I love heb! They always have the freshest produce which is my favorite! Their selection on most products are up to date with all the latest. They also have weekly deals that are unbeatable if you shop on a budget.

H-E-B had been my go to store when I lived in Texas, and it is still when I visit from NJ. It will always be my favorite all around great grocery store. It has everything and so much more. I love their homemade goodies in August based on hatch green chilis in season. Homemade rotisserie chick salad is amazing. And everything else special that they do. I love the jalapeño poppers they have made up and ready to go! They are the best! The crawfish in season is to die for (only on weekends). Their store just has every variety known of each item, and the bakery department is next to none! I also love the amazing selection of wines they offer. I particularly like Todd, who is one of the managers. Oh, did I mention CUTE! Hes such a nice, friendly and welcoming, man and greets people at the door. If youve never been to an H-E-B you dont know what youre missing!

What can I say..Hands down the Best place to get my families grocery needs! Fresh produce and quality meat and other selections. Heb employees are all very nice and cheerful.

I love my Tomball location. Its clean, quiet and not crowded. All staff is friendly and helpful. I rather drive the 20 minutes away from home instead of 5 to be able to shop in peace. 😁

I use to rate this store a 5star. I stopped shopping at walmart and switched to heb. Over the years Ive seen the quality of your store declining. For one its 70 degrees outside yes we got a cool front but its not a winter storm why is your heater blasting full blast in your store when it is not needed I do not go shopping to sweat while Im there. Ive been using curbside for months now every time I order and I order one to two times a week you are always out of items on my list if you dont have the items in stock why are you having them as options to buy Im tired of making multiple trips to to the store your baggers want to bag 30 cans and these little bags that dont hold up or they want to put canned food or heavy objects with delicate items such as produce or bread. Or they forget to put items in the bag all together or they have rotten produce in your backs. I have called numerous times on this matter and have seen no Corrections. after this trip picking up my order that is again missing items I am going to start using Kroger curbside

This was my first time being at this location. The produce was excellent lots of great choices. An exceptional standout from this location is I found candy that is exported from England which has less preservatives than we use in this country. Which absolutely makes a difference on taste. The only other place Ive been able to find these types of candy were specifically at the English store in Dallas where I live. I was disappointed to not be able to locate the supplements and protein powders that I would normally find at an HEB location.

Love my local HEB! Its not a huge store but has everything I need and always clean. Employees are friendly and the always willing to help. The wine guy is really awesome! hes suggested things in the past that have always come out winners. Meat selection is always good and quality.

I always enjoy coming here, I could spend hours just walking through the aisles and finding something I know I dont need but dont want to pass up such a great deal. I also love their wide variety of japenese food and drinks. Plus, the fact if we have a get together I can have my adult beverages delivered to my house if I cant get to store beforehand.

I shop at the Tomball location all the time and today I left in tears! No because of a bad experience but a good! I was short money on my grocery purchase and the bagger Austin Lane pulled money out of his own pocket to cover the rest of my bill! It so amazing a young person with such a big heart! He didn’t have to do that but did it anyways seeing me start to tear up! I made sure to call and talk with the manager of the store to please give this guy props for what he did! I won’t ever forget that! I hugged him and told him thank you so much! I will be paying him a visit this week when I get paid! 🥰

A very convenient spot beside several places to dine. Inside, all of my grocery needs are met, and Ive never had an issue here that I couldnt understand. The staff are friendly, too.

My husband and I have enjoyed coming here to do our grocery shopping for many years. Staff is typically very friendly and willing to help you out. Clean and tidy, with an overall organized feel to the entire store. Management seems to be on point the majority of the time, especially during busy hours/days/events. Overall, we have never had a bad experience shopping here.

Heb is great. Only thing they could do better is get better at bagging groceries but besides that its definitely the place to shop.

This location is OLD but is still in good shape, with tidy fully stocked shelves and only light crowds on a Saturday afternoon.

Good place and helps budget when your tryen to make ends meet with good deals and discounts if u use coupons.

Love the HEB frozen chicken try it you will love them ) put them in the air fryer 12 minutes 400°, and you got yourself an authentic chicken meal

I love the cleanliness and the atmosphere of the store on 1488 near 2978 in Montgomery county. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. And I love the temptation thats put out in front of the store by way of their beautifully displayed plants. I find it hard to resist them, lol.

Nice store, went grocery shopping with my mom here. Employees were very pleasant, very nice selection.

The store appeared to be well stocked though there were things I was looking for specifically that I could not find. And they had a lot of 10 item and 15 item cashiers but not enough for people with large Baskets of groceries. That would be my only negative for the store. Otherwise It seemed clean But I cant say the cashiers were all that friendly. Not rude just not friendly.

Their heb pick up is so slow. I come here at least once a week and Ive never waited LESS than 15 minutes to get my groceries out to my car.

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday from HEB just like Ive done for the past 3 years. The cakes have always been delicious and decorated very well. Unfortunately this year I was pretty disappointed with the outcome. We had a VERY simple design & while the basic idea was carried out, the cake itself was pretty underwhelming. It was a single layer 1/4 sheet cake. Cake was not as moist and flavorful as in years past, and the frosting was uneven and kind of sloppy looking (not the details, just the main overall frosting). Pic attached & my sons name blurred. Well give them another shot for my daughters birthday in December.

They have the Freshest Vegetables outside a farmers market.. The best tomatoes, taste like they were just picked .Great selection. This store has the best service and always stocked. The Best Grocery Store in town in my opinion..

Large shopping 🛍 areas. Wide range of products. This was the Tomball location. Aisles are wide enough for the folks to pass comfortably with carts. Better management than the Steubner Airline store that doesnt help folks.

Apparenty, this HEB has turned into a thrift store! Went to look at the kitchen things and saw this used pan right on top of the new ones. Disgusting!

Usually HEB is a good experience, but this location is unsettling at this time. Other HEB stores have an area of cleaned carts, but it seems that this one doesnt. It also doesnt enforce the mask policy.... Whole families are there without masks, and people without masks are entering the store and can be seen in almost every department. Id much rather go to a store that will protect its employees and customers better.

I love this store because they always have whatever Im looking for. And its always clean and I also always find something new to buy.

There was a friendly woman at entrance that was sanitizing carts and she greeted us. The aisles were good size. Plenty variety of merchandise, foods, health products, etc. It is clean, employees are helpful and courteous. Excellent store.

This is a great neighborhood grocery store. They have a decent selection when it comes to fresh produce, meat and even tortillas and sushi. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. That being said the only reason I didnt give it a higher rating is because it is difficult not to compare it to the bigger HEBs that have a wider selection and have additional featured areas such as the coffee bar, growler refills, BBQ, etc. Some of which is available at other HEBs in the area.

Seafood department is the worst Ive ever seen...

The store is ok, but the restrooms at the Tomball location is the nastiest I ever been too. A gas station probably has a cleaner one than this. Heb please make sure your restrooms are clean.

I love HEB, but their curbside service isnt great. Time after time I get moldy, overripe produce, cracked eggs, and fatty bacon. Ill only shop there if I can go in and pick out out my own produce now. Otherwise, Ill use Kroger for curbside.

We recently relocated and have been using this HEB because of location. It has been about 5 weeks and we get groceries every week. The specialty coffee is the issue. It will not dispense. We have ask associates for assistance and they tell us they will get someone to fix it. Then they disappear. You would think somebody would make sure the dispensers work. Hey Tomball HEBS. WAKE UP !!
