I needed a passport ID for class as soon as possible. We had called in first to make sure they had paper. Kelley, who also answered the phone, was at the register was sweet enough to get her own jacket from her car when I wasn’t wearing the right shirt. My family and I came in for our Covid vaccines and also needed to get invitations for my daughters birthday. This was between 2:30-3pm 05/22/2021. I used the Kodak machine and the preview had all the correct information on it so I went ahead and printed them. When the first one came out I noticed there were words missing so I quickly explained this to the lady working hoping that she could maybe stop the printing of the other 24 invitations. She went on to blame the Kodak machine and say thats just how it works there is nothing I can do about it. I went on to explain that put more information on the invitation than what printed. She then turned the blame on me and told me that I had to go in and put all the information in there for it to show up. I explained again that I had done all those things. She then got an attitude and said Look you either want them or you dont, theres nothing I can do. So, what? She was so rude and disrespectful that I just agreed to pay for them so I could get out of the store. I immediately went to Walgreens and got them redone. That was the second & last time I will ever go into that store.

Several times I have gone and they allow someone to block the drive thru line for over 20 mins, yet every time I get asked to move aside until my order is ready, eventhough I get a text saying it is ready 🤷‍♀️ and twice Ive had a pharmacy tech get snippy with me. If my insurance allowed me any other business to go to, Id dance my way over to them and forget CVS

My son was not well and we gave a Covid test yesterday (Saturday) and they say it will take 2-3 business days. Which means with the long weekend, it’s going to be Wednesday.With Covid you test so that you can get your results and start treatment soon. What the use of having results 5 days later? Irresponsible people.We are off to getting another test. If you’re lived one is sick, head else where. It’s just not worth the risk

Said my test results would take 1-2 days. Then they said 3-5. Then 6-10. It’s now been 14 days. I still don’t have my results. I have kids to feed and I need to be able to go back to work.CVS has all kinds of smart people working for them. It’s not rocket science to figure out how many appointments they can book, and if they can’t do the simple math it takes to not overbook themselves, then being honest about the wait time is the least they could do for the sake of their patients. It’s not hard.But they don’t care about actually getting people their results. They‘re just trying to line their pockets off this pandemic.

Customer for over 5 years. They have polite and friendly pharmacy staff. Always helpful and with a smile. Quick and thorough service. Prescriptions are ready in a timely manner. I love our CVS!

I bought the same item 2x both times it broke. The second time the manager who is the black lady would not exchange it. You figure after spending hundreds of dollars a month here for over a year they would take care of it but clearly they don’t understand customer service. Do not go to this location.....She has grey hair and is the manager. Black lady she is the reason I will not go back.

CVS never gets the job done. Auto refills never done. Takes 4 days to get it filled. I always run out miss days of taking my meds. This is life threatening for me. CVS sucks. My provider needs to drop CVS. This has been going on every month for many years. One of these days they will cause me too die.

I live 2 minutes away from this location so I got here very often. All the times Ive been in there, I have gotten excellent customer service unit today. I order some items off curbside & I went inside to pick up my order instead of them coming to my car because I was waiting 20 minutes. I went inside to talk to the associate, Mindy. She was very rude and unhelpful. There was a glitch in my order and the store didnt receive it on their end even though I got the confirmation email. Mindy didnt even try to resolve the issue and was extremely rude about it. If she spoke to me in a kindly matter, I wouldnt be upset. I understand mistakes happen, but the way she handled it was absurd. Im not sure why shes in customer service. I called the curbside customer service, spoke to Jamie. He was amazing and took care of things. Ive never had a problem with this location for 2 years ever.

This is my families place for all the stuff we forget on our big grocery runs, snacks for movie night, and prescriptions. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with the staff in the 8+ years I have been going there.

I go to this cvs all the time, I literally live right next to it and it’s within short walking distance. The staff has always been friendly, the facilities are kept clean, and they have a variety of shopping needs from groceries to skin care to medical, they even have halo top ice cream!

I’m concerned about this pharmacy. I have several Rx filled here without incident. The only problem that I’ve had is with one scheduled barbiturate Rx. The pharmacy tells me they never received the Rx . The provider’s office says that they sent it. We play phone tag for 3 months. They fill it under a previous Rx. They have the nerve to say it was filled under the provider that should have filled it, but I don’t have Rx. I’m done. I should call the board of pharmacy, but unfortunately I gave them them the benefit of the doubt for too long. I’m coerced by my insurance to use CVS, but I don’t have to use this CVS. I will be moving my Rx.

The wait in the drive thru is ridiculously long. About 15 minutes. I finally have to leave and if there are no more cars waiting when I get back maybe my transaction will be attended to. It sucks because this pharmacy is the only one in my insurance.

The people here are extremely rude. They wouldnt know customer service if it jumped up and down with a flag in front of them. I called asking about a pet vaccine service they had in their parking lot. If they had flea pills. I explained my car broke down so I was going to have to walk and I wanted to make sure they had it. If they could ask or at least give me the number off the side of the van so I could call. The lady told me it had nothing to do with her and it doesnt matter that I have to walk to find out. Ive been in CVS she could have looked out the window to get the number for me. Because of that Im not walking and both CVS AND The pet vaccine company lost my business today.

This pharmacy would not help me. Would not give me a loaner insulin so I would not end up in the hospital, we just had a hurricane. I could not get a hold of my doctors for days, and they wouldnt try to understand. Im diabetic type 1, they have my info on file, ive been going for years. I need insulin, it is life or death. I did not have it for 4 + days. Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies only care about money. My doctors office was closed entire weekend for labor day. I do not have money for the emergency room. Cvs pharmacies do not care about their customers. Thanks for not helping.

Very rude and bad customer serviceLaura the cashier was asked to redeem all my extra bucks that I had available and she told me that they were already posted. When I got my receipt turns out she only redeemed the coupons I had handed her. Never returning to this cvs. My goal was to pay $20 and ended up paying $60.

I love and miss this location used this location for 6 years and theyve never disappointed us. The staff remembered us well and knew our names. Ive never had issues with this location and the one time I did it was because I was shorted on my medication they gave me the medication I was shorted on with no hassle. Ive moved further from this location and my new location does not compare to this one. Ive actually had to call this one and asked about problems with my new location and they went ahead and helped us. Even told asked us what happened and responded with how our new location is not following protocol. We are so disappointed with our new location that weve considered moving our RXs back to this location. Thank you so much for your great service in both the pharmacy area and general store area. Yall are truly the best!!!❤️❤️❤️
