellow co- worker to aide them or their customer, when need would arise. Just a very wonderful group of people willing to make what could be mundane, and maybe costly, a great experience.

Ok so review change. I use to love this place up until I paid my bill and Verizon claims I didnt. I have the receipt and called this location and they refuse to help me get this straightened out. The customer service with any Verizon location is ridiculous as well having to wait for we on the phone. No one with this company wants to help anyone and it would be best if everyone left Verizon and went some where else.
They were very polite and helpful. Had to wait a little bit but they kept apologizing for the delay.
Kevin was amazing. If I thought I could steal him from this job I would. His service skills are whats needed in any customer centric business. I wasnt looking forward to having to go in there but turns out it was the best news I had all day . Way to go Kevin!

Do not go here if you want a deal from Verizon. This is not an actual Verizon store, it is a franchise if thats the correct term.My experience last summer, I should have walked away but I was in a hurry and it was raining so I was just like let me get it BUT, I didnt know it was Victra until I got the final papers and bag they handed me:It started off as walking in and asking some manager that was running around if they were a Verizon store or authorized dealer. He confused me, gave me a quick answer but the sign did not include additional info on it to lead me to believe they were a Verizon store, corp.I wanted the 10 pro, they only had the 10 max pro and there was only one with 256 GBs.. So I checked it out and even asked how long was the wait on order for the other one. Didnt get a straight answer but Im a push over at this time and I wanted to get a phone that day, with out driving to my normal store on Navarre.He didnt give me an exact time fame, just that it would take a while.That should have been a warning sign for me but I was thinking its new and maybe thats why.So he sold me on this expensive version of the phone, that came with no promo but I didnt have knowledge of the promos because I hadnt checked the site (phone was broke) and these franchises sell phones, they dont give you Verizon deals.Then I ask for a screen protector, and he says he only has a liquid screen protector. At this point, I was just annoyed because it was a weird vibe but I wanted to get a phone and stubborn me, I needed it in my brain.So on goes this liquid screen protector I never heard of and, man it was just so suspicious but I was getting this phone. Rain had me in a mood like, theres no going somewhere else, Im almost done.Got a case, he brings me papers which was new to me but I thought, things changed maybe thats why he has paper. Their internet was down so what if this is another way, Idk honestly what didnt stop me.Then he brings the bag out to put my stuff in and it says Victra, and I felt uneasy. I asked how long do I have to return it if I didnt want it and he said some amount of time, I dont remember but there was a fee as well.I couldnt afford to do that return at the time, and I had already started this one up. I just didnt want to redo it.But I was talked into buying a 256 GB iPhone Max Pro, and it hasnt broken yet, which is great.But the first half a year with it, I had issues. Connections to phone calls if they were on speaker to anyone with the same phone would have an echo. I dont know if this was because my phone was tapped maybe or that this phone literally isnt how it should be..And the liquid screen protector, SH*TTTY- I started getting scratches and Im sure now its faded from my screen and I need a new one but these scratches I have are just, theyre all over the screen.Its like its generic, which is weird, I never had that issue with an iPhone. Until I purchased this one from a franchise.My uncle purchased phones from a franchise as well (not this one) and they was not right either. Over charged for basic phones for some odd reason.Im just saying, go to the actual Verizon stores,GET YOUR deals,And avoid any store that is not the actual brand name.If I had went to an actual Verizon store, they would have ordered me the phone I wanted if it was out of stock in store, they would have gave me a time and I would have gotten the promos that iPhones come with through Verizon.Be knowledgeable and dont be afraid to say no, I dont want that.I know theres people like me that do things just to get it done, dont when it comes to stuff like this. You need to know that YOU chose who you buy from, dont let them see vulnerabilities and talk you into buying something you dont want.

Nick was very nice when I was o the phone with him. I asked him for a certain item. It wasnt on the floor so he told me to hold on while he went and searched the back rooms. I recently began researching the information I would need to switch from another major carrier to Verizon. I was finding it difficult to have every question specific to me answered online but I knew I wanted to complete my switch online due to many deals that were online only due to COVID-19. I called this retail location and made an appointment to come in and discuss my personal needs. Shanaya spent well over an hour providing me with multiple options. Any question that she did not immediately know the answer to, she found it for me. There was zero pressure for me to buy a specific phone or plan. She just continued to provide me with solutions based on my needs. I recommend this location for professional service that we were all used to in days of old.

I worked with Ryan at this store when I switched lines and got a new iPhone. She was amazing and so patient as we sorted through all the promotions. I really appreciate that she helped us find the best deal and didn’t rush us to make a decision. All the computers and servers went down at once right when we were ready to check out, so she was using a tablet and a computer and a paper copy to get us out the door. I would 100% to back to this store just to work with Ryan!!

Obviously they cant carry everything you can find on the website in the store case in point they had no cases for the newest device I got 2 years ago. Didnt wait excessively long, let them know which brands I dont care for & which brand I liked, got me as close as possible within their power to that & got me on my way with my upgrade. Easy.

Let me start with this is no longer a Verizon store, but an authorized retailer. While my service at this specific store has been time consuming but helpful, I feel the store itself has been deceiving. This location used to be company owned. Unfortunately trying to solve issues with my service has taken hours because I can no longer simply to go a store and speak to someone of Verizon directly.

I have become disappointed with Verizon. I dont believe they care about individual customers. They are no longer worried if you are getting the service that works for you but that you have the plan that justifies overcharging you the most. Loyalty counts for nothing!
