Ive been a customer for nearly 6 years at this specific store. The customer service has always been amazing, however in the past two days its been more than exceptional. Litzy is very attentive to her job and above professional. Erik is very fast paced and while still providing care for his customers. Angel is by far the nicest most polite person I have ever met in my 25 years of life. You literally cannot find a better team. All of them have personally done their best to fix my issues. Simply amazing, 5 stars no doubt.

Very friendly employees and the store is in a good location. We didnt end up buying their service but they did have free phones and you could get two free phones for $50 a month which is a great plan but we were looking for something cheaper. But if that works for you these phones were smartphones and pretty nice.

Finally bought my mother a new phone she had been asking for. Got a case that came with a screen cover. The screen cover did not adhere properly. When my mother went back 2 days later with the receipt that states on it merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days with the original receipt she was simply told they couldnt do anything about it/it was defective, and there was no manager anywhere in sight. One of the girls had to BUY her a new screen protector out of her own pocket. This specific location is always out of merchandise or seems to have defects.

I was having issues with my phone and thought I was going to have to get it warrantied which wouldve put me without a phone for a week. Oscar was great and in just a few minutes on the phone he had it working for me again! Thank you Oscar, you ROCK!!!
