Since covid, its almost frustrating how poor the service is. They would probably be better off shutting the stores down and just going completely online. While wearing a mask, I was told they had to escort someone around with me and I wasnt allowed to touch a phone. Seriously? You expect me to drop a grand on something I cant even pick up?

The staff is rude!! I understand that even though our state has lifted the mask mandate that some Companies still require it. I could tell when I drove up they require it. I walked up with a mask on, to the door. This place is so weird, you cannot walk in. They make you stand outside in the humidity while they “check” to see if someone is available even though there was only one other customer in the store. I asked how long it would be when she told me she had to check if someone was available since it was very humid that day. The girl was a very nasty person. I wish I would have got her name. I pulled my mask down while I was outside since the humidity makes it hard to breath in it. She came outside when someone was available. I pulled my mask up but had not yet got it above my nose when in the nastiest voice possible, she said I could only come in if I pulled my mask above my nose. I’m not two and I really don’t appreciate being treated that way. Then when I got in, the guy I talked to had a mask that kept falling below his nose. These people feel they can treat others very poorly and are clearly hypocritical at that. They are over priced and couldn’t care less about long term customers. Verizon is dead to me. My contract is up in July and after 24 years I will be switching. I guarantee you it will not be to a Company that treats customers this way.

Employees are friendly enough. We bought a phone and were sold a case that didnt fit and a charger that was incompatible. Also the phone was in airplane mode and would not activate. Now we come back at 6:35 when the Verizon app and Google say its open but its shuttered up. Guess well be coming back a 4th time.

They gave me the info I needed to replace my phone through insurance, but proceeded to sell me a battery case they told me was Qi enabled, they were wrong or lied. Either way I see it as bad practice. I spent way to much on a case that doesn’t have the feature I bought it for.

Verizon employs some really high quality people at this location. Very helpful. Not pushy. Knowledgeable. No hoodlums as my mom would say. These guy are professionals. Plus Verizon’s service is second to none. I believe they are the absolute best wireless carrier. They are not the cheapest but in my opinion you get what you pay for. I tried to move to sprint years ago. It only took me 5 days to decide I didn’t want to stay with sprint. I switched back in a hurry. I will never make that mistake again.

We were helped by Robert the last time we came, and when we walked in this time he immediately greeted us at the door and remembered us. He was very clear on the prices and changes that were going to be made to our account. He was also very patient with our questions and concerns. Went into the store to discuss changing our phone plan. The Verizon employee met us at the door. He then wanted to stand at the store entrance to discuss my questions. When we asked if we could sit down and go over options he was offended and said no one usually wants to sit down. He kept rubbing his eyes as if he were trying to wake up or was high on something. We were there to discuss the over 55 plan being advertised, he knew nothing about it and literally just started reading the same material that I had already read online. He completely ignored us, his customers, while he read. When I questioned him about my options he was not helpful or knowledgeable. He was bordering on rude. Then he said that he wasnt able to assist with changing our phone plan because he didnt see a special invitation on our account for the 55 year old plan that is being advertised on the radio etc at this time and that we would need to call Verizon to discuss our options. We are literally standing in the Verizon store and being told by a Verizon employee to call Verizon for help. Apparently this store is not concerned with training its employees or customer satisfaction. I wonder if I would have been there to purchase two more thousand dollar phones if perhaps he would have known how to complete that sale.

I went into this store to simply purchase a screen protector and had to be put into their electronic queue twice. The general manager checked us in, watched us stand around, then came back and to ask if we’d been helped, re-entered our name in line then walked around the store. We left after 15 minutes of not being helped to simply buy a screen protector.

I recently paid a visit to this location. I have been with Verizon for 12 yrs and that may change now. I needed to upgrade my phone because it keeps powering down when the battery drops below 50 %. First of all I was checked in and told it would not be long. I shop around that store 5 or 6 times looking @ phones. It was not until I starting to walk out that I was ask if I was being helped by two sales men who were at the front talking about dinner and neither had been helping anyone for some time.I spent the next half hour talking with a salesperson who basically tried everything to get me not to buy a phone. I was told I should wait till after the weekend and think about what kind of phone I wanted. When I asked about a certain phone I was told I Phone had never made that phone.I was not surprised when I went on line only to find on the Verizon web site that exact phone. In the 12 years on this account I have never beendiscouraged by a salesperson when needing to buy a phone until now.I did leave without a new phone and I am not sure I will return. I have 3 phones and 2 tablets on this account and the sales person even mention that I was not tied to Verizon except on one tablet. When I said then maybe this would be the time to change to AT& T he said that was an option. When I asked about promotions or discounts I was told that Verizon is not offering anything at this time. You tell me is this the kind of service you would expect? They must be paid by the hour and make no commissions because this salesperson was not interested in selling anything that day.

I just got home from this Verizon store and let me tell you, they were awesome!! Ricky was so helpful, patient and super nice. I thought I had insurance on my phone (which was broken, the reason for my visit), turns out I did not so he was super helpful on helping me out with my options! He made it very easy and painless to switch over to a new, upgraded phone. So thank you Ricky and Paul on helping me out and making it hassle free! I really appreciate you guys :)

Takes way too long to grab a quick accessory. They act funny when you just purchase a decent $200 phone and pay cash or credit card etc. And if you break a phone like I do I go in purchase and then have to dial 611 to have upgrade fee removed when Im buying a dang phone. No upgrade ? They must make commission!!

I went in today to upgrade to the new Note 7 from an iPhone and received exceptional service! I barely had to wait a minute or two to be helped, and I was greeted and checked in as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and nice! Robert was my experience specialist (i think that was what his name tag said) and he was great! The process took a little longer than i expected (i was in a rush to get back to work) but I could tell that Robert was doing everything he could to get me out of the door as fast as he could, which I really really appreciated. He was really knowledgeable and didnt mind taking the time to explain things to me and to answer the many questions I had. Another employee even offered to show me some cases for my new phone while he was in the back getting me my phone, which I thought was awesome since they wouldnt get credit for the sale. i was impressed with the team work at this store. Sometimes it feels like every man for themselves when I walk into a Verizon and customer service pays the price for that, but today it really felt like the people who worked there were a team and everyone was in good spirits! Thank you so much for your help today everyone!

Got me the phone I wanted and was able to get my plan restructured where I was actually able to get more data and save money. The only complaint I have is that the sells representative kept trying to up sell me on a warranty as well as on buying a screen protector and case from him which I continually told him I can get the exact same thing for a much cheaper cost elsewhere. Other than that it was an overall great experience getting both my phone and my wife’s phone upgraded.

I visited the Tomball Verizon store to add a line to my account. When I entered the store, the store associate that was present on the floor, looked at me and turned back around to his customer. He did not even acknowledge that I entered the store for some assistance. Then, I noticed 2 store associates standing behind their back entrance having a conversation and did not acknowledge me either. I waited for about 5 mins and then one of associates came out to check me in😒 I will NEVER visit the Tomball Verizon store again.

To ne fair, the store was busy, but there were some customers being helped by more than one rep. A simple well be with you as soon as we can or take a number would have been acceptable, but I walked around, checked out all the phones and tried to look like the easy target I was, but NOTHING!

The young lady who assisted me with the purchase of my new cell phone was the least helpful Verizon employee Ive ever encountered. Im a senior citizen, and technologically challenged, and when I told her this fact, and asked if she could help me ensure that all of my contacts, apps, etc. would be transferred successfully from my previous Samsung phone into the new Samsung, she said, Here, heres a couple sheets of paper with the instructions, you can do it when you get home. If you have any problems or questions, the Help Line number is on the sheet. Thank you for using Verizon. Every other phone Ive purchased, Ive had assistance. Had there been a lot of customers waiting I would have understood, but there werent.

I truly would not have even given them this star if it would let me write the review without it! My husband and I have been customers for almost 10 years. Went in today to inquire on the reasoning our bill is continually increasing. We were met by one of most rudest, unhelpful males on the planet. He told my husband and I he couldnt do anything about charges on our account that were done, which we did not order. Was not willing to even call customer service while we were in the store, we were told nah he couldnt do nothing his exact words. Call 611 that was his answer!!!! Why??? Worst Verizon on the planet. Ive been to this one multiple times cause of convenience, but its been anything but convenient. Not one employee acknowledge me or my wife when we walked in, roamed and browsed the displays for 10 minutes and still received no service or a Ill be with you in a moment. When I upgraded my phone, and they told me I would receive a credit of $435.First they misplaced it for a month before shipping it out, it wasnt until I got a late fee and called them did they even know it was misplaced... then they didnt see a crack on the back. so when it went to the warehouse they WERENT GOING TO GIVE ME ANY OF THE $435 CREDIT. I fought with corporate until I got some credit back..The manager said there was nothing she could do about it.Bottom line, they did not thoroughly inspect my phone, or they cracked it themselves. Either way, I still had to pay for their mistake.

Straight up terrible experience. Everything is overpriced and it took them one hour to put on the screen protector on my phone. I could have done it myself because when they were done, there were a bunch of finger prints and dirt particles under the screen as if it had been dropped.. There were a whole lot of air bubbles and I found a tiny rock particle that cracked the screen but I didnt notice until I got to class. I prefer to order stuff from eBay because this is ridiculous. I have to say, the glass screen protector that I bought there for more than $10 and the charger that cost more than $20....screen protector $4 on eBay and the charger $5 and both items have lasted longer than the ones I bought at that Verizon store.

They changed a feature on my phone plan without my consent after I left the store. I was in the store to ask some questions about trading in my phone for a new iPhone XS. The customer service rep was not helpful, so I felt put off on doing the trade in and said I would wait a week or two. after I left I saw a receipt in my email for an upgrade to the insurance on my phone for my iPhone 7 Plus. Why would I upgrade the insurance on my phone if I was just in the store asking to trade it in? Maybe they have a quota they have to meet for upgrades so he is just sneaking it on to customers’ bills? Shady. If you go in this store make sure you check your account afterward. The store did apologize but didn’t seem that concerned. And honestly I could have easily been talked into doing the trade in that day, I was really excited to get a new phone. But the salesman just didn’t seem that interested. I hope they work on commission because I went to the woodlands store a few days later and they were amazing and I got my new phone!

A big store. Good location. But very bias judgemental on outlook of customer. I walked in. It was busy. I stand at front entrance for few second. Jennifer walked up front when the other lady walked in few steps in front of me. And turned back asking was I waiting? I told yes. And Jenefer walked up front to here with smiling faces and asked what can I help you? I stand there waiting a second while Michael comes to me. I told him I walked in first and he told I put you in now. I told I thought might be my color Jennifer puts me away.When we both Sat and waited, for sure the lady in front of me walked to the counter first. After she left was my turn. I did complaint but nothing was working. Obviously, Michael cannot solve my problem. He told that is the connection of the caller not my phone problem and asked the caller what plan the caller had. I wondered why the caller needed to let me know? It is just a messy visit. I bet it is because of my color, outlook, and outfit as well. I took a picture of Jennifers business card. If you visit here you better get your outlook better. If you are non English speaker like me. Watch out. Thank you for a good visit here. So shocking. Horrible customer service! I waited over 30 minutes before being approached by a Verizon rep to be signed in. Pretty bad customer service, been to this location about 5 times, its very close to my home. Sad part is each time, I leave I have to go to the willowbrook store to resolve. Most recent was a upgrade with trade in for an iphone. They literally sent us down the road over a $15 difference in trade in, funny stuff. We went to the willowbrook store and manager there was able to resolve our issue with a couple of accessories. Very poor customer service again for that visit. Now here this, I am actually going back again today, like I said very close to home. Will update on how they handle this one. Its a txt msg setting on my phone, I need it to txt me when I get a email from certain domains. all my co workers phones work fine, mine does not, so we shall see how they handle this.
