I dropped my phone that was cracked a few days ago in water. Today the new iPhone came out and I went to purchase it from this location while out of town. Eduardo helped me out and was absolutely wonderful, even with technical issues, he made the experience of purchasing a new phone, easy. Also the manager was very helpful, though I do not remember his name! Thank you so much to the wonderful employees at Verizon for their help today!!

I visited store today for a phone upgrade at 4:30. The store closes at 7. I was checked in and told it would be about 45 minute wait. After 55 minutes I was told that they are understaffed and they would not be able to help me today. They said I could visit the store on Central. I asked if they knew if they had staff that could assist. They didnt know and didnt bother to check. I would have been understanding if they would have told me when I entered the store instead of wasting an hour of my time.

While the wait time was a bit longer than usual this time. The one on one service is still top of the line. Chris was kind and very helpful with all the issues that I needed fixed. After a year and a half I can finally use my Google Assistant ( pandemic life ). And my daughter is thrilled with her new tablet. 4 out of 5 because there should always be room for improvement.

They were very accommodating and helpful. They took care of me safely and in compliance w mask mandates and social distancing. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because YOU CANNOT CALL THAT LOCATION!! So even if you call a national call center they think this location is closed. For a business as large and profitable as the #1 cell phone carrier, there has to be q better way. You need to be able to make and receive business calls. This makes no logical sense to me and when I think about them making me drive there to check the availability of a case for my tablet it really infuriates me. Even if youre the largest and most profitable cell phone carrier, what you do is still technically CUSTOMER SERVICE. A big part of customer service is communicating with those customers. Get your phone situation figured out. Let people call you. Not everyone wants to drive there to be stopped at the door and told you have to wait in your car because the store is full. That is the opposite of convenient

Salesman Jason Clisby and Manager Jerrod went above and beyond for me on May 6, 2021 as I was changing carriers, buying a MUCH upgraded iPhone (from 5 to 12 mini!), and going from a separate account to being added to a new plan with my daughter! They stayed 50 MINUTES past closing to help me get my new phone looking just like my old one and until I was comfortable. (As a senior, I especially appreciate this.) If you need Verizon, use this store! For sure!

They are giving me the run around over trying to use my phones insurance. Told me to call an 800 number instead of helping. After calling the first number it sent me to another 800 number. All ads. This is not right. I would tell everyone I know to steer clear of Verizon and this store as well. The insurance these businesses offer is a scam in itself.

Absolutely horrendous, worst Verizon in the area. My family and I have been going to this location for years and its very rare to get in-and-out in less than a couple of hours. Went there this evening for my fiance and I to upgrade our phones. Walked in behind someone and they assisted him and then told me that they were now officially appointment only and I would have to come back another time or go elsewhere. No signs about appointments anywhere, no information on how to make an appointment.. was just told I wouldnt be helped. Avoid them! Go to location on Central instead, such a friendlier location.

When the wait time is 45 minutes from the time you checked in and the same 3 customers are still there, but back and forth to their cars, dont have their ID, walk to get something to drink... really really disappointed. Not to mention that they still dont have the phone and I have to wait almost 3 weeks. Ugh!

AUSTIN should be fired!My dad passed away & I returned his new phone to the Verizon store on Monroe st. And Austin returned it to the wrong account. So, Verizon charged his credit card $1000 for the phone. Here I am 3 months later and more than a dozen calls and visits to the store and nobody seems to know how to help me. They push me off to customer service and then financial services with NO RESOLUTION. In the meantime the credit card is being charged interest, I am wasting time and Austin still has a job!I WILL NEVER BECOME A VERIZON CUSTOMER AFTER THIS!

This trip was a waste of my time. I thought I was ordering a replacement phone. The next day when I didnt get a delivery I called and learned that a order can only me made through the warranty dept. I did that and finally go a order completed. A waste of my time because the girl that waited on me in store didnt know. At least I know what to do now.

Lets just talk about this store.Clean--YesHelpful--YesBusy--Always and sometimes theyre fast, sometimes theyre slowYoull Get in, usually get the information you need or the new product and accessories you need easily. I do think the corporate store in Maumee is a little better, maybe from experiences. The associates in the Maumee store compared to this store seem to really know a lot more about the phones, network, and technology as well as in depth techs and specs without reading or looking it up.

Awful experience in person twice and incorrect information from phone support in between these visits. I gave this a five years ago and had a bad experience at beginning of Covid but let it slide. New policy and procedures make using verizon almost unusable for a worker/owner of a small business.

Editing my review to express how displeased I am with my ongoing experience with Verizon. Id first like to state that Ive been a customer with Verizon since late 2005, and the customer experience hasnt got much better in all this time. This is my third time up here trying to get help exchanging a phone case and Im still sitting here with it in my possession. I cannot wait more than an hour to be helped on something that takes all of about a minute to get through. 7 people ahead of me and I watched one get helped on in over the hour that I stood there. Everyone sitting against that wall looked just as frustrated as I was, with some of them even just walking out.My family and I have been talked out of better data package deals, manipulated to upgrade phones, and received all kinds of attitudes from the employees at this location. Hell, I remember coming in with an iPhone 5S shortly after its launch because my screen had popped out of the phone after it overheated and left a burn in my hand. The battery was swollen inside very clearly, but the phone was otherwise pristine and I was told by one person it was my fault, and another that there was nothing wrong. Its funny how the one phone I bought outside of your store never had an issue in the two years that I had used it. Should I bring up the time that a phone line was opened by an employee there for a family member of theirs? Yeah, we paid for it for over a year before we found out why we were being charged another $50 a month. You know what we got as compensation? One extra gigabyte of data a month for a year. Absolutely incredible what big companies can get away with.14 years of this and nothing has changed.I WISH I was making all of this up.

Service is painfully slow. Verizons marketing is intentionally deceptive and the stores sales reps happily go along with it. The reps try to distract you from the numbers with pitching the gadgets and talk about all these discounts you can get. Then when it actually comes down to numbers, they want to provide you with as few as possible on paper, while glamorizing these discounts. Do yourself a favor and take a pen and pad with you if youre considering upgrading/updating your plan. Id say 10% chance their new ones are better than your current. They could at least be courtesy enough to toss in a free bottle of lube when you sign a new contract instead of giving it to you raw.

Phone service is excellent!. Customer service is okay depending on the day. Manufacturing is seemingly an issue as far as chargers and other accessories. (Having to replace at a charge to the customer if out of manufacturer warranty)somethings R not covered by insurance IE the aforementioned chargers and accessories.

Ronald was very short with us, didnt listen intently to our questions or concerns, and was very condescending to my fiance when it came to replacing the screen protector on her phone. When he installed it he didnt make sure the screen was clean and was hassling us about fixing the problem. It was also chipped, and when we questioned it, he said it wasnt when he put it on and made it seem like we did something within the 5 seconds he handed it back to us. He fought us on getting a new one and wanted us to make a claim and wait for one. He finally gave us a new one and then took my box with the cloth and threw it away. When I asked for it back because I never told him to toss it, he said oh, OK you want it back all you needed was that little piece of paper. No, I needed it to keep my tempered glass protector in and the clothe. I have never been so poorly treated. He refused to put the new one on. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Maybe its time for a new carrier.... Going to start going to the mall kiosk nearby. Ronald is a very unprofessional salesman and doesnt go above and beyond to make sure his guests are fully happy and taken care of.

Went in for a new Pixel 4 or a Moto update they didnt have either. I was also told that they cannot transfer my information, photos, apps or anyting to my new phone and get it set up. I would have to do that online myself. So, I left here went to an authorized dealer and walked out with a new pixel 4 XL phone, complete with everything transferred.

I have never been to a corporate Verizon store more about the sale as opposed to the customer, and I have been with Verizon since 2004.I walked in because my phone had fallen in the snow (no sound), and with my previous experiences at the Oregon, OH corporate location, figured they would maybe troubleshoot with me before suggesting a new phone. The salesperson simply saw I had an upgrade, insinuated there was no hope for my old phone, and immediately tried selling me the iPhone/Apple Watch bundle.I left the store with an iPhone 8 in the bag. I was told to go home and do the cloud update myself, so I did. It would take 8 hours and multiple calls to Apple Care and Verizon to complete. I have never left a store before with the phone not being set up, but figured I could handle it. It was a pretty big headache. In addition, after turning my old phone off for a few days and following Apple forum posts, it now works.In conclusion, I am very much used to amazing experiences at Verizon. This one was pretty lackluster.

While the guy who helped me was very nice, it was incredibly annoying to be pressured into buying an Apple Watch and a tablet when all I wanted was to upgrade my iPhone. I had to say at least 6 times that all i wanted was to upgrade my phone since I was eligible for an upgrade. But instead I kept getting thrown pricing for a bundle with all 3 devices, and I knew which phone I wanted but was getting pressured to get the more expensive version. I ended up leaving without a phone and driving to the Fremont location. I was in and out in 10 minutes with my new iPhone in hand.

Went to the store to get my wife a new phone because we heard they were offering a $200 credit for Samsung s5 (she still owed $125 on it). Upon arrival we are told we need to go next door and get the camera repaired for $20 to be able to get the trade in. We paid the $20 to repair the camera and went back a few days later. The salesman then tells us we need to pay off her current phone in order to trade it in (no problem we paid $125 in store and paid it off). Once he gets the new phone and accessories he tells us itll be $175(give or take a few dollars) for tax, activation fee and accessories. He tells us he can put the accessories on our bill but the tax and activation fee where due up front, so we paid an additional $70ish. We ask, so our bill this month the the accessories on it and everything should be about $80 because of the refund. He says yes. We leave happy customers. Today we get our bill that was $140 over what it normally is. After hours of being on the phone I was able to get $125 (they never marked that we paid the phone off and added the coat of paying it off to our bill) off of the bill. And while asking where is this $200 credit. It is then explained to me I have to wait 3 months to get any credit at which point I will receive $8.34 a Month for 24 months. I talk and talk to customer service people to try to get the $200 up front that I agreed to and all they can do for me is say everyone at that store is trained to tell the customers they will receive the refund in $8.34 chunks over 24 months.

Bill was much higher than what we discussed and hasnt stayed the same from month to month for a single month since I switched, screen protector had so many bubbles in it and they wouldnt fix it, the promo I was supposed to get never showed up on my bill, the reps were short and didnt listen to what I really wanted and were pushy.
