Have great selection...huge store..and always only two lanes open..well no problem they have 10 self check outs.but half of them are always closed...shop HEB
The employees at the checkout and in the different departments are always great! We go here quite often and the items are always stocked well. When we have had a problem the managers arent very good; thank goodness we dont have to deal with them much. You can usually see the management standing around talking in the isles. Everyone else is great!
If I could give the pharmacy zero stars, I would. There is no customer service at all. I wont ever be using this location again. Such a shame, because the actual supermarket side is very nice, but the disgusting service I received has put me completely off.
The associate handling the ClickList is rude. I was here prior to the pick up time and she refused to release the order until the exact pick up time. When on the app it says early picky up as soon as 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I have more orders on my schedule that I need to get ahead on. Not satisfied with the customer service I received at this location.
Best prices good value shopping 🛒
Horrible managers at this location. They need to be schooled on what good customer service is. Manager is to lazy to come address a valid complaint, instead tells his little high school associate to handle the situation. So unprofessional!Thank you Kroger west rayford for reminding me why I like H‑E-B so much better.
With the unusual weather in Houston, Tomball, Spring, Krogers manages to stay open with some limits but you can find enough food inside to keep you going. Staff remains friendly under stress. Thanks,Kroger, uts my birthday 2/17 and I needed flowers and a cake!
Generally clean and have some great items here. This is our go-to place to grocery shop.
Love this marketplace kroger!!!
I’m never one to leave bad reviews at all. But how are you going to advertise an item and then proceed to tell the customer “we don’t go by what you show us on your phone”WTF!!! I literally went back to take this picture after they rung up wrong. Thanks for your horrible customer service Diane & Kid at self checkout.
Lazy people there r not doing there job telling customers to do there job i m talking about the guy standing next to self check out i had seen this guy couple of time he is always rude if he dont want to work they y the kroger is keeping this guy worst guy i had seen in kroger from last 6 yrs.
One of the best Krogers around. Lots of self checkouts and lots of open space. Their seafood is kinda weak, but the main reason Ive become a daily shopper is Garvin, the juice man. He always takes the time to play with my kids and shoot the breeze. And his OJ is better than that red store down the street.
Nicest Kroger we ever shopped at. So much selection and store is always so clean. This place is huge and well organized. They even sale household items, clothes and shoes. Plus they have a Starbucks and a jewelry store inside. We go often and love this place. Always good sale prices, good deli and so many fresh meats to choose from. The selections are about double that of other grocery stores. Employees are always nice and helpful.
Still like going there as its close and typically has what we need. Unfortunately they are always seriously understaffed. I love going to HEB because of the energy there and always cashiers waiting and ready.. Krogers...get your stuff together.....
I LOVE THIS KROGER! They have great service and the clearance items are a steal. Its always clean and presentable. Two years ago they had a 15% off coupon that lasted the whole year. And yes I shopped like there was no tomorrow.
I just had a wonderful experience at the deli with an employee named Amy. She was extremely well versed in all the deli products and took time to explain my questions. Superb customer serve!
Returned merch here today and it was not a problem. Exceeded expectations. Heather is a rock star!
I have been going to this Kroger bi-weekly since this location has opened up. During this time my family and I have grown to know the staff pretty well.By far the best decision this store.has made is setting up Garvin The Juice Man in the produce right by the entrance doors. His consistent energy and charisma is contagious and refreshing to see now days. My kids always smile when he says hello or maybe it is from him offering them fresh fruit or fresh squeezed orange juice (eventhough he knows I will always say yes, he still asks me permission). While he prepares them the goods Garvin and I like to talk sports (which he is quite knowledgeable with all Houston team). Not only are the associates helpful but even the managers stop what they are doing to acknowledge us and ask how we are doing. After it is all said and done (and after endless loading digital coupons to my card) it is usually Patricia that rings us up and Austin that bags. On the way out, the kids always wants to ride the nostalgic, mechanical horse. Not purposely, my wife and I forget to bring a penny every time, but Ashley at the self checkout area always saves the day by giving our 2 children a penny. In the days where customer service is gradually fading, it is nice and refreshing to still see a grocery store (especially from a big chain) have our wants and needs for a family while still enforcing a customer first atmosphere.
The products here are far better and at a great price. Theyve also labeled keto-friendly items! Great store overall.
I love this store. Great prices and the nicest people... doesnt get much better than that. Of course, the floral department is stellar.
Excellent store! The shelves are always stocked. The employees are nice and very helpful. The merchandise is fresh and of good quality. Since the Marketplace opened, this is only place we shop. Its conveniently located. The pricing is not too expensive. I enjoy the rewards. The jewelry store located inside of the store is top of the line and reasonably priced. Love this store!
I dont usually post reviews but I will this time because Clicklist at this location is getting worse. Forgetting items in the order but still charging you for it then blaming the customer when you call them about it. Click list is a great option when you dont have time to shop and the people are friendly but to avoid any hassle later on, make sure you go through every item when they hand it to you.
This Kroger is always clean and they have very friendly staff that greet you and offer help.
The reason why I shop H-E-B versus Kroger, is the same reason why I shop Bucee’s or 7-Eleven versus Circle K. You should not have to stand long in line to give them money.
We bought groceries - Bill was too high so I was checking it- realized it had gone on the person’s in front of me in line debit card and added all the groceries together. That person had left. I went to customer service who said I needed to pat for my groceries. I was being truthful to not leave and that was my intention. However the manager was too disinterested and discourteous to bother to even show his face upfront to check the cameras to find the other customer to rectify his/her payment. So Kroger may get paid twice for their mistake in the register. And someone may have paid my 169.00 bill as well as me. I will not go back - the manager whoever he is had one job- to say he actually cared that I was honest. He didn’t so ...
Really good store. The prices are on point and their gas is cheap. They also have free samples and lots of special offers. Their checkout lines are fast and efficient. They also have quite a bit of clothes which makes it a Super Kroger. So you can find stuff not normally found a typical grocery store.
A wide range of products neatly arranged. Good store layout. Management is very amiable and made my shopping experience a good one. One of my favourite Kroger stores.
Had a great experience in the Kroger Marketplace yesterday. I really appreciate when an employee goes out of the way to greet me and ask me if I need help and also asked me how my morning was going. Produce looked great I had to pick up a great cup of coffee
Great store. Awesome selection. Got a little annoyed with employees asking me how I was doing or if I needed anything every twenty-seven feet. I appreciate them wanting to help; but some people have a handle on this shopping thing.
Floral = 5 starsProduce = 4, selection not bad, but not as good as HEB up the streetMeat and Seafood = 3.5Check out = 3, some 5 star, some 1 star. Smile people!Mr Garvin = 6 stars! Maybe one of the nicest, best employees Ive ever encountered in a grocery store. If you dont know him, you need to. Hes the happy, talkative, awesome guy making the fresh OJ. My kids, ages 2-7 all know his name and ask to go see him!
This store has gone down hill since the first few months it was opened. I only go there when I am in need of something immediately. Other than that I drive right on by them.
Awesome po boys! The food was amazing but Im only giving it 4 stars because they didnt have some things available (drink machine was broken and only water and diet coke). Other than that I will be going back soon.
I only live a couple miles from this location so for the last few years it has always been my go-to grocery store, but as of last weekend I will no longer shop at this store, as it is very poorly managed. I go grocery shopping once a week and almost every time I go there is at least one item on my list I am unable to buy because the shelf is completely empty. They are not tracking their items and restocking them when they should. Instead they wait until the product is gone. This weekend they did not have black beans, southwest chipotle salad dressing and egg whites. I had to buy different brands and spend more money. One time I needed low sodium soy sauce and they did not have it for over two weeks. Someone is letting this slip through the cracks. I understand that things happen, but it is way too often that they are completely out of products. I meal plan/prep and should be able to buy what’s on my grocery list and not have to come up with different ideas on the spot while shopping.Additionally, there have been several occasions where I bought chicken a few days before it’s sell by date, opened the package that day, and it smelled absolutely terrible and had clearly gone bad. I’ve never experienced that at a grocery store before and that has happened to me at least three times here. There are other issues that are minor and mostly just annoyances that I can deal with, but they all stem from the same problem – a poorly managed store. It’s a shame, but I have wasted too much time and money and will no longer shop here.
Everyone raves about this Kroger and the store itself is impressive but they need to work on their click list service, grocery pick up. They called to let me know my order wouldnt be ready on time so I came an hour later. 30 minutes of waiting and they still havent delivered our groceries so I still have fussy kids in the car and no groceries. This poor service is why I dont shop at Kroger. I guess I needed to learn that lesson again!
I love their chicken strips ... and today I had 2 of those with a salad... really good one with 7 super foods, poppyseed ranch dressing, and a pack of seeds with cranberries ... the salad w/fixings in a bag big enough for 3 meals!!! Totally yummy!
First off, there is NEVER any fried chicken ready in the deli...why even advertise that you sell it if you never have any ready to purchase?2nd, went today, not one full service checkout line open...only self service was available. Had to go to customer service to ask for a checker to open a register. Who wants to use self service with an entire grocery cart full of item. Ridiculous that this store eliminated many checkout stations in order to use more display space.
My wife said Just when I thought it couldnt get any better they added a Starbucks! Im in the shop several times a week, they sell everything from Fountain drinks in the very front of the store all the way to clearance womens clothing to the back. They have shoes vacuums toilet seats tools air filters car care products dishes cookies various meats and cheeses wine chips and a whole section dedicated to Seasons. The pharmacists are great and always take time for questions.
Best Kroger ever! The juice man is awesome. Cant have any other orange juice other than the one they squeeze in house. The staff is always friendly and I always find everything I need. Never too crowded or long lines at check out. I also love getting 10 cents off at the shell gas stations just for purchasing my groceries at Krogers! Just a happy customer
We really enjoy this store. Prices are on target, good sales, gas points, and lots of customer service reps walking around ready to help. They also frequently have free samples and fast check out lines. This is a Super Kroger so they also sell clothing and other items usually not found at the grocery store.
40 customers waiting to check out with onle one lane and 6 self checkout statios .. poor workers trying desperately to satisfy everyone in a timely manner but unhappy faces everywhere. This has been the new normal here these past few months.. OPEN some freaking lanes! I absolutely love to shop here and the prices are great but Ill pay more for convince and service. Off to HEB for now on.. goodbye Kroger..
Best grocery store around. Better than HEB, Wal-Mart, and Target. The produce section here is amazing. They have a deli, seafood counter, and even shorts and t-shirts. Seems like my family is always here for something.
This should be a great store... It has great products, it is always clean and plenty of parking...But the service is HORRIBLE! We have a bad experience every single time we stop here! Today was the last visit... We spent over $300 and left frustrated and angry yet again. 2 lines open with 6+ people in each line... And, of course, our slacker sacker magically disappeared as it finally became our turn to check out. I had to sack it all myself and then the cashier had the nerve to be snappy with me because he was waiting on me to finish the transaction... while I am still sacking items and loading the cart while he watches through very dull eyes. No ability to read the room... No apologies for being short staffed... No thanks for helping do my job. Not enough brain cells working to even understand it was a problem. Irritated enough that I went back over to customer service to speak with a manager and couldnt get the woman to even call someone to the front. Done... Done... Done. Sorry I cheated on you, HEB.. It wont happen again.
This store is clean and has very friendly and helpful employees...not like Walmart or HEB. Great selection on items and their clothing dept has awesome deals! For those reviews complaining of waiting in line...that is what self checkout is for. The store won’t have 12 lanes open at 6am or at 9pm...so if you are in a hurry...order your items online and pick them up on your way home! More convenient anyway. When you need to stand in line...it is not that big of a deal...it goes fast and you can be on your way. People today are just lazy and expect everything to be ready on the spot. Life is not all fast and when you want it. Just chill. And as for saying you will go elsewhere...good luck with that. Aldi...you bag your own stuff and one cashier. Walmart might have to checkers and self checkout as well as HEB. It’s the new way for grocery shopping people. Order online then.I love this Kroger and don’t mind waiting my turn!
This is the best Kroger I have ever been to. They have everything clothes, groceries you name it. There is a mechanical pony ride that cost a penny, my kids love it, dont let him buck you off.
Great shop, the staff is nice and the food is not too expensive. They also sell clothes and they have a drive in behind the shop. I wish staff was as nice back in France!
Ive been shopping at this Kroger for over 4 years. Customer Service is poor. I use this place when I need to buy only a couple of things. Susan at the customer service counter is a nasty mean woman. I couldnt tell you what the managers look like. They seem to hide in their office, leaving hourly employees to run the place. Ive had to call the store from inside the store to get help several times. Carol and Theodore are the most helpful.
Very nice store, I also visited the jewelry store inside. Got great service, they replaced batteries in a couple of watches of mine. Overall a great place.
Friendly, Bright, Helpful, well stocked. Loved the fact that during the hurricane they rationed the water to ensure everyone got some water. Always a pleasure!
Came in kinda late after work (I get off at 10pm) it’s a nice clean place, the workers by the self checkout offered to watch my things while I ran to get my wallet from my gf lmaoBUT THEY HAVE JONES CREAM SODA - a few of my friends lived near a store where they had it, but haven’t been able to find it since they moved around here, so if you like that soda, it’s a great place for you to shop !Also a very clean and nice, organized store :)
This is my preferred grocery store to shop at. Kroger store brand products are on par with premium brands in their respective products. The store is always clean and shelves are never empty. Their produce and meats are fresh.
This kroger is great! One of the biggest markets, Ive seen by far. It not only has food but also household items and clothing!...Amazing ^_^
Love this place! Wide selection of products. The produce section could be better and carry more organic items.
Love this Kroger! They do a lot of community events for holidays like Halloween, Christmas etc. Having the Kroger card saves you a ton of money on groceries as well as gas.
Always seem to be out of everything we need. Went today for a money order and to pick up a prescription. Slowest people ever!! Just unfriendly staff and seem to take their sweet time and talk to each other while waiting on customers. Rather drive 3 more minutes to HEB honestly
Their Pharmacy hours have been expanded and their staffing levels have improved. I am impressed and have edited my previous review to reflect the improvements.
Dont work here. Unless you dont care about youre mental well being.
The store is clean and conveniently located. However, I have observed several instances of expired food items still on shelves (milk, bread, and even dried goods). The helpfulness and friendliness of the employees is hit or miss. More often than not, the associates have zero interest in helping the customer. The produce section is usually well-stocked, but once purchased, they only last a day or two before going bad. Trader Joes and HEB right down the street have much better produce. There are always more carts in the parking lot than in the store. Also, nearly every time I check out, at least one product rings up the incorrect price. This location is good for some items, but be sure to check expiration dates and I would recommend getting produce elsewhere.
To the dude complaining his cell phone didnt work in the store, maybe you need to switch companies because my phone has always worked since the grand opening of this store. ..and Im sure theyd rather their employees actually work while theyre on the clock instead of playing on their phones. This store is awesome and a great asset to our community. Always clean and well maintained. Employees are always more than friendly. The guy in produce handing out the orange juice samples is always my favorite. I love shopping here!
I am very happy with krogers the prices and produce good. Meat. never smells which always makes happy. I recommend it to all.
Very similar to the FredMeyer concept found in the Pacific Northwest, including a wider assortment of brands and items, fresh produce, meats and seafood. Worth the drive time to shop there.
Clean, easy to find items, employees very friendly and helpful. Prices very competitive, can download coupons onto Kroger card easily.
I love coming to this Kroger literally has the best dedicated employees willing to help make your shopping experience great especially Juice Man who squeezes fresh juice for customers with the most radiant smile and Carol who treats customers with a smile and genuine care. Highly recommend this place over the HEB and Walmart nearby
I loved this Kroger, but the recent rearranging of aisles and removal of half the check out lanes are a dealbreaker for me. I just left there at 2pm on Sunday. There were 3 checkout lanes open. Seriously?! Worse than Walmart. The two area HEB stores would never do that. Bye, Kroger. I also concur with other posters - a few items I usually buy are frequently out of stock. Im done.
Kroger prices are higher than HEB almost across the board. Good fresh meat selection. Good produce. Good beer and wine.
Great place for excellent selection of high quality products and really nice customer service!
This place has evert! Need a change of underwear? No problem! Need a diamond engagement ring? No problem! Need groceries? They have that also!
The employees here have the worst attitude ever. Everytime I come in they don’t want to help at all, they give mean looks. I simply want to shop and leave and even then they ruin the brief encounters I have with them. I just go to Walmart now. I would avoid this location if I were you.
My husband and I have gone to this Kroger’s since it opened and have always been very satisfied up until the past few months. The service has gone completely down hill with their clicklist service and today was the final straw for us. We called to do a clicklist from 4:00-5-00. We showed up at 4:30 and a young man answered the phone who sounded like he was in complete misery by the way he answered, told us that it was not ready and they were still working on it. No worries, we were ready to wait.He told us about 5 more minutes. We called back about twenty minutes later and it still wasn’t done. My husband asked how much longer and he said 5:00 (about 8 minutes more). So we drove around for about 30 minutes, ensuring that would be plenty of time. We came back and called again and the same boy answered and said it still wasn’t ready. He was rude and very unapologetic. His voice and attitude sounded like he was over it and could care less. He showed absolutely no concern and again never even apologized once! So my husband asked again how much longer. We were told very nonchalantly, 7:00pm!!!!!!! My extremely patient husband said nothing but left and asked to speak to a manager. They kept him on hold for about 20 minutes, only to come back and say that they were in a meeting and would call him back. Finally the store manager called back. We expected a sincere apology and her being rather appalled at what had happened. Nope, surprisingly she nonchalantly said that they were trying to play catch up with the clicklists. She barely apologized and offered no solution. She too sounded “over it” and like she could of cared less. All she says d was “Yeah, 7:00pm does seem pretty late.”! She never apologized for the horrible service, how very rude the kid was on the phone, the fact that they kept telling us different times and had us keep coming back, then to tell us 2 and a half hours more, none of it! Our order was from 4:00-5:00 and they were going to have it done at 7:00 (maybe) after having us continue to come back! My husband was over it at this time and asked for our order to be sent to another Kroger’s. She said they couldn’t do that. He told her to just cancel it then and she said almost happily “Ok, so you want to cancel your order???”. I’m sure that she was happy to have one less to do and probably firbthe fact that we wouldn’t be able to do a survey on just how horrible we were. Did I mention that for the majority of the time we were the ONLY car there??? My husband was so nice and patient up to this point. I guess if the store manager doesn’t care anymore than that, why would their associates? I’m in a customer service oriented business and could think of about 20 different ways that should have been handled. Mistakes happen but ownership, genuine apologies, and offering solutions are key. It takes a LOT for us to get to the point where we complain at all but this was completely unacceptable all the way around! This has been our place for years but tonight we did a clicklist at HEB and they have a new clicklist customer! Very, very disappointed!!!
Very long wait if you dont want to use self checkout. I called the office while waiting in line and was told they didnt have any people to man another check out line.
Nice and clean but most of the employees lack
Amazing deals on clearance clothes and shoes. Its like a slightly smaller super Walmart, but nicer and cleaner.
Ive never been in a Marketplace Store before today. Im going tohave to learn the layout. I finally found what I was looking for with the help of a stocker. Kroger is my favorite store in which to shop. I was blown away by the clothing being sold in the store. Thank you for being there when I needed you. I will be back.
Best Kroger Ive ever experienced. Selection is phenomenal. Highly recommended!
Every time I shop here, the place is clean, well stocked, and the employees are nice and super helpful.
Everyone is always so helpful. I love how clean the store is as well. This is definitely our grocery store now.
This Store has the most friendly and helpful people as employees I have ever encountered in a grocery store.
I really like working with my coworkers!! I wouldnt want to be anywhere else!! Everyones so friendly and pretty helpful, no matter what the problem!!
Very nice. Well laid out. Lots of parking
This Krogers is well-organized and very clean and I really enjoy shopping here its never too crowded and I get through the checkout pretty quickly
Always clean! Everything i need in one place. Garvin the juiceman is awesome! Always has freshly squeezed o.j. bring the kids in for free samples😀
We have lived close to this Kroger for 4 years now and have always had good experiences shopping here. That has changed as of today. I spent more time waiting in the checkout line than I did shopping. This location recently decided to take away half of their checkout lanes and open 12- self checkout lanes instead. There were only 3 full service lanes open with fairly long lines at all 3 of them. Each of the 3 regular checkout lines were filled with customers that had full grocery carts and not able to go through a self check out line easily. I’m so tired of companies taking the cheaper way out (us working for them as we scan and bag our own groceries). As of today, I will be taking my weekly grocery shopping elsewhere.
Very clean and has a large selection of foods. Also has home goods and clothing. The groceries seem more fresh than the other Krogers in the area.
Working hard to restock shelves everyone trying to make me welcome great store been shopping there since it opened.
We use to shop here weekly since the store opened. We even used the pharmacy for all of our medications. The clicklist people began to royally screw up so we quit that. Then a pharmacy employee lied about calling us about a prescription. Lying is the last straw. New employee or not, fess up when you screw up.
This is the best Kroger in the area, very clean and fully stocked, lots of free samples and a gas station. Staff is friendly and helpful
Something very unfortunate happen to me at this store, I lost my wallet. I left my wallet in a shopping cart. I was hoping that someone very humble and honest would have found it and turned it in, unfortunately no one did. I could care less about the money but my personal information is worth more to me :(
A Kroger superstore basically sells everything from groceries to clothes, and has a jewelry shop on sight as well. Of course they have a pharmacy in the store. Lots of parking available. There is a Kroger gas station at this location as well.
Great location, and very polite Associates, Ashley is always so helpful in self checkout and wears a terrific smile.
Great overall experiences here, aside from the fact that the bathroom is usually not cleaned and for some reason its about 90 degrees in there.
The food here in TX at Krogers is so much cheaper that it is in Florida I if I had a coolant truck Ill bring me home a load of groceries😆
Carol and Liz at the U-Scan registers were so helpful this evening while I was shopping!
Clean, well organized, full market, starbucks and clothing. What more do uou need ;)
Its a nice Kroger and the lady that helped us at self checkout was very helpful. But they really need a bigger vegan section.
A very excellent one stop shop. It has so much to offer and the people are helpful and friendly.
Greater Deli. They will fry your chicken on the spot to go if you call ahead or ask at Deli. The egg salad from the buffet is amazing.
Close to home. Wide selection of organic food. Friendly staff. Easy to find what I need
Friendly service and click-list is a life saver -- just order online and swing by to pick up the next day.
