My Mom is 74 years old with health issues. Her brand new iPhone 12 is frequently dropping calls all day long. Took to store on Alexis who then sent her all the way out to Airport Highway location who said nothing they can do. So then took to Apple store who says is not the phone so contacted T-Mobile Sprints customer service who says it’s not the network it’s the phone. Thanks for the great service

I have been with sprint for 8 years. I went to the sprint store on airport hwy for phone repair because i didnt know alexis rd was repair center. After horrible customer service on airport and being there for 3 hrs with still no resolve, i came to alexis store. Got me taken care of kn 15minutes. Staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful

The people here are super helpfull. they fixed my screen at no cost. do not go to the monroe st store. the people there suck and dont know anything.

I went to the Spring store that is off of Holland Sylvania near the Walmart. I had an iPhone with a broken screen and was running through hurdles with the Apple Store and Asurion Phone Claim service. I was helped by a man named Michael. He looked at my phone and was able to get me a new one. Great service and amazing store! Wish I would have went there in the first place.
