Went by the MN location and had a delightful visit with Jan, the owner. They have a finishing spray that you not only use in your face, but inside your mask. Going to give it a try!

I highly recommend Jan for ear piercing! She was so patient and kind with my 5 year old (who was a bit nervous), and made the whole experience very memorable!

Absolutely the BEST Merle Norman store in the Houston area. Always helpful and friendly.. The products are amazing ! The Ladies that work their have always been wonderful.

The older women is overbearing, didnt do well with my older daughter. If you cant handle peoples concerns or relate to customer service in a professional way, you will not get repeated customers. Its not a welcoming feeling.

Visited this store this morning and was treated rudely by the person working there. This is the very first time Ive had a bad experience in Tomball. I had asked about a nearby Merle Norman and was told not to shop at the one in Tomball just off 249 in the 25000 block as they have a reputation for being rude to their customers. I didnt listen; I dont usually post negative reviews but after my experience this morning I will not be back to this store; sometimes it pays to listen to others.
