Bad customer service. I bought a phone two weeks ago including the crystal and phone cover. The crystal didnt last a week when it started peeling off. Right away the manager started saying I dropped it on water because it looked like a water mark. It wouldnt have looked like that of it didnt peel. I buy about three or four phones a year from this guy and he was upset about replacing a crystal. Boost mobile just lost a customer.

(3/21/18) Very unhelpful and plain rude. There are 2 ladies that have no knowledge of what they are doing. I asked the first employee if I could get my phone unlocked and she just stares and points towards her coworker.The second coworker stares at me and there was an awkward silence and staring until she said no. A great and smart employee would have referred to customer support and apologized for not having knowledge of it.However I had to ask if there was a way to find out she then said call customer support. If i had not asked then imagine all the people that do not know what questions to ask and have left not knowing much.Also, i went there a couple days ago or a week to look at a phone to buy and upon walking in there was a lady on her phone in the middle watching TV. There is always something to do if not then find something.I felt really uncomfortable looking at the phone models with my significant other while she just stared. A good sales associate would ask the customer what they are looking for and what is it going to be used for such as social media or just calling. I had to do her job and ask my significant other these questions while I research on google the reviews of each phone.Im really disappointed at this store and will be going to another one just so i dont have to deal with these incompetent sales associates.

Remembering when you stated that you dont care if I reviewed the RIP-OFF caper you pulled, here is just that. $700 for a iPhone 8 that was not functioning and you would not take back. If zero star was an optional choice your store would not have that.

The people that worked here were not knowledgeable of the products theyre trying to sell. The flooring in the store itself was a trip hazard. I honestly dont think the people here know what theyre doing or even care about their customers

The lovely ladies who mind the counter rarely put their own phones down long enough to even answer a question. I have been a Boost customer for going on ten years now and when I came into the store with a problem they made absolutely no effort whatsoever to try to help me. As an example Im brought another customer from another carrier in today ready to switch for the $150 iPhone 6 promotion. Walking to the store I saw the advertisement on the counter next to the phones and when I asked about the offer she told me Dad it had expired yesterday. Well I said to her it still says right here that the offer is in effect is there anything you can do to possibly honor what youre advertising in your window and she took the offer toward up put it in the trash can and told me there was absolutely nothing she could do. Whether or not there was anything she could do her attitude and lack of professionalism are appalling I just asked her to call to let her boss know that she was not attempting to help me and then I was trying to bring customers from his competitors to his business and his employees could care less. Thats all I will bore you with the day but lets say I have had several similar experiences and this store.

I went in to upgrade my phone and it took about 30 minutes. They were having a meeting and another customer came in and was helped by the same salesman that was supposed to be helping me.
