Came in with a phone that needed upgrading and also a phone that was damaged. Service was ON POINT! Very knowledgeable! Very well mannered staff! Super friendly! If youre in the neighborhood and looking for a Sprint store, I would suggest going to this one! Everyone exceeded our expectations! Definitely will be coming back in the future!

Unfortunately, I missed my buddys son, Justin Alvarez, this evening, but I did get to meet Caleb, the assistant manager. What a fantastic young man. Very impressed. Came to upgrade my sons phone and Caleb combed through our account to see how we could save us some money and also showed all three of us some neat features on our phones that we didnt know about. Im telling you, every time I come up there, Im more impressed. A bunch of solid young men. Thank you again Caleb. I really appreciate you sir....

What an awesome 👏🏾 welcome to Tomball. We are new from Katy and already having slight discord from prior Sales and Serviceman. Until today when I had exemplary customer service was displayed when a Sprint Angel came. Man. I can just tell you that he went above and beyond. Being new to the area you try to locate your current providers locally. Daniel has an amazing personality!

I have NEVER received such good customer service. As a nurse I work 12 hr shifts and had to rush to the store and pray I could get a new phone before the store closed. Even though there were customers ahead of me and it was close to closing they said they didnt close until every customer was helped. Not only did they help me but they talked to me about my needs and helped me get a device perfect for me, a phone I didnt even know about. THEN they told me about the deals they had WHICH was exactly what me and my husband needed. They even called and spoke to my husband on the phone to explain it all to him and WAITED for him to get to the store even though they were technically suppose to going home by then. They did not complain once were kind patient and I left with all my questions answered. They seriously made us feel important and cared about. Will never go anywhere else now.

After being with AT&T since the 80s, I have made the move to Sprint. The main reason for this move was a total lack of customer service / concern on the part of the AT&T provider. I went to the Tomball SPRINT store, where Manager DANIEL and his wonderful employee JUSTIN spent time explaining their services and products, and went to great measures to provide me with the best service plan that would work for me. I cannot say enough about the wonderful treatment and interaction I received at this store!!! Looking for a great experience with great people?!? Go to the TOMBALL SPRINT STORE!!!Thank You Daniel and Justin!!!

I would like to thank Gabriel for his attention to detail in regards to getting my phone upgraded! Lord behold I did NOT have my icloud backup turned on for a long time (unaware), so he patiently helped me get it backed up (took some time!) Such a pleasure to work with! I even decided to bring in my 14 year old daughter a few days later, so I could upgrade her phone too! Ask for Gabriel if you ever go to this store location!

We went online to switch from ATT to Sprint. To help get phones and iPad set up, we went into the store. Chloe was awesome. She was patient, explained everything to us regarding the online contract we did, and helped us get our phones and iPad set up. She and the others were awesome. NOTE: learned you get better deals by going into store than if do it online. So, if making the switch, go to the store first to see what the offers are.

Its been an entire month that I have been trying to resolve defective handset issues with Sprint. I have driven over 120 miles and spent days on hold being transferred from one area to the next and still have not had my problem resolved! I was told I was going to receive a call back after the case was escalated and nobody ever called me back! When I call in the idiot who answered dont know anything and always ask me questions about my issue and I am sick and tired of telling the same damn story! Screw Sprint! You will get better phone service from cricket or boost at a fraction of the cost!

Tomball Sprint’s Matthew Podsednik takes advantage of senior citizens...My wife and I are both senior citizens, and I am also a disabled veteran. As we were preparing to leave town to honor the fallen on Memorial day, my wifes iPhone crashed when Sprint sent an unlock code to it. We took it to the Tomball Sprint store to get a phone for her to use while we send her phone in for a repair.We asked the sales clerk Matthew Podsednik for a phone to use in the interim, as we were both leaving town within the hour, and she needed to be reachable for work. We also pointed out that all her data was on the cloud. We also asked him about the return policy. He assured us that we would have 14 days to return the phone without cost.He also said that if we intended to return it, that he would rather we buy it from one of the other Sprint stores in the area, and offered to give me a couple addresses.I insisted that I live less than a mile away, and this has been my store for 4 years now, and that I wanted the phone. He relented, took our $30 activation fee and as we were leaving, I asked him how we get my wifes data from the cloud. THEN, he tells us that we could not. that she would need to buy an iPhone to get her contacts and have access to her cloud based email...We were in a hurry, so we left, confident that wed be able to return it, as he said... without cost.Upon returning to the store, just 60 hours later, Matthew Podsednik stated that he was not going to accept the phone. I reminded him that he himself told us that WE COULD return it within 14 days with a complete refund. I also pointed out that it is in the contract. He was contractually obligated to accept the and provide the refund.Matthew then said that there would be a restocking fee, something that he neglected to tell us upfront. I pointed out that he sold us the phone KNOWING that it was an iPhone that died, and KNOWING that she would have no access to the data, and KNOWING that these were all reasons that we needed the phone.Rather than accepting the responsibility for selling us a phone that will not solve the problem at hand, he actually had the temerity to blame us for not knowing that only iphones can access iphone clouds and that Samsungs have to access Samsung clouds... how are we supposed to know this?THEN, Matthew tells us that the $30 activation fee would not be refunded... While my wife debated with him at length, he smirked, mumbled under his breath and appeared to be mocking her asian accent.I reluctrantly paid the $35 restocking fee, and assured him that it he did not waive the restocking fee to mitigate my losses due to his misconduct, I would write bad reviews, and blast him and the store on Facebook. Matthew said that he did not care.Sprint has always done right by my us, and thats why we have been with them nearly 10 years now. When I got home I called their support number and was told that they will gladly refund the activation, that they always do if a device is deactivated within 3 days, which we did.I strongly recommend Sprint. Their service is excellent, their technical support is the best n the industry and corporate customer service rocks. Senior citizens today have come to expect to be taken advantage of by used car salesmen and contractors, but this is the first time that I have seen such behavior & attitude from ANY Sprint employee.The Sprint store in Tomball Texas is a franchise store, and seems to care less about the customers than Sprint Corporate does.Worth noting: Several times on both days, Matthew Podsednik went into the back to talk to my manager yet knowing that there was a conflict at the counter, the manager (Austin Walker) never came out to handle the issue, so either the manager is indifferent to the Sprint customers as well, or Matthew was acting like it was a manager that was making the calls...Sprint Corporate stores are the way to go.. and if you WORK at a nearby sprint store, just know that Matthew Podsednik is referring potential returns to you.
